I was looking for a new Nail Salon a while back. I happened to be at Staples on Mountain in Upland and drove through the parking lot and saw. 'Savy Nail" near Hobby Lobby by the walkway to 7th street. They are amazing. I've been going there for over 4 years now. I only do my toes and I only have LAN do my pedicure. If she is not available I will wait until she is. She is so good too because she will even fit me in at the last minute. I love this shop. It is very clean & neat, the people are very personable and Lan is THE BEST WITH INGROWN toenails. I actually had half of my nail removed for the ingrown issue but now when it starts to hurt I just get my, at least monthly pedicure and the pain is gone. She goes so deep into the nail bed and it hurts so good, (if you know what I mean), because when she is done it will not hurt. If you're looking for a great small family operation this is your next stop. Oh and last time I saw them with a little girl and they did her nails just like anyone else. So they are very good with children too. I can't say enough about Savy Nail. Give it a try. Walk ins welcome but I usually call ahead and make an appt so I can get my toes done when I want to. read more

My wife and daughters have been coming here for many years. I have over the last 2 years been coming here and I would highly recommend this place. For the last 6 times or so I have been having Lina do my pedicure. If you are on your feet most of the day, working hard walking and you just want to relax.... I get the number 4 which does the job plus a great leg massage. The leg massage she does you can't believe because she pulls the knots from your shins and the bottoms of your feet out. Customer service. I went earlier this week to book a couple pedicure appointment and the staff was very nice. I go Saturday for my appointment and the man rushed me (whole new staff i never seen from earlier in the week) . I didn't even have a chance to tell him I wanted a manicure as well. He sat me & had my fiance wait in the waiting chairs. Also, the lady who did my fiances toes was too rough on him and dug too deep in his toes that it was bothering him later in the day. Came in for Gel X nails and Winnie did an excellent job. She was so careful and detail oriented. The application looked great, the French tip was just how I wanted it, and the 3D flower design looked awesome. I had a fill done and I didn't like that she didn't clean under my nails or do a double coat for the nail polish. I also didn't like the fact that there's nail polish all over my fingers and it wasn't taken off at all. My cuticles weren't cleaned and there was just no attention to detail, especially when doing a French tip. I feel like that's needed. Now I'll have to go fix this at home and I definitely won't be coming back here. read more

I bring my 92 year old mom here for pedicures and they are so kind and thoughtful with her. They do an amazing job on her toenails. They always ask questions and do exactly as she asks. We always just walk in so we expect a wait. It's usually less than 15-20 minutes wait. The staff is friendly and lively. The salon is always clean and modern. So I went on Mother's Day and it was empty so I thought omg yay I get to get a pedicure quick . First off first impressions are always important. So the Asian guy who I believe is there supervisor or something and he first smiled and didn't say anything and I said nicely " can I get a pedicure please " and he was trying to be funny and say nooo you can't and I was a little confused because why would you try to be funny, it was ick and weird and he started laughing and of course now I'm laughing cuz now it's awkward. So then a nice older lady starts going my pedicure and it took around 2 hours . She was a little rough when filing the sides and cutting the sides when I specifically said no just cut straight on the top please . She ended up still doing it a little and it hurt my big toe during and now my small pinky toe on my right foot has been bugging me since yesterday . I also believe if you're paying 65 dollars, the French tip design should all be even and not my big toe lopsided on the corner. She was sweet but I don't think you should do a design you won't nail 100% Don't know if I'd come back next time read more

Extremely Disappointing Experience . Will Never Return! I went in with the intention of getting a basic manicure and pedicure, specifically a French tip on my natural nails, as I always do. Unfortunately, this turned into one of the worst nail salon experiences I've had. From the start, I explained to the technician that I wanted my nails filed to a natural shape, not too square, but instead, he filed them incredibly short and square. I tried to communicate my preferences again when he began working on the other hand, but it was clear he wasn't listening. By the time he was done, my nails were so short that there was no room for the French tips I had requested. When I asked for the French tips, he told me it was too short to do them. I was frustrated but still hoped for a decent result, as I've had French tips done on my natural nails before. Unfortunately, he struggled throughout the process. He made numerous mistakes, using acetone repeatedly to try and fix them, which was not only painful but made my skin red and irritated. I repeatedly told him my skin was sensitive and dries easily, but he ignored my concerns and continued to use acetone in an aggressive manner, even reapplying polish five times. By the end, my nails looked awful--uneven, messy, and literally covered in red paint, including my cuticles, which were raw and irritated. I felt so embarrassed that I just wanted to leave, but the technician insisted on "fixing" it. I ended up having to ask him to stop and leave, as the situation was getting worse with each attempt to "correct" it. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service, the lack of communication, and the poor quality of the manicure. I will never return, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value good customer service and quality work. read more

I gave this nail spa two chances and both times, I was treated as an afterthought while they catered to someone they clearly deemed a "higher-paying" client. I walked in expecting fair service but instead, I was completely disregarded while they focused on a woman who was likely spending more. I sat there, waiting, watching as I was skipped over, left to fend for myself until someone finally became available. No acknowledgment, no apology--just a clear message that my business doesn't matter as much as someone else's. If you enjoy being ignored and treated like an inconvenience, this is the place for you.
