I scheduled an online appointment for both nail and toe services and arrived on time expecting to receive the services I had booked. When I arrived, the staff began my pedicure first, which was completed by a technician named Heidi, who provided good service and was professional. However, after my pedicure was completed, I was left waiting for my nail service despite having made an appointment for both services. After waiting, I politely asked when I would be able to have my nails done. My question seemed to upset the owner, who responded in a sarcastic and dismissive manner. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation, the owner became increasingly upset and ultimately asked me to leave the salon simply for asking about my appointment time. I found this treatment extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that I was asked to leave without paying for the pedicure that had already been completed. I offered to at least leave a tip for the pedicure technician, Heidi, as she did provide a service and deserved to be compensated for her work. However, the owner refused and told me not to worry about it, stating that because I had not paid for the service, I could not leave a tip. I felt this was unfair to the technician, who did her job well and deserved recognition for her service. As a customer who made an appointment and asked a reasonable question about the timing of my service, I did not expect to be treated with sarcasm, hostility, or asked to leave the establishment. I am writing to formally express my serious concern about an unprofessional experience during my recent visit to the salon. I'm very disappointed with the service I received. My nails design is ok nothing outrageous . The polish was not applied cleanly, and the overall result looked unprofessional. I left feeling unhappy and frustrated with the quality of the work and and the worse part is I pay so much for it and my nail done just few days ago by Joanne and it chipping and my 2 others nails are falling off already . Its annoying sine I was attending wedding and looking so embarrassing like a clown with no nails. However, my friend nail was done by May is look way better and still lasting. This salon need to have better worker and well trained . Its high end salon but work and customer service is like a cheap salon. Not worth the Pay . While I was receiving my service, I overheard Joane speaking negatively and disrespectfully about another coworker in Vietnamese with my pedicure lady. The comments were inappropriate, unnecessary, and clearly not meant for a professional environment. It was uncomfortable to listen to and created an awkward, tense atmosphere. As a paying client, I expect a salon to provide a relaxing and welcoming experience. Instead, I felt placed in the middle of internal workplace conflict. Hearing staff criticize each other openly reflects very poorly on the business and raises concerns about management, professionalism, and overall standards. When employees speak badly about coworkers in front of customers, it damages trust and undermines the credibility of the establishment. It does not inspire confidence in the team or in the services being provided. A salon environment should be positive, respectful, and client-focused at all times. I strongly urge management to address this issue immediately and reinforce professional conduct among staff members. Customers should never feel uncomfortable because of internal staff issues. I found this place by accident. I was just driving through the parking lot and noticed the signage. It was such a delight to walk into a really stylish nail salon. They offered free drinks, and the service was top notch. My nail tech Helen, was great very conversational and really funny. The pedicurist was Toni and she was fantastic, especially working on taking out my ingrown toenails. She was really great. Unfortunately, my most recent experience here was not so great. It had been a while so I thought of trying this place again as I was in need of a fill. I didn't have an appointment and walked in. The receptionist asked me if I wanted a design, I said no. I'm now wondering if that's why they assigned me to a less experienced nail tech. The nail tech was aggressive with her filing of my side walls, forgot a coat of color on one of my fingernails, and over flooded my cuticle on another. What I found interesting was that she cut my cuticles after curing all the polish. Usually my cuticles are trimmed before the fill happens. A day later there are still tiny bits of hanging skin from my cuticles on several of my fingers, and my thumb has a small wound from the aggressive cuticle cutting and filing. Finally, when it came time to pay my bill I was charged $60 for builder gel overlay when I had come in for a fill ($55). The receptionist took the ticket back and returned saying I was charged $5 for cutting down or shortening my nail length, which isn't a charge on their price list. I was disappointed I was not told this before hand. I had the price list next to me my whole appt so I know it wasn't listed. I'm leaving two stars this time because they offered a complimentary cold sparkling water, and the vibe of the store is luxurious, but the quality of the work just wasn't up to that level. read more

I tried this place out a few weeks ago and was immediately spoiled! I came back recently and brought my 4 and 5 year olds for their first pedicure for my youngest's birthday. Everyone was so kind to them, and they had such cute sparkly nails. The owners are super sweet. My husband and I got the detox pedicure, and it felt amazing. Everything is clean and sanitary. Party of three here. My grandma went in for a pedicure, she was helped by Kim. Kim was very gentle and thorough. My mom went in for an acrylic fill w/design and was helped by Mimi. Mimi was patient, considerate, and friendly--she helped my mom pick out an Easter design and the nails came out great! I went in for a builder gel overlay w/design but did not catch my technician's name. My nails ended up looking nothing like the reference picture I provided her, so I was unwilling to pay full price for them. I spoke with the representative at front desk during check-out and she escalated it to her manager, Kelly, who apologized for the inconvenience and discounted the design from my total. I would have preferred for the technician to tell me the design was out of her scope (in which case I would have settled for a regular gel pedicure) but the resolution wasn't half bad. Overall, like most other nail salons, it's a hit or miss. Worth a try though :) ! read more

Everyone is always friendly and welcoming, and Wendy (the owner) is wonderful -- she's interactive with all the clients and shows genuine respect toward her staff. Today's service was no exception. After about a year and a half of getting Gel X, my nails are finally strong and long enough that I was able to transition to a gel builder. Lana did my nails, and Heidi took care of my pedicure -- both were so attentive and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. We had great conversation, and they asked for my preferences and feedback throughout, which I really appreciated. Modish also offers a membership that's a great deal: $99 per month for two services, plus 10% off any additional services like designs or waxing. I usually go for the Modish Pedicure and Gel X, but today I had a gel builder set with removal of my old Gel X. The Modish pedicure is by far my favorite -- it's so luxurious and relaxing! It includes callus removal, an orange scrub, a hot oil treatment, steamer, and a massage. It really feels like a full spa experience. The place is big and very clean. The lounger has a very pretty aesthetic. They have an app that makes it very easy to make an appointment without needing to call. I treated myself to a gel pedicure. I was assisted by Tina. She was amazing! Took care of my ingrown toe nail with no problem at all ( not many techs can do a good job) And was treated to a great tasting, green mimosa in the spirit of St Patrick's. this nail place was being super rude to me and the guy doing my nails kept making racist/sexist remarks towards me because I told him I didnt like my nails. They were super crooked and he refused to do the design for them even though originally he said he could do it. Then he brought the manager and they told me i was a problem even though i was being INCREDIBLY patient and kind to them and was even scared asf to bring up the fact that i didnt like them :( in the end they took $200 from me bc of membership program and said it was non refundable and i wasnt allowed at the store anymore. I was crying in the store while they kept laughing at my face saying it was funny leaving me completely humiliated. I have NEVER been treated like that by a store. I was so excited to get my wedding nails done here. I made an appointment for me and two other friends of mine. The first red flag was when I called the week of my wedding to confirm the appointment time and that's when they told me they didn't have any appointment for me reserved. I was annoyed but glad that I ultimately called. I remade the appointment telling what we all wanted done. When we get there the hostess tells me they only have me and one other girl reserved. Like what happened!? So my second friend had to sit there for a very long time before being talked to and we had to wait until she wrapped up at the end. They were all nice to us. Offered us water, soda or champagne. The place is nicely decoratedBut the biggest red flag was that my gel nails started to chip two days later. Yup you guessed it on my wedding day. Luckily it wasn't the ring finger but the one next to it. I didn't get a picture of it day of, hope it doesn't end up in the pictures. But here is a picture right now (6 days later). I've NEVER had gel nails peel so fast. One of my friends said her nails are starting to chip too and my other friend said that the nail technician hurt her when she was trimming her cuticle. I went in today to remove my gel x that I had previously on, my nails are not that strong so my nail tech name is Jessica help me choose the service which is builder gel without tips. She educated me that with my current nails I should do without the tip so that my nail can grow and get healthier. They do tell you the prices and also tells you how much is the services before they start. With all the add on they are extra charge, but they will let you know right away just have to communicate with them. Jessica did an amazing job with builder nails. I chose a natural color my nail came off, very clean and pretty. I did also get a pedicure and I have to tell you if you are someone who loves a great pedicure, clean nice and taking their time check out my girl Heidi she took her time to shape buff clean, cut everything on my nails before starting to apply any colors I chose the modish pedicure with gel is 75 plus the 15 gel color. Heidi took her time to clean up my nails and also massage. They use real oranges to scrub your legs so you receive that vitamin C straight from the orange which is very news to me also my my feet feels very soft and clean like a baby butt. as someone who love a great nice pretty with a great massage pedicure I have to say this salon is one of them They did take their time on massaging not like other where it's only goes up and down for a couple minutes. They also offering a membership which I got because it's two services for only $99 and you can sign up right there and then and apply to your services on the day off. I've been looking for a nail salon to frequent in this area, but this particular day I needed an appointment that day for a mani and pedi since I had a trip coming up the following day. I called to see if they accepted walk-ins and they were very accomodating with the time I told them I'd be able to come in. Their salon is gorgeous, very clean, and the quality of work was very detailed and attentive. They offered me one alcoholic drink during my services and any water/soda as well.
