I've came to Amiana a couple times for french manicures and usually they do a good job for a salon but my last visit had me questioning the quality. My nails were filled unevenly, and the polish on both hands didn't match color, my right hand polish was darker than my left, the french tips were also done unevenly. I finally found my pedicure home!!! They are so nice in here and they do a fantastic job I never feel like they are rushing me. There has been a few times that I have driven like a bat outta hell to arrive before 6:30pm so that I do not infringe upon their closing time of 7:00pm... only to see others arrive right at 7:00pm and expect to get their service done with a smile and guess what?? I've tried the salon twice, they do have great pedicures but I wasn't happy with the paint job. I got acrylics for the first time in 3 years and after a week my nails were damaged. So I gave the shop the benefit of the doubt and tried again for my fill but burnt my nail when filing it and she was aware and apologized. However when she filled the other nails with the drill she kept over drilling my nails so they became sensitive. You can see on my nails where she over filled my nail it suck's because they're so close to home too. They had outstanding services and I love how they greet you! I got my nails done by IVY and she is just the sweetest person! She did such an outstanding job with my nails and usually when I go to other salons I like them but not love them and IVY made sure I loved them! First the cleanliness of this place is worth the honest cost each customer is aware of prior to service. The staff members who are primarily family each deliver quality service and all reflect with experience as a result of happy content customers in their shop. I love love this place and regret going to a Nail Salon in Rancho Cucamonga close to the Ralph's off Elena/Baseline by my home. I currently have the worse in grown ever as that place was horrible. UPDATE #2 I was messaged by the owner and they offered to fix the nails that chipped/peeled and I went in today Saturday 6/29 and my nails are all pretty again THANK YOU!!!!!! I arrive to my appointment a little early and was greeted by the owner(i assume) and receptionist, I was seated right away and given all the color samples (ALOT) to choose from. Yen was friendly and we had awesome conversation the entire time she was giving me a gel mani! She was very friendly and gentle. What I appreciated most was her attention to detail! I'm super picky when it comes to my nails and especially my cuticles and she knocked it out of the park! Anna did my pedicure and she was also very gentle and took her time and did an awesome job! She gave me exactly what I wanted! The shop is very clean which is a very good sign I will walk out of a dirty dusty shop. I loved the decoration and the chandelier is so pretty! The chairs were comfortable. Everyone in the shop was so nice. Also when you get there they have a points system and you earn points which will eventually get you monies off future services which is awesome! They offer all types of different services I've attached pics of the price list. I'm so happy I initiated an appointment thru Yelp to this place! I paid $60 for a gel mani and gel pedi which is a bit more than usual for me but I'm okay with it because i love my naisure hope I've found my nail spot! This place was great from the time I called and made my appointment until the time that I left. I was greeted upon entry and felt so welcome. She greeted me by name and they were in the middle of drawing the water for my pedicure. Ii selected my colors and I was greeted by Ivy and Tina who are now the ladies that I request when I go in. They did such an amazing job on my hands and feet. They were kind and they ALWAYS asked if something was ok before they moved on. I seriously have been to tons of salons and this one just seems like the right fit. I got a gel mani and a deluxe pedi but I think I inadvertently chose a deluxe manicure also so it was a little higher than I thought but still completely affordable. I loved coming here... up until today. The pedicure technician gave me a deep cut in my toe. She didnt say anything at first until I acknowledge the cut. She giggled and said, "Yeah, so sorry." Then, what appeared as the owner, came over and took over for the pedicurist. She grabbed the same towel they had been using for my pedicure (ya know, the one you put your feet on) and tried to stop the bleeding by squeezing it. (She didnt use a piece of cotton or anything sanitary.) After when it didnt stop, she then tried to put nail glue on the cut. I told her no to the glue, she said, "The glue will come off anyways." She still tried to charge me full price. Just got home and sanitized it with alcohol. Surprise, still bleeding and burning. read more

I call ahead of time , ask if they have time for 2 pedicures , the lady puts me on hold , asks her team for a time and they tell me to come right in , so I say perfect! My friend and I walk in , standing there for a good 2 minutes , no one helped assist us or greeted us . A girl then told us to sit on the chairs and they would be right with us. We wait 5 minutes and get seated. My nail tech started the works on myself, when My friends nail tech began making side conversation with the lady on the side of us. She frequently Stoped working on his feet to continue her conversation with the lady beside us. I'm surprised on how she was holding herself with this business. They were very unprofessional in the sense of not meeting the needs of the pedicure he asked for. She started filing his nail bed when there wasn't any nail polish to be filed off. That's when he got himself up and walked out in the middle of the pedicure. It was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE we've ever had ever. I really like this salon. I've had issues in the past with salons not wanting to do any designs I choose, or subtly telling me I should choose something else which was always disappointing. I have not had any issues with this salon when it comes to designs (which they do with a reasonable additional fee). I never make appointments, but always call in advance to see how busy they are. If they're busy they give me a time frame to come in which has always worked out nicely. :) Highly recommend! read more
