She really took her time and checked in with me multiple times to make sure it was what I wanted. She was very sweet and her work is amazing. The nails were immaculate 3 weeks later when I came in for a fill. I didn't catch the name of my tech on my second visit, but wow she was fast. Multiple times through the service she paused to check in that I liked the length, shape, color, design etc. I appreciate that so much because we all know it can be hard to speak up when something isn't quite what we want. And omg she was fast. She removed my previous design, filled/shaped, and painted in just 40 mins. Such a excellent experience 10/10 The salon itself is clean and very cute. The pedicure chairs look new still. I recommend calling and making an appointment if you intend to try them out, they can get pretty booked.

Since Mirai does not offer acrylic nails, I agreed to try their Gel-X service. My natural nails were cut down in preparation for the application. What should have been a routine appointment turned into a nearly four-hour ordeal. The Gel-X application alone took approximately three hours, followed by another hour for a basic pedicure. For the amount of time spent and the price charged ($130 before tip), I expected a much better result. The nails are uneven, overly thick, and have an unnatural appearance. Several nails curve dramatically downward, creating a claw-like look rather than the clean, natural shape Gel-X is known for. Looking underneath the nails, there are noticeable gaps and inconsistencies in the application. I left feeling disappointed instead of happy with the finished product. The most frustrating part is that I paid a premium price and invested half my day, only to come home considering removing the nails myself. I rarely leave negative reviews, but when a service costs this much and takes this long, the quality should reflect it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Gel-X service at Mirai. I genuinely wish them well, but I will not be returning.

Love that actually they use liners in the pedicure tubs. After hearing so much negative remarks about pedicure chairs from the media, I was afraid to get a pedicure for a long time. My friends told me about this place. I noticed that their prices were a couple of dollars more that other places I had gone to in the past. They actually have a video on their TV explaining how the chair works. They seem to actually care about our health. That is priceless. Came in for a pedicure. I was surprised that I only had to wait 5 minutes. Thank goodness because I was in a hurry. I had a guy do my pedicure. He was very nice. He did a wonderful job on my toes. He was able to make my feet look presentable again despite the fact that I haven't had a pedicure in a while. Love how they took the time to put every color on swatches for comparison. I find it very convenient for when I'm in a hurry and don't want to waste 10 minutes to find my color. They sat me in pedicure chair and started my pedicure while I'm looking through their basket of colors. Very well organized. I couldn't decide between several colors, the lady brought all 4 to me. There was no pressure for me to pick one right away. She said to just sit them side by side, then take a glance at them every once in a while and see which one would jump out at me. I thought that was a great idea. They actually have a tracking system in place. On the back of their loyalty card is a table to track colors I'm using in case I smudge of like the color again for future visits (what a great idea). They offer water to everyone that comes in. I've been coming to this nail salon for a while now, and it's truly one of my favorite places -- not just for the amazing service, but for the vibe and values behind it. The owner has been running this business for three years and is a young woman who works just as hard as anyone in the shop. She does lashes in the back but always steps in to help her nail techs when they need a break or lunch, and she makes sure communication is smooth by translating or explaining whenever there's a language barrier. That kind of hands-on leadership is rare! The music is always on point, and every time I visit, I see little upgrades and improvements that show how much love and effort she puts into the space. The environment is always welcoming, chill, and full of good energy. But what I admire most is her heart for giving back. She hires young women and men as receptionists -- many of them are college students or recent high school grads. She's teaching them real-life and job skills: customer service, how to clean professionally, how to balance money and tabs. It's more than a job -- it's mentorship. She even supports them if they want to pursue careers in the beauty industry, whether it's nails, lashes, or facials. Been here a couple of times, recently came in and there prices are so high??? For what? For the lady to rush my pedi (Natalie) i believe is her name and do it all fast. They've been rude. The new receptionist is slow. They all talk shit in there language about you and give you looks. Oh and they sell alcohol with no license... it's not a bar its specifically a nail salon. The new manager just doesn't care to fix the problem. She just hides in the back with food in her mouth. I came in on a Saturday afternoon for a fill and pedicure . I have to say, I am very impressed with the pedicure chair. I was a little hesitant after hearing about the bacterial growth in pedicure chairs. After watching their video about their chair, I'm glad a came in. When I returned to pick up my mother, I was shocked to discover that they had charged me for a gel manicure and pedicure--and, despite my explicit instructions, the nail technician had gone ahead and applied the gel. My mother is elderly and has sensitive skin. She also dislikes the heat associated with gel treatments. I should not have had to repeatedly insist that my wishes--and hers--be respected. I explained to them that they had lost a customer who would have been a loyal monthly client. Unfortunately, the aggressive push to sell additional services and charge more money was more important than respecting a customer's clearly stated wishes. I will take my business elsewhere. I would strongly encourage the owner to reconsider this approach to customer service.
