I go Saturday for my appointment and the man rushed me (whole new staff i never seen from earlier in the week) . I didn't even have a chance to tell him I wanted a manicure as well. He sat me & had my fiance wait in the waiting chairs. Also, the lady who did my fiances toes was too rough on him and dug too deep in his toes that it was bothering him later in the day. My wife and daughters have been coming here for many years. I have over the last 2 years been coming here and I would highly recommend this place. For the last 6 times or so I have been having Lina do my pedicure. If you are on your feet most of the day, working hard walking and you just want to relax.... I get the number 4 which does the job plus a great leg massage. The leg massage she does you can't believe because she pulls the knots from your shins and the bottoms of your feet out. So I went on Mother's Day and it was empty so I thought omg yay I get to get a pedicure quick . First off first impressions are always important. So the Asian guy who I believe is there supervisor or something and he first smiled and didn't say anything and I said nicely " can I get a pedicure please " and he was trying to be funny and say nooo you can't and I was a little confused because why would you try to be funny, it was ick and weird and he started laughing and of course now I'm laughing cuz now it's awkward. So then a nice older lady starts going my pedicure and it took around 2 hours . She was a little rough when filing the sides and cutting the sides when I specifically said no just cut straight on the top please . She ended up still doing it a little and it hurt my big toe during and now my small pinky toe on my right foot has been bugging me since yesterday . I also believe if you're paying 65 dollars, the French tip design should all be even and not my big toe lopsided on the corner. Extremely Disappointing Experience . Will Never Return! I went in with the intention of getting a basic manicure and pedicure, specifically a French tip on my natural nails, as I always do. Unfortunately, this turned into one of the worst nail salon experiences I've had. From the start, I explained to the technician that I wanted my nails filed to a natural shape, not too square, but instead, he filed them incredibly short and square. I tried to communicate my preferences again when he began working on the other hand, but it was clear he wasn't listening. By the time he was done, my nails were so short that there was no room for the French tips I had requested. When I asked for the French tips, he told me it was too short to do them. I was frustrated but still hoped for a decent result, as I've had French tips done on my natural nails before. Unfortunately, he struggled throughout the process. He made numerous mistakes, using acetone repeatedly to try and fix them, which was not only painful but made my skin red and irritated. I repeatedly told him my skin was sensitive and dries easily, but he ignored my concerns and continued to use acetone in an aggressive manner, even reapplying polish five times. By the end, my nails looked awful--uneven, messy, and literally covered in red paint, including my cuticles, which were raw and irritated. I felt so embarrassed that I just wanted to leave, but the technician insisted on "fixing" it. I ended up having to ask him to stop and leave, as the situation was getting worse with each attempt to "correct" it. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service, the lack of communication, and the poor quality of the manicure. I will never return, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value good customer service and quality work. read more

I called ahead to confirm they had time for both services, and they said yes, but when I arrived, I only received the pedicure.
