She really took her time and checked in with me multiple times to make sure it was what I wanted. She was very sweet and her work is amazing. The nails were immaculate 3 weeks later when I came in for a fill. I didn't catch the name of my tech on my second visit, but wow she was fast. Multiple times through the service she paused to check in that I liked the length, shape, color, design etc. I appreciate that so much because we all know it can be hard to speak up when something isn't quite what we want. And omg she was fast. She removed my previous design, filled/shaped, and painted in just 40 mins. Such a excellent experience 10/10 The salon itself is clean and very cute. The pedicure chairs look new still. I recommend calling and making an appointment if you intend to try them out, they can get pretty booked.

I ended up waiting about an hour while staff kept going back and forth, clearly frustrated about who was going to deal with my nail. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Eventually, a different technician took over, and the service was rough and painful. She was pulling my hand, filing aggressively on the sides, and it actually hurt. The nail was done carelessly and didn't even match the rest of my set. On top of that, the attitude was obvious. Between the tone, looks, and the way they were going back and forth in their language, it was clear I was being treated like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. Don't assume customers don't notice just because you're speaking another language. After years of loyalty, this was extremely disappointing. I felt disrespected and unwelcome. They lost a long-time customer.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of pricing and organization. The salon is quite pricey, and I really think there needs to be a clearer system for breaking down costs before the service starts. There are multiple books of nail colors, some of which cost extra depending on the polish, but none of the books are labeled with pricing. You're also not told upfront if a specific polish costs more. Over time, I've had to learn on my own which book contains the basic gel polish with no additional fee. Designs are also extra, which is understandable, but communication has been an issue. One time around Christmas, I decided to get a very simple design on two fingers. I was told it would be $15 extra, and I confirmed that was for both fingers. When I went to pay, it turned out to be $15 per finger--$30 total for two simple swirls. That specific set came out to around $135, which was shocking. I was also not informed ahead of time that the polish I chose was considered a "special" polish with an additional charge. Again, the work itself is beautiful, but the lack of transparency with pricing can be frustrating and uncomfortable as a client. Another area that needs improvement is the appointment system. They really need someone dedicated to the receptionist desk to manage appointments and check-ins. I've had multiple occasions where I arrived on time for my appointment, was told "just a few minutes," and ended up waiting 30 minutes or more. Overall, this is a great salon with talented artists and a lovely atmosphere--but clearer pricing and better appointment management would make a huge difference

I also had a few different designs for inspiration and Linda did such a great job taking my thoughts and translating them to exactly what's pictured.
