Rude and the prices are not accurate on their price list. Thank God I got the least expensive pedicure because the girl was super impatient and rushed. Language barrier was also a huge problem!!! I got the $25 pedicure plus $10 more for gel that's what it said on the menu, so I paid via Zelle the $38.00. Y I only tipped the girl three dollars is because she wasn't good. Normally I tip $10 however this was my first time here. After I paid another woman checked her Zelle and said you only paid $38 really loud for everyone to hear and I said yes 25 for the pedicure 10 for the gel and then the tip and she goes no it's 15 for the gel well first off never have I paid $15 for gel on a pedicure anywhere lol in any case it was embarrassing and degrading so I sent her the remainder five dollars and called it a day I won't be back. read more

Unfortunately this place did not work out for me after all after giving my nails a break from my previous nails they have not recovered from their services they look horrible and I went back to show them and the manager didn't even offer me any help, tips or advice to fix them. I will not return back here again and do not recommend this place. We found this place about six months ago and boy I am so happy we did! Cindy, the owner, is very friendly does an awesome job and does a great job having her team do the same. Myself and my two daughter's have had many of the team do our nails. We like to get the hot gel and I love getting designs. Amy is so talented with her drawings. We love all the workers here, you cannot go wrong. I get complements often and everyone wants to know where I go. I'm sad that I won't go back to this salon. I was hanging on ONLY because I loved my nail tech but the owner has pushed me out to never return. More than once, I had to wait because the owner took my nail tech to take care of a walk in. I had to wait over 20 min until they finished with the walk in to finish me. Too many times I showed up for my appointment and I'd have to wait over 15-20 min. Clearly never respecting appointment times. I always give the businesses the benefit of doubt because sometimes it happens. But when they take advantage of your kindness, you have to stand up for yourself because I'm not stupid. ‍ onto the next one. read more

Used to come here some years ago and say to say it's gone down hill... the customer service that is... I went in a little over a month ago and didn't even have the chance to get my nails done. As soon as I walked in I was never greeted but instead an older woman just looked at me with a blank stare and I was the first one to say "hello, are you guys accepting walk-in's " and the lady didn't reply with a hello back instead she rudely replied "what do you want" and I said "a mani/pedi" and she looks at her coworkers which 4/6 people were busy so that made 2 ppl available...and she just stared back at me. Literally didn't say yes or no just looked at the people around her and looked back at me. So I said NEVERMIND and walked right out. I went to Glow nails in Ontario and they did a fantastic job and all the workers were so friendly knowledgeable. Will never give this place a chance again. read more

I took my daughter here yesterday to get her nails done for prom. First off she was resistant as to the shape and length of nails my daughter wanted. She was wanting almond shape with a short length. The lady told us repeatedly that it wasn't possible to get a short length with this shape . I don't get my nails done so I don't know if this is true. This woman contacted to handle my daughter's nails in an aggressive manner!!! Leaving her nails a little sore. She claimed that my daughter was being stiff but she was being rough so my daughter couldn't help that. I believe energy is everything and this women's energy was definitely not aligned. My nails were done by Kim, she made that every single nail matched perfectly. I'm so happy with them to me they look like a Russian manicure. My feet were done by Tina she asked me exactly what I wanted. Made sure everything was to my liking. The salon was beautiful and clean on the inside and outside. They were playing calming music which made the whole experience so much better. 1000% recommend I don't think I will go to any other nail shop. The price was amazing to get my nails and toes all together was $120. I'm really happy with the results and I can't wait to come again. read more

This was my first time here and I was seating very quickly and attended. I let the tech know I like only hand filing and that I have natural nails. I also told her I do dip and she recommended hard gel to not file down the nail so much. I had naturally long rounded square nails and my index fingers were different because my right hand had a tip to help with growth because it previously broke but it finally grew out to be the same length as my left index fingernail so that was different because it broke on the sides so I filed it myself at home as oval.. When I was sitting down I asked her for the false tips to put on the index only to make even with the rest but she said she has to cut it I said no I'm okay I do not want them cut or trimmed I like my nails natural as possible but obviously with color . So she ended up just saying so they can be even to have them all almond like my left index finger and I said okay.. and I didn't think it was going to look the way they ended up looking .. AGAIN since I came in with my left index already filed as almond ... In the process I repetitively had to keep reminding my tech to not file so hard.. too fast.. and TOO THIN she thinned out my nail and the sides and claimed that's almond I said now they're sunflowers... I had to pay the full price of $45 still despite what happened and me saying I do not like it I didn't even get color read more

I was really excited to try this place because my friend recommended it and I read great reviews but unfortunately I was disappointed. I made an apt for 2 gel manicures for me and my mom as my mom had never gotten a manicure before. My mom finished first and when she came over to check on me she asked what the gel machine was for and I was confused and asked that it's for gel and she should have gotten a gel manicure. She said they did a regular manicure. When I paid I asked why she got a gel manicure and instead got a regular manicure. Apparently they asked my mom something and she said yes. My mom speaks Spanish so she must have not understood but I'm confused as I purposely made 2 gel manicure appointments. I also was disappointed by my own gel manicure as the filing was not even and pieces of hairs were left on my nail (see pictures). I will say it was clean and we got sat right away but I really was hoping for an overall better experience. read more
