For the price I paid for a standard pedicure with a gel French tip, the quality of both the service and the finished result did not meet my expectations. I also noticed that one of my feet was not properly prepped before the gel polish was applied. When I got home, I discovered that the entire gel polish on one of my toes had already peeled off in one solid piece because it hadn't adhered correctly. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and don't feel the service was worth the cost.

I ended up waiting about an hour while staff kept going back and forth, clearly frustrated about who was going to deal with my nail. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Eventually, a different technician took over, and the service was rough and painful. She was pulling my hand, filing aggressively on the sides, and it actually hurt. The nail was done carelessly and didn't even match the rest of my set. On top of that, the attitude was obvious. Between the tone, looks, and the way they were going back and forth in their language, it was clear I was being treated like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. Don't assume customers don't notice just because you're speaking another language. After years of loyalty, this was extremely disappointing. I felt disrespected and unwelcome.
