LUV my nails! I've been 3 times for a mani-pedi and the service was excellent. Jenny had done my both the mani and pedi and she is fabulous. She pays attention to detail and the quality is fly! I was excited to try this place bc of all the good ratings. My usual 45 min get x manicure was 2.5 hours. I provided inspo pics for the shape/tip thickness/design and kept showing them to the nail tech, who shrugged them off saying she "didn't need to see the pics," then proceeded to do them so off. I enjoyed the service from the lady that did my pedicure, she was detail oriented and made sure that I was comfortable. Price is reasonable for the services provided. I really wanted to like this place because the staff is nice and friendly, but unfortunately, the experience just wasn't worth it. They charge for every little thing, and I was shocked when my full set cost $115 before tip--I've never paid more than $70 anywhere else. Holy cow. To make matters worse, my gel nails started coming off after a week. I used to go to Metro Nails in Corona, and even though it's too far after my move to Rancho Cucamonga, I never had these issues there. I only ever needed fills because my nails actually lasted. I decided to give Queena a second chance with a different nail tech, but somehow, it was even worse. The paint job was horrible, and once again, my nails were popping off in a week. I wanted to really like this place after the awesome reviews I read, but, the quality fell short. The woman who worked on my nails changed the length of my nails with some being way to short. The shape was off despite me asking multiple times to fix it. She played it off like everything was fine just to shut me up. When I told her the UV lamp was burning my fingers and finger nails, she scoffed and just turned on the fan for the lamp. The reason why it burned is because she layered the nail polish on too thick. Came in for a walk-in gel manicure and was instantly seated and helped by Angie. I would like to say that she did an incredible job and was super sweet and easy to talk with. I've done my nails quite a few times at this salon, as well as different salons, and she was by far the most thorough with her work. She was very meticulous with shaping my nails and made sure I was happy with them before moving on. They have a wide assortment of beautiful nail colors and Angie assisted me when I was indecisive between very similar natural colors. My manicure came out very neat and I love it! Ann is very friendly and polite. I've been going to this salon for pedicures for the past year and they've always been nice to all their customers. I honestly don't know if the "owner has changed" like some people have mentioned in their review; but what I have noticed is a few of the new technicians. This is the first time I'm getting a GELX manicure (I've let my nails rest since 2020) and so usually I come here for the "spa pedicure with callus remover" --and my experience have always been good. This review is for the GELX mani and pedicure I got last night. Ann was, as usual, very nice and explained the differences between GELX and a full acrylic nail set. With my tiny hands/fingernails, she said the GELX would be the best route. The overall manicure&application took about an hour and cost $65 (plus tip) At the time, with my hands all oiled-up and full of lotion, I was happy with the "natural look" --but this morning, after I took my shower, I saw 7 out of 10 fingernails with a white residue. It looks like I dipped my nailbeds in chalk. :( Granted, it's been over 4 years since my last GELX manicure but I don't remember this effect being a norm. So, I'm a little disappointed, thinking that the quality of the manicure is subpar. I just hope it survives the 3-week vacation I'm taking. The gel-spa-pedicure was another story. The technician who handles me was a nice girl but she spoke ZERO English. She gave a menu and I pointed at my usual SPA-pedicure. She asked: "color?" And i responded "just a regular neutral pink. A similar pink to my manicure" (and i showed my fingers) --she smiled, nodded her head and proceeded to give me a GEL pedicure that I didn't want. (LOL) .....but with all that said; I didnt mind the extra expense of a gel pedicure that I didn't order. WHAT I DID MIND was HOW the technician was digging into my toes like a jackhammer. I specifically said my toes are sensitive, especially on the big toe; "PLEASE BE GENTLE!" but she kept digging and cutting my cuticles like there's no tomorrow! :( I had to yelp and scream-out "OUCH" for her to stop. She was very aggressive with the whole pedicure. The scrubbing and removal of calluses was also very aggressive and way too rough for my liking. My cousin was having her pedicure as well, with another NEW technician and she was also very aggressively cutting the cuticles and digging into the side of the toenail AND MADE HER BLEED. I just hope my cousin doesn't get an infection from it. With all that said, overall I think these technicians are very nice and polite. I would probably ask Ann to do my pedicure next time and avoid the two new girls. Or maybe I will ask Ann to assign a technician who spoke English so that I don't have to yell out "OUCH!" on my next pedicure. We shall see...... As for prices, they are mid-range... My GELX manicure $65, and my painful spa-gel-pedicure was $60-- plus tip, total of $160 Great colors; lots of styles to choose from; Clean environment; soft, low music to relax to...... Just be WARY of the new technicians. They're out for blood..... read more

We went home afterwards and she did nothing but lay down , as I got dinner ready for NYE. By midnight, her polish was already receding. Now. I've had other mani/pedi's. The results are clean edges and a shiny top surface of the nail. I KNOW there is no top coat on these nails. I can feel the glitter when I run my fingers across the polish. Plus, the edges around the nail are not cleaned up and are sloppy. It's like a job I would have done from home. This is total BS. read more

First off I called last minute and they graciously invited my husband and I to come in on short notice for pedicures. I also got a full set of a product I had never heard of by the name of gel X. Hence, I haven't had my nails done in quite some time. The pedicure chairs are state of the art super relaxing with glorious bubble sounds which my husband and I have never experienced in other nail salons. My new go-to nail salon! Ever since moving to the IE, I wanted to find a nail salon that specializes in Asian-inspired Gel X nail trends (Jelly nails, 3D nail art, blush nails). I made an appointment several days in advance and was immediately serviced when I arrived early. The salon had a chic interior with manicure stations and spa chairs against the wall. They had a vast selection of gel colors and offered display books to pick from. TT did my pedicure and treated my feet delicately. The classic pedicure and regular polish was about $40 and you can choose either a callus treatment or 10-minute scrub massage service. While TT painted my toes, Mia asked about the Gel X nail design I wanted and offered my boyfriend a spa chair to sit in. Both ladies were very nice and understood my requests. Mia was very helpful in helping me to decide the look of my nails. Together the manicure and pedicure took about an hour and a half. I'm super happy with my nails and the service.
