I decided to get white gel nails on my feet, the day I did them they came out nice and perfect but the next day my toes had nail polish coming off of them on my toes. Wouldn't expect it for being gel nails. My friend that came with me had basic nail polish and her nail polish was coming off as well. I called the lady and explained what happened, she told me I can come in for a free retouch. She fixed the problem, a day goes by and my nails are doing good.. But today, I look at my nails and 4 of my toenails don't have gel nail polish on them. After rave reviews for years from my neighbor, I finally decided to drive from Rancho Cucamonga to Upland and check out Kim Nail & Spa. I suffer from severe neuropathy in my feet and pedicures are never enjoyable for me. I made my appointment with Vivian (my neighbor's suggestion) and she was absolutely wonderful!! I have been going to this nail salon for almost five years probably. It's a smaller salon with only a few workers. Kim and Jessica have always been so nice and Vivian who only does pedicures is the best -- gives your feet a good scrub and the best massages! You can't find prices cheaper, a spa pedicure is around $14 and a full set is $15-20 (depending on what you want, fills start around $10). They also do a great job waxing (I do my eyebrows there). If you go during a busy time you will have to wait but I just try to go during times I know they will be slower or I call ahead of time. Everything is always clean and I feel like they do a great job for the price. Couldn't believe they didn't have a Yelp so I decided to do one to hopefully help them out. read more

So, they was about to give me the deluxe but then i seen they had one for $13.99 so i went with that ;-) From what I gather the only difference between the 13.99 one and the 22.99 is salt and mud; rubbing salt on ur feet and then wrapping them in mud. Typically, I feel like nail salons are subpar and imusuallu less than happy with the service. Not so with this place! I called ahead and was told I could come in thirty minutes. I had removal of acrylic nails (and I couldn't even feel a thing, the removal process was so gentle), gel manicure with paraffin wax massage and cuticle shaping, pedicure, and facial waxing all for $55 dollars. I was THRILLED. I can honestly say that was the best in should get my nails done' experience of all time. And the chairs were wonderful. First time here, they take off your gel color different then what I'm used too. They soak your hands in a bowl of acetone. That's not good for your skin and nails considering acetone is very harsh. Much better when they put the little foils on your finger cause it keeps the heat in and is a lot easier to remove the gel. Then they scrapped it off with a cuticle nipper which was odd as well. They don't paint your nails all the way down to your cuticle or the sides so I had to tell her to please do that. But on a better note they were very nice and the prices are great. I'm going to give them another chance in a few weeks when I need my gel color changed. read more
