She really took her time and checked in with me multiple times to make sure it was what I wanted. She was very sweet and her work is amazing. The nails were immaculate 3 weeks later when I came in for a fill. I didn't catch the name of my tech on my second visit, but wow she was fast. Multiple times through the service she paused to check in that I liked the length, shape, color, design etc. I appreciate that so much because we all know it can be hard to speak up when something isn't quite what we want. And omg she was fast. She removed my previous design, filled/shaped, and painted in just 40 mins. Such a excellent experience 10/10 The salon itself is clean and very cute. The pedicure chairs look new still. I recommend calling and making an appointment if you intend to try them out, they can get pretty booked.

I've been coming here for about 3 years, but after my last visit, I will never return…read more I came in to fix a broken nail and was told to wait for my original tech. I ended up waiting about an hour while staff kept going back and forth, clearly frustrated about who was going to deal with my nail. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Eventually, a different technician took over, and the service was rough and painful. She was pulling my hand, filing aggressively on the sides, and it actually hurt. The nail was done carelessly and didn't even match the rest of my set. On top of that, the attitude was obvious. Between the tone, looks, and the way they were going back and forth in their language, it was clear I was being treated like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. Don't assume customers don't notice just because you're speaking another language. After years of loyalty, this was extremely disappointing. I felt disrespected and unwelcome. They lost a long-time customer.

I tried blowing up their phone on Sunday to tell them all the nail started chipping but no one ever andweree the phone. They should not stop chipping like in a weem! I came by after work today and all they're doing is arguing with me. They said it's been two weeks. It has not been two weeks. They don't know how to count. I pulled up my credit card statement to Show when the charge was and they just want to sit there and argue. They don't make any sense they don't understand anything you're saying and they want to throw it back on you that I should come back in 2-3 days this is just a bunch of bullshit !! They do shitty work as it is! Do not come here; look at past pictures that have been posted. They are horrible.

I'm sure it's to save time, but it's truly not worth messing up the structure of the nail. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves... I have a conference next week and I'm very embarrassed about these nails... (yes, they had me pay full price; mani and 2 pedis $108)

My friend got acrylics with cat-eye polish and they look FANTASTIC. I will note that the color books are labeled with the same numbers for different colors in different books, so be sure to show your nail tech the exact book/color to prevent mix ups! Overall, would def recommend this to a friend and will be back next time I want my nails done!

Since Mirai does not offer acrylic nails, I agreed to try their Gel-X service. My natural nails were cut down in preparation for the application. What should have been a routine appointment turned into a nearly four-hour ordeal. The Gel-X application alone took approximately three hours, followed by another hour for a basic pedicure. For the amount of time spent and the price charged ($130 before tip), I expected a much better result. The nails are uneven, overly thick, and have an unnatural appearance. Several nails curve dramatically downward, creating a claw-like look rather than the clean, natural shape Gel-X is known for. Looking underneath the nails, there are noticeable gaps and inconsistencies in the application. I left feeling disappointed instead of happy with the finished product. The most frustrating part is that I paid a premium price and invested half my day, only to come home considering removing the nails myself. I rarely leave negative reviews, but when a service costs this much and takes this long, the quality should reflect it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Gel-X service at Mirai. I genuinely wish them well, but I will not be returning.

I decided to give this place another try and I regret my decision. They seem to lack in a lot of stuff from service to nail art . They are also too rough with your nails to the point that they sometimes make you bleed. I wanted rainbow nails and tho I kinda got it, it looks super sloppy . Kevin always seems to be rushing when doing your nails, because he has too much going on around him ... the other manicurists always ask him for help because they don't know how to do it themselves then leaves you unattended for awhile. They lack in training. It's just not a good nail salon . I'd like to feel relaxed when I'm doing my toes not pain and stinging because they cut you . This place is disappointing smh ‍ These are my nails .. you can barely see the purple and the lines are straight. He rushed threw it . It's just a sloppy mess. Never coming here again . Staff had the audacity to YELL at my 14 year old sister for my mom being a FEW minutes late to pick her up, literally blocked the door from my sister and told her the reason for that was because they had a MEXICAN GIRL steal product from them a week ago and they did not want my sister to leave without paying. SHE IS 14, THEY RACIALLY PROFILED MY SISTER FOR BEING A BROWN MEXICAN GIRL. She LOVED going to this place for her nails, was so excited to get her nails done for her 15th birthday party and then THIS happens. My nails came out perfect thanks to Maricela! My whole family got their nails done here and loved them! Oh and the plus is that its cheap and they serve wine! What else do you want!
