I usually LOVE this place but unfortunately after me getting my feet done about a day later I got an infection on my big toe. There was pus coming out and my toe hurts really bad. I am guessing it's because the tools were dirty and/or unsanitary which I should have know better because she dropped the foot scrubber on the floor then just kept using it read more

I did not want to write a review but it's day 5. I went in for a gel mani/pedi and left with only a pedi plus a toe infection. I called ahead to confirm they had time for both services, and they said yes, but when I arrived, I only received the pedicure. The technician was polite, but she dug into my nails so deeply that it caused pain and now I have an infection. read more

Very happy with the service. Had my nails done on Halloween and by Monday two had broken because of my own fault. Came in and asked to get them fixed and they completely fixed them like new. I love how friendly the staff is and I lovey nails every time I get them done. read more

With this being my initial visit, I enjoyed the ambiance beyond a manicure and pedicure. The conversation with the tech as she worked was quite welcoming. She explained what she was doing and respected my thoughts. I felt her recommendations were genuine, not to upsell. The finish project was beautiful and I have to decided to become a regular providing my appointment times can be maintained. read more

Super upset with the service today. I sat there for about 2 hours, and these are the results. They also had the audacity to charge me $40. Paying even $1 dollar for these nails should be a crime. They did offer to "fix" them but after sitting there for 2 hours I don't have time to be there another 2 hours. I had to leave to get ready for work. So upset that these were my birthday set and it looks like there are legos on my fingers because of how thick they are. Stay away from Kevin seriously. read more

Let me tell you this lady is amazing, friendly caring fast effectent and attentive. My nails are practically shinning now! I'm happy content confident and relaxed. It's hard finding places that care more about their customers than revenue. This establishment cares about their customers. I love them! Thank you for taking the time to correct the mistake and being so kind about it. I read review about other places rushing you and talking about you while fixing mistakes and Jenny here at Savy nails did not, I find my new nail lady in the IE read more

A spontaneous decision to walk-in for a pedicure for my first visit. I was greeted by a male stylist who sat me down immediately with Kelly who did a great job with my ped (especially the 10 min massage included with option #4 for $44). Although I declined a full-set/Mani when I sat down I decided to ask for a full-set with the male stylist after watching his interaction with other clients and realizing that he and the lady sitting next to him were the "main" stylist. I wasn't wrong. The male (Donnie) was great. Quick and accurate applying my nails and the lady next to him (Jenny) design (of my choice) was on point. The conversation between myself, Donnie, Jenny and the client with Jenny was casual but turned personal once Jenny's client left. The subject of home renovations had come up and they both had many suggestions on how and where to gather ideas for my home. Donnie shared plenty of pictures of his home and shared how HE did it all. For me client relationships are important. At this point (a long with the satisfaction with the service) I decided I'd be returning. read more

Went in yesterday to get my pedicure done . I love how they use the plastic bags in the tub . It's always the first thing I look for when I'm wanting to get my pedi done . They charged my $36 dollars , which is not to bad. I had calluses removed , had a feet scrub placed and hot towels. Perfect! They have a pretty big space with a lot of selections . Definitely will be coming back to get my pedicure done here . Just make sure you bring cash , I saw a ATM machine there . So not sure if they take debit . I like to take cash because I hate to be charged extra just to take out my own money from my account, but if you don't mind then they have a ATM there for you to withdraw money. read more

Nails by Tracey...she did an amazing job! I am loyal to my nail lady but she was busy and I had to get in somewhere, lucky for me I walked into Savy Nails and Tracey was free to do my fill. This was my first time with her and she did an amazing job. She was super nice and was really good. She was also really creative and did a great job with designing my Christmas nails. Also, Jolie was really good with my pedicure. She took out an ingrown that no one has been able to take care of in a while. Definitely recommend you go check them out. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I 100% do not recommend this nail salon. I went in on 11/3/23 around 12:20PM to get a regular pedicure. As she was cleaning my nails I felt a bit of pain but I just thought it was her getting my toes cleaned out. Some time went on & she tells me she pulled out in ingrown nail. Out of shock I said "oh okay" and pretty much left it at that. I was shocked because I have never had an ingrown before, I did not feel pain in my feet or toes before going to this salon and I'm pretty sure l would know if I had an ingrown. Anyway, she finishes up, I pay & leave. That night I was feeling extreme pain in my toes, I could hardly walk. My toes were so sensitive even a blanket on them would hurt. The next day I notice on the side of my toe nail where the "ingrown" was my skin was green. I came to the conclusion that they gave me an infection, which is beyond disgusting and again I had never had any of this happen before. I was limping around everywhere for a good 3 days after. So finally I call the nail salon on 11/6/23 and I explain to the lady over the phone what happened, she seemed very confused and asked me if I would like to come in to fix my toes, I asked her "what can you do for me, I'm in extreme pain" she then told me to come in on Wednesday to talk to the owner to see what & if he could do anything for me. I don't live in the area so I decide to call on Wednesday, no answer. I call back on Thursday, no answer. I have my boyfriend and some of my family members call & same thing, no answer. So now here I am leaving a review because I am so disappointed in the cleanliness and customer service of Savy Nails. I highly encourage people to go elsewhere. They do not care about their customers. I would post photos of my infected toe, but it is very disturbing so I'll save you the trouble! read more

Tech I had was horrible. How do u ask me what service I want then tell me it doesn't include taking off the polish and I had to scrub my own feet because you couldn't do it properly? Then you don't remember what you did on foot A and repeat it on foot B. Make it make sense. Unfortunately my regular tech is out of town so I had to go somewhere else today. Best believe I won't be coming back to this place. Somehow when it's the older techs their service is subpar but I tried to be patient and once again didn't work. Would have gave a zero read more

I have been going to Savy nails for years and have been happy with the service, but yesterday 10/11/24 I went in for a gel manicure and the outcome was awful. My technicians name was Helen, she just wanted to do what she wanted to do, she kept saying saying she did good work. Well I'm still trying to peel the gel off my skin which is painful. My acrylic thumb nail looks awful. When the owner Don asked me how things were going, I said fine, but it really wasn't. I will never let her touch my nails again. read more

Got a chrome gel manicure with one of the ladies there name My. She was sweet and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. The shop is big and everyone was nice and accommodating.
