He gripped my toes so hard that he left visible nail prints on them. The bottom of my nails are now bruised and sore (see attached picture). They're incredibly gentle and thoughtful while working on your nails. I've had rough experiences elsewhere--even to the point of bleeding... but this place is the complete opposite.
