I had an appointment for a pedicure and the lady hadn't even started and turned off my massage. Why is she so bothered by me using the massage chair when I'm paying $80! I understand turning it off when they are going to paint my nails (which I myself turn off because I don't want messy nails) but to turn it off before starting is so rude! I turned it back on because my back hurt from being pregnant and then she turned it off again! At this point I decided I wouldn't come back. I'm 6 months pregnant and can't do my own pedicures. I came to relax and use the massage chair but whoever did my nails was so rude and wouldn't let me use the feature. Absolutely ridiculous to have massage chairs and not allow your customer to use them. I also had $30 in rewards which they didn't let me use. They only let me use $15 and said if I wanted to use the entire $30 that I need to spend a minimum of $120. NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THAT IN THEIR REWARD PROGRAM!! I even asked the last time I came because I bought a new house and I am moving so I won't be close by and wanted to use my $30 reward and was told I could use it all at my next pedicure. The worker who took my payment refused to let me use my points and is such a liar. Shitty customer service. Very disappointed in how they lie and switch up the "reward rules" with zero notice to customers. I used to really enjoy coming here but after today no.

For anyone who reads these reviews on here, please do not pay any attention to the disgusting reviews posted from Noelle H. and K A. Shame on you two women! I have been going to Kimmy Nail religiously, two times a month and for the last 11 years. Kimmy does my nails and she does a fantastic job! You two ladies are liars! First off, Kimmy does not curse! I have never ever heard her say a curse word! She is not rude and she would never ever hit and grab your hands in an aggressive way and she would never do any kind of an "uncontrollable outburst". No, Kimmy is not a corporation, she is a small business. Her business is her livelihood so why on earth would she treat people the way you say she does when it's as tough as it is these days to make it in this economy. Your comments are totally obscured! Kimmy's prices are not high, they are extremely reasonable, especially for Rancho! If you want cheap, go back to Pomona and stay there! Rancho doesn't need your money, your attitude or your lies! Lastly, Kimmy has a sign posted in her shop that reads, "we have the right to refuse service to anyone". Kimmy should have done that when you walked in the door! read more

I gave this salon 2 stars because Jackie is a pleasant woman and actually does a good job with my nails. Kimmy, on the other hand, is such a rude owner. I've brushed off my frustration with her attitude for as long as I can. I've been going to this salon for the last 2 years, but I will no longer visit this nail salon. You would think that if a client is paying for a service that pays your salary, buys your food and takes care of your family, you would be inclined to respect your customers and treat them with dignity. Well that's not the case with this lady. She was upset with me when I told her the colors on my nails and toes didnt match. Jackie the other manicurist attempted to resolve the problem for me. She was pleasant and very helpful. Instead of trying to find a different color to make me happy, Kimmy stated, "None of my other customers complain about the color." I also asked Kim to do my eyebrows, but she brushed me off onto the other manicurist. I have been offended by her demeanor, attitude and facial expressions over the years, but decided to ride it out. Shame on Mary G. ! Why are you lying about what happened at Kimmy's Nails? I was there when it happened and she was rude to Kimmy! She asked for the plunger and a mop for her to clean then when her employee gave her the supplies, she shoved to Kimmy and told her to clean it up! Kimmy said, "You asked for the plunger and the mop. I'm busy right now. I appreciate it if you do it right now for other customers to use, but if not I will do it later." Then Mary G. started screaming and shouting at Kimmy, then told her employees to go work somewhere else. Kimmy told Mary G. to shut up because of that. I've been going to Kimmy's Nails for over a decade and had no problems with their work. The owner is very nice and willing to make every customer happy! read more

I left a tip too but I won't be back to this location unless the lady's husband does them again. They have great customer service I just feel I didn't receive the same treatment and quality as last time. I hate to leave this review but I'm just so irritated by this.
