When she moved to Montclair, I happily followed her because she's simply that amazing--and her new location is even more convenient since I work in Covina. Jennifer is incredibly reliable, professional, and always on time. She goes above and beyond to accommodate my hectic schedule, whether that means meeting me as early as 7:00 a.m. or staying until 8:00 or 8:30 p.m. She even makes time for me during the week since weekends don't work with my schedule. What I appreciate most is her dedication and genuine care for her clients. Even though we both live in Rancho Cucamonga, we meet at her salon in Montclair, often very early in the morning or late in the evening, because she's always willing to work around my schedule. I would strongly caution anyone considering this nail salon. After my visit, I developed what my doctor believes is a fungal infection on my feet. I've been dealing with intense itching and painful blisters, and it's been a terrible experience. Based on what happened to me, I have serious concerns about the salon's sanitation and sterilization practices. The tools and equipment did not appear to be properly cleaned or sterilized between clients. Cleanliness should be a top priority at any nail salon, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this salon and encourage others to think twice before booking an appointment. Your health and safety are not worth the risk. read more

Wanted to try a new place and it was not awesome ! I was greeted very nicely. I paid extra for a pedi with massage and it was very lacking, I asked at the end if she was going to massage and she said she did, other places she I get one I know when i do because it feels absolutely amazing ! My mani was well done and massage was great but she didn't use lotion which was strange to me but I guess all are different, I just have super dry hands and look forward to that. Granted this was a Tuesday afternoon, but my experience here was very nice. I am visiting the area for a few weeks and found this salon near by. They were near Target and had the higher ratings of surrounding nail salons, so I walked in after shopping. For personal reasons, I only get pedicures- they already had a few clients in chairs, but they sat me right away. I really waited no time at all as they prepared my chair. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, and they were attentive to all of my requests. Overall, I will definitely come back during any of my visits. read more

I told her I didn't do gel bc there was no light she tried to convince me to stay so she can put the gel after trying to charge me for a gel set. I asked for "dip powder" where the licensed manicurist dips your finger into the powder about 3 times...where the powder will coat evenly on your natural nail.....she took a brush and dipped it in alcohol and the powder formed into a pea sized ball of thick acrylic...? So now my nails have this super overly boulder looking thickness at the top & I absolutely HATE THEM...this review can go on omg....just look at the pics you will see for yourself... I called back and asked if they can be redone since I loved the color so much but the manager said the same manicurist had to re do them.....? This place is terrible. Not only do they not keep in stock the polish colors they show you, I had to choose another color a few times. But, I had been exclusively going to this place since they opened A LONG TIME AGO. I was Donna's (the owners) client. Last couple times I went not only was I overcharged, but what I got was done poorly and rushed. I was given a menu to choose amd then was nickle amd dimed until my standard pedicure was $45. And Donna heard me disputing the charge and said NOTHING. She allowed the gauging to happen amd kept quite. I am completely disgusted with they way they are now doing business and for that price you can find several other places that are up to date on technique and are more up to date on their color choices.
