Lovely nails does a fine job when it comes to nails. However, it is best to call in advance and schedule an appointment. We have tried walking in a few times and they always tell us they don't have time or they are low on staff. The walk ins sign posted on the window is a bit misleading. read more

I think that's what she said her name was... paid so much attention to detail. She wasn't in a rush and spent time making sure my nails looked good. I have had pedicures here before and never an issue. There was hardly a wait today, being that I did not make an appointment, so that was good. The water where you soak your feet was cold, so that was a bummer. Also, the nail tech cut my nail crooked. Getting a pedicure should be relaxing, but I found it to be unpleasant. I'm on my feet for work for 12 hour shifts, so I try to have self care days. When it was time for the massage, nail tech squirted cold lotion and cold oil on me, that was unpleasant and the massage lasted 30 seconds. For 40 dollars, the experience was not worth it. read more

Horrible!!! I don't know why we keep giving this place a chance! I literally am so disappointed! The kid that had me was so worried about keeping up with the girl next to him because she zooms through her nails. (She's not good either). He painted like half of the nails leaving parts unpainted. He asked me if I wanted them cut and I said yes. I have put off cutting them because I wanted them done right and even. He was panicked so he cut only one and didn't file and my toes are still long so I'm going to take the polish off and cut them myself and see if my daughter will paint them for me. I also didn't have him go back to cut because I was afraid with his shakes hand that he would cut me so I didn't want to chance it. I should have got up and walked out at that point! Ughhhhh!!!! They look horrible!!! . The price went up and it's still crappy. I'm sure they only made money when the school kids were in but now with them gone maybe it's time they throw the towel in. read more

Two stars for a very detail oriented manicurist. One star taken away for the place being kinda dirty. However, the biggest complaint was with the gel nail polish. I picked an extremely sparkly gel color. The actual polish looked NOTHING like it. My nails came out, dare I say, kind of ugly. It felt like a waste of money since I wasn't going to seriously ask for them to be re-done (not that it was offered). Sigh. I won't be back. read more

I got my nails done a week ago, was pretty happy with them until they started lifting 3 days later. I went back today and first was charged for their shotty job. Then there gel polish that I paid 13.00 extra for had filled very badly. When I asked them about it they said, oh we can fix it but it will cost you 10. So my fault you have terrible product?? I have been going to the same Nail Salon in Glendora for 15 years. I finally found a great one closer to my home in Upland. I am "extremely" picky so with this being said I have tried allot of different places but none come close to the service and professionalism of this place. It's not the most beautiful place but it's clean and they did an amazing job. This is now my new nail place. Try it out ladies. You won't regret it. I am so happy that I no longer have to drive 45 minutes to get my nails done and still have to wait. Now I drive 6 minutes with no wait and out within the hour. Loving this!!! read more

I have been coming for a while to give them a chance . But they rush through pedicures like a Mc Donald's drive thru. Wait actually the drive thru takes longer than the nail techs. We literally have a language barrier since no one on site can understand English which is more frustrating when you trying to ask questions. They have no color selection same basic cheap products limited to what you can choose ; I have chosen same dang white for ever because they have nothing else.They are never available on top of that it's like I have to beg for them to take my money for a pedicure. Always saying they don't have techs available but always just sitting around on phone while there chairs are empty . Worst part is there is no salons around so it's like you have no choice. $25 for a basic 15min pedicure . Sad af take your money elsewhere. read more

Came in for a pedicure, it was affordable and relaxing. Nice selection of polishes. I liked the environment it seemed as if everyone knew each other, they were telling jokes, talking about their children, colleges, traveling, food, and much more it was very welcoming. They have those massage chairs and I kid you not I almost feel asleep while getting my pedicure I was so relaxed. I wish I lived closer because I'd come here ever 2 weeks instead of my regular spot just because I really did feel comfortable at this establishment. read more

I'm still on the hunt for a reasonably priced nail salon to get a good pedicure and I have yet to find the perfect one. I decided to try this place out again since I saw that it was under new management and I wasn't impressed by service. The lady that worked on my pedi TOTALLy rushed through it and kept trying to push their new 'deals' on me. I politely refused because all I really need is basic pedicure but as I was being rung up, she charged me $1 extra just to use a debit card. Ehhh, even though it's only $1, it's still double what other places charge. They should at least post that on a sign somewhere but I didn't see any. The pedicure overall was O-KAY. Not spectacular but not bad. Maybe I'll consider going back, but I don't like how I left feeling a little gypped because they sneakily charged me extra and rushed me through what was seriously a 10 minute pedicure. read more
