Paula did my nails for xmas and for the game this weekend. I must admit, when she did my set my nails weren't as slender as I like them, but I came back for a fill. I REALLY love how she did them this time. I paid $35 for a fill, great price. In the past I have also had Rose do my nails, never any complaints with her. The one thing I can't really do here is all those cute rhinestone designs, this place is a little more classic than modern. If you want to get ingrown toenails, your skin cut and terrible service, this is the place to go. Very rude service that does not pay attention to what they are doing, and it shows.Their floor is also filthy. My toe nails were cut so sloppy I got ingrown toenails on 3 of my toes. I had to drive back a second time to have her fix it and then she cut my skin open with a nail file.They will hardly speak to you and give you terrible service. Please save your money. read more

They are efficient and professional. Do hair and nails. Both time there no too busy, they will cross sale but not pushy.

Came in on a Thursday night. It was decently busy. I came in for a pedicure and manicure for myself and a manicure for my 7 year old. She got her nails done right away. I had to wait just a bit. The water was not warm enough, and the lady did bare minimum of cleaning and cutting everything down for my pedicure. No lotion rub and just a wipe down with the hot towel. The paint job wasn't great either! The polish was old and too thick and it got messed up after hours had passed. Most of their polishes are dry and old. Why keep them on the shelf? The worst thing about it was while I was waiting for my toes to dry a baby roach was crawling on my pedicure chair. So gross! Don't get donuts next door. I'll never come here again. read more

Came here last minute for a full set with gel. Only cost $36 which is really cheap compared to most places! They did a great job and they were very friendly! Clean environment. Only down side is they don't have too many colors to choose from, but I wanted a more natural look so it was fine for me. Let me just say you pay for what you get. As soon as I walked in I was asked what I needed and I said full set, ok they said go pick a color. I went to get my color and asked the lady where do I sit since she was setting up her table and rudely waved her hand to the chairs and said wait over there-_- ok whatever I ignored that, as soon as she started on my nails I could tell she was in a hurry. My "coffin" nails are crooked, different lengths and the coats are so thick there was some air bubbles in my nail polish. I didn't have the time to complain so I just left. For manicure rose is very good i like how she does my nails and for pedicure i recommend jennifer shes good i went to get my toes done for my gender reveal and she did awesome! I used to go to Love Nails in Chino but their prices kept getting ridiculously higher every time I went and the quality wasn't that great. I started coming to Lovely nails and will continue to do so because they are kind, the customers here are funny, and their prices make sense. They also offer regular polish if you don't want gel. Today I came in with broke toe nails from an accident and Paula knew exactly what to do. I didn't know it could be fixed but she cut what needed to be cut and fixed my nails. This is my spot from now on. I would like to give 4 and a half stars. I'll update to 5 stars once I come more often if it is earned. read more

First foremost I would like to say that this is based on only the two people who worked on me as I had no other experience with the other people who worked there. And for all I know the other employees could be wonderful! But since I had no experience with anybody else, I can't say. The woman who did my french manicure did it in about 5 minutes and did a really bad job. I asked if I could change it to a color polish instead and the girl doing my toes said it should be fine, but the manicurist wouldn't hear a word against it and told me she would have to charge me for the poorly done french manicure in addition to a color polish if I wanted to change it. This is not to mention that she talks smack about people behind their back in Vietnamese. She later asked if I was Chinese or Filipino and when she found out I was Vietnamese she stopped talking. The girl doing my toes was nice enough but it took her an hour to finish a french pedicure. They charge a few bucks more than other places and they're not very good. Avoid going there if possible. read more

I got my first ever acrylic set done here for $25. And might I add, it was the last time I'll ever get my nails done here! I don't remember the name of the lady who did my nails, but it was like she just didn't care! She cut me with the drill used to buff your nails and boy, it was a little cut but it helped make this nail experience the most PAINFUL one yet. It was like she was so used to cutting people that it didn't phase her when she was burning my cut with acetone and every other chemical it came in contact with. *sigh* Just look at my collage, need I say more? read more

Ahhh, as a poor high schooler trying to get by I'd come here for my dances and other social events. Oh, little did I know back then. Oh, and disclaimer...last time i was there was probably in 2002, so things might or might not have changed. According to Michelle's review, I guess not. So I'd go there and get french manicures or acrylics. I think I also got my eyebrows done there once. When I got a french manicure I didn't want one. It was my first time getting acrylics and I had no idea what they were called. So I saw another lady getting acrylics and i told the woman,"I want what the woman next to me, the nails and the french tip." She clearly didn't understand me because she gave me a french manicure on my SHORT SHORT nails. When I told her that I didn't want what she was giving me and i had to point to the lady next to me again that THAT'S what I wanted, she said ok but had to charge me. When I got my eyebrows done, two of my friends came with me. While i was getting my eyebrows done and they were waiting around, my friends told me that they were making bad comments about everyone in the place, including myself. After I paid, my friends said "thank you" in Vietnamese and I left with no tip...being the poor high schooler I was and all. That was my very last visit there. My daughter and I went to get a meni & peni, I decided to get the gel meni. It was not the first time getting the gel meni before but I will never do them ever again there. The gal used her machine to remove the gel polish I had on my nails. She thinned my nails so bad and the gel chipped! Just on the 2nd day.... Waste of my money! The thing that left me in disgust was after my pedi, the gal did not even clean the pedi chair. The girl that did my daughters peni did the same thing. I have started coming to this salon regularly and I love it. I always see rose and she does a great job and always makes sure my nails look perfect. I have also had some of the other ladies do my pedicures and they are great as well. They are always polite here and if I ever ask them to fix something they always fix it with out a problem. (Even if I'm the one that screwed it up) I would definitely recommend calling ahead as they can get busy, especially on the weekends. Overall I love this salon :) read more

I had to ask her to cut my nails etc. She cut the skin around my nails so roughly it left me with scabs! Wow .... I can't believe this. How can people be so cheap and have the worst poor ethics? I came in for a nail fix, I called three hrs ahead for this appointment, I come in , no problem she takes me . But she is trying to rush me into picki ng the color, I didn't really care because I had some things to do aswell. I go to a nail salon in Chino hills regularly , never had this problem. Never seen a person try use the are minimum of her product, I had the stub of the last broken nail still on there , like USUAL nail salons , they don't care to use their products when a paying customer comes in , and use a fresh new nail, NO. She used just got a nail and glued the new nail with the old nail , and put the acrylic. Also her acrylic was very bumpy I left with a bumpy nail , you could see on where the new nail and old nail split , I picked a light color and she didn't take the old color of the nail all the way off so there was still green itter on my nail while she was applying the lighter color. So it looked messsy, I told her something but she did not care , she brushed what I said off and said "it's ok". Why I'm writing this and I feel is very important is when my nail lifted like a week later , no offense but I expected it. but then I tried taking it off saftlet and it's stuck to my skin on the side of my nail ripping my nail apart , bloody mess. I have never had this happen even when a nail lifted on me it would take off whole not in bloody little peices. I am tired of being a paying customer , a nice person and all they do is see how they can , take advantage of you and save what? One nail? My nail is now a thin sheet of bone left, it hurts and it's bloody and I can't even go get a fill now due to this. they are rude careless and cheap . Who wants a cheap person working on your nails? They don't care about your input on YOUR NAILS , and make u bleed. I will not be coming again. And have a lot of friends that I willl recommend someplace else read more

Came here hoping for a better deal than I've gotten on a fill and a pedicure; lesson learned and I am never returning. I got my pedicure done first but waited at my chair and with my feet in the water (which was lukewarm/cold) for about 20 minutes before having them done. Pedicure was alright. This is where things started to head downhill: The woman doing my pedicure would also being doing my fill and she asked me to step over to her table but took my sandals there pretty much forcing me to walk there barefoot on their dingy carpet/ floor (not okay). The color of my nails were great but she tugged and pulled on my nails as if I was a rag doll with no nervous system intact! I have a pretty high tolerance for pain so this was just on another level. I noticed her tools still seem to have leftover "dust" or residue from her clients before me but she simply tapped her file & continued to file my nails with no regard of passing on who knows what. Anyway, she did a horrendous job filing my nails to the shape I requested, leaving me with multiple oddly shaped nails. No I'm not joking nor over exaggerating. I'll even post a picture. 3 weeks after having been here I've had 3 nails break with no effort. This is a first and also not okay. Honestly, I usually go to Venetian nail salon and they charge me probably 3$ cheaper than this place did but with much better quality and a much cleaner atmosphere. I would spend my time and money elsewhere! read more
