Love the ladies that worked on us. My hubby and I like to get mani pedi for our anniversary. Anda was so sweet and did my mani. Love the color recommendations and chatting. Diane did our pedi and was so through. We ran late and she was still able to get us in and out for our lunch date next door in Haven City Food hall next door. We will def be back again. Absolutely best service. I had a horrible ingrown toenail and usually I'm able to use my nail tools to pick it out but this one was unbelievably painful. I was recommended this place and WOW they did a fantastic job, I knew it would hurt but they were very gentle and made sure to get everything out. I also got my first pedicure and the process is really nice. Last time I had soft feet like this was when I was a baby lol. The owners are super nice too, good vibes. Definitely recommend read more

I had a great experience here! Anda was quick to respond and they got me in within an hour of me messaging. I wanted a gel manicure on my natural nails. Anda gave me some recommendations on color and design based on the reference images I showed her. I love how it turned out and she was very gentle (a lot of places usually make me bleed!). We were done within 50 minutes, which was great because I had somewhere to be. Total was $39 which is a steal in my opinion! read more

This was my first time visiting INX beauty bar. I requested a pedicure appointment for the next day and Anda was able to get me in. The salon had a very peaceful atmosphere, unlike most salons that have loud tv's on and make you feel like they're rushing your service. My pedicure was AMAZING and relaxing. I came across INX 4 years ago when Anda saved me the day before my wedding and helped me fix some botched nails from a different salon. Ever since, I have been coming here and only here for my nail needs. Anda is amazing, professional and cares for her clients like friends/family. She remembers big life events of her clients and makes you feel really comfortable with her like she sees you more than just a client. 4 years later and now we're planning for my baby shower nails!! She always gives great advice on colors to try and is honest if it doesn't look good on my skin tone. Highly recommend giving INX a try. Years later, service has only been elevated along with the quality of your nails - hands or feet. That's so rare to find now a days so truly a gem. Shout out to the hater who doesn't understand why the doors are locked.. there are cities like San Francisco where establishments are generally locked and will only let you in after calling or if you have an appointment- you think everyone in SF is breaking some safety guideline you obvious don't comprehend to it's entirety? Anyways maybe this establishment is for you maybe it isn't but if you want fabulous nails where people aren't uptight and they speak English - this place will definitely be for you. read more

When you find a great place to get your nails done, it's easy to see why you would never cheat on your nail ladies. This is that place. I love the appointment only it's easy to make and Anda and her mom are amazing people. She communicates well which is great if you need to reschedule or need that last minute touch up. The service is great and the work they do is top notch. Listen to Anda. She really does know best. I can't tell you how many times she has saved the day with her nail colors! After moving to Cali 10 years ago, I struggled to find a nail salon that I would want to return to on a regular basis. I began just hopping around from one to another as a walk-in when desperate for a fill. Until I found INX beauty bar. They are by appointment only - but upon my first reaching out late on a Friday, Anda got me in the next day. I texted mid last week for an appointment. Anda was quick to respond and get me my ideal appointment time. I was one of the first appointments for the day. The salon is clean and both nail techs opened clean instruments in front of me. They both continued with keeping the area clean during the process. When I came in Anda and Diana were quick to welcome me. They answered all of my questions and even gave recommendations for what I was looking for. My best friend is getting married this week and I wasn't sure what I was wearing yet. Diana offered and let me see different colors on my nails to pick which one I liked best. Honestly, I've had a lot of anxiety lately and been picking at my hands - even with this Diana was very gentle. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Love using Yelp to find new businesses. After reading reviews I called in to schedule a mani & pedi for my mom and I. Anda was very responsive and tried fitting us in for a morning appt during weekday and ultimately accommodated us for a weekend appt. Had a very positive experience and hope to return again. Had a wonderful time getting to know the staff who were welcoming and nails came out amazing. Definitely recommend the eucalyptus pedicure which was so soothing even hours later. Ty!!! read more

After getting a pedicure around 10 years ago I knew she ruined my nails and I would start having ingrown nails. It has been a challenge finding nail girls who are gentle and good at this skill. Yes it is a skill. I have been through MANY!! Usually I cringed at getting my toes done because I knew what it would entail. Lots of painful digging, accidental stabbing and occasional blood dripping from my toes!! This review is SOOOOOOO long overdue. Like years overdue! love love loooove INX! I'm always the type to get dark shades like burgundy or navy no matter what time of year, but they've convinced me to step out of my shell and go for light colors. I always get tons of compliments while I'm working even though my nails are simple, usually gel without designs...maybe a glitter nail or two haha. They're appointment only. My schedule is so sporadic so I usually have to make last minute appointments for anything. They had to schedule me the week after sometimes so make sure you tap in! read more

I get it's "Appointment Only" but why do you lock your front door. That has to be an Emergency, Fire department hazard infraction during regular business hours with your customer inside. Have Someone one to answer your new clients questions or do it yourself. That just makes your business seem shady not reputable. How do you feel looking at people that are trying to provide you business and your have your business door locked and you just look at them at your door?!? A very nicely decorated new nail salon in a soon to be very busy shopping complex. This is run by a group of women who are family. I found them to be very chatty and sociable. My nails lasted a long time. I got it done close to veteran's day and they didn't chip for close to three weeks. My nails grow super fast. Tons of colors to choose from- I had a hard time picking. They would ask throughout the time they were working on my nails how I like my length and filing. And they use disposable liners. They also offer mimosas and other drinks. I declined because I'm not much of a drinker nowadays but for those who do this is an option. Like a fun girls day out. And of course, a selfie area! Lol. They do not do walk ins. You must make an appointment. They kept to my appointment time. Prices are reasonable. If you use cash, they have a special deal. I enjoyed my time here. I'll be back whenever I treat myself to nails. read more

Had a wonderful experience at INX beauty bar!! They were recommended to me and since I've never loved any nail place I've ever been to, I thought I'd give it a shot. I love the modern and relaxing vibe they've got going on and how welcoming all the girls are. They work like they enjoy what they do and I enjoy that. I've always had nail technicians with the attitude that they just need to get this job over with and speed through my manicure. Anda did my nails and was super thorough with prepping my nails and applying the acrylics and I appreciate that. I only got some basic short nails + color but it's all I wanted and I love it. They've only been open for 8 months and they seem to have a lot of regulars, but they seem like they treat everyone with open arms whether you've been there before or not. These ladies really are not only fabulous, but down to earth too...I look forward to growing old with these ladies taking care of my nail needs. PLEASE trust me when I say it'll be difficult to find another place where they exceed a typical nail experience. THEIR GEL COLOR SELECTION AND DIPPING POWDER SELECTION IS FANTASTIC! The nail salon: super cute modern... You sit up on a bar stool and have the choice of sipping on water or mimosas. I've yet to have a pedicure done being that it's winter (and no shave November) but will update as soon as I do. Their WORK: they pay attention to detail and check with you to see if you're happy. CHILDRENS'S room: mommies out there; this is the place to be if you have children. There are a ton if toys and electronic device to watch. Miriam and Anda are amazing! I rarely do my nails but on the occasion that I do, I usually never come back to the same nail shop. Both Miriam and Anda made me feel so comfortable. My nails turned out perfect. I got a gel mani pedicure with light nude milky pink polish with chrome topping. Their chairs can even be reclined if needed. Ok, so I was around the area and called to see if they would take me in for a pedicure, and they did! I actually didn't know it was by appointment only since it was all spontaneous. Nonetheless, I really appreciate them servicing me. The person who serviced me was Anda, and she has a great and easy touch! What I mean by that is that not once did I pull my feet away due to pain nor tickles. She was very gentle on my feet and asked me throughout the process how I felt and if I liked her work so far. That just showed me she really cares and takes pride in her work. Furthermore, I was unaware I had I frowns my entire piece, up until today! Lol She let me know and took care them :) The vibe is youthful, welcoming, and free-spirit, which made me feel comfortable. Anda is also very approachable and easy to talk to. Love this place! Miley does an amazing job on hand dips (that's the only service I get)! She has a good eye for colors! She gets me out of my comfort zone when it comes to colors! The ladies talk and play upbeat music! They'll offer you water, in which I love! They make you feel like you're taking time for yourself. I used to dread going to my nail appointments, but not here, I like coming! The biggest thing I love about this place is that they don't use a gel over coat on the hand dip service and put your hands under the UV light. My nails feel lite and airy! The ladies are amazing!!! They remembered my best friend and I from the last time we came which was almost a year ago. Appointments: They are appointment only. They close at 7pm but make sure to stay to be able to see us at 6:30pm. It was so nice of them. My best friend wanted to get her nails done before her engagement photos. Nail Technicians: Baby D did my gel mani and a girl with frosty white hair did my pedi. They made sure that my nails were amazing and helped me choose the color as well. Anda did my friends nails and help her choose a whiteish pink to match her dress for the engagement photos. Parking: There is a large parking lot right in front of the salon. As other reviews state, this is not your typical nail salon. All the girls working here are soo fun to be around. My nail tech today was Miley and I LOVED HER. She is just so easy to talk to and made my appointment so pleasant. I went in for a dip manicure. I love the way she shaped my nail and how smooth my powder feels. I called ahead for an appointment and it took 30 mins for them to assign a tech to me. I would rather them be honest if they are understaffed. The salon is eerily quiet -- nobody was speaking. When I walked in, I greeted the tech near the entrance who didn't say anything. The entire experience was unprofessional. The floors are dirty and though they have a wall of beverages, nothing was offered to me or the other 4 customers in the salon already. Safe to say I won't be back.

I told her the polish was old and she laughed, removed it and reapplied the same polish to my toes. My toes look like they need to be done and I just got them done less than an hour ago! I am a regular and I drive over thirty minutes to get here! I was so lost for words! she made no attempts to correct it just watched me to assure I paid for this horrible service!!!!
