It was time for my next wax and I booked through her online, which is so convenient. I had an appointment with April. She sent me a text as I'm at the door to walk in to cancel my appt for 9am due to her wax bulb going out. Instead of answering the phone she decided to text. Finally after multiple attempts of calling to see what's going on she request that I come in at a later time when she had availability, but yet had another appointment after me.
