I've been seeing this nail salon all the time and was always curious about going in and I finally had some time to stop by. I came in as a walk-in and was greeted right away By all the staff. I didn't have to wait at all to get a pedicure and As I was getting my pedicure, I noticed that they offered builder gel And I ended up getting that as well, and Victor made the Great recommendation to get a nail extension because I had broken all my nails And let me tell you I couldn't be happier with the service that I received both on my nails and my toes. Unfortunately, I did not get The nail tech who did my toes, but she's got an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back here and I like how they don't take advantage of the customers and charge them an arm and a leg to get a service done. I am extremely happy with the way that my nails came out Thank you again to the staff

The first few times I came in, the salon took very good care of me and gave me a perfect pedi/mani. Last week, I came in with my Mother to get our Holiday sparkle on. Well, I wish I had told them to stop. First of all, the nail tech either pretended to not know English or just ignored me. I asked for the gel builder and she did not apply it correctly. After she applied it, she said my cuticles needed to be done (someone translated for her) and then charged me an extra $7. She should have done cuticle care prior to putting on the gel builder. This made for a sloppy appearance. Because of her doing all this, I couldn't pay attention to what was going on with my pedicure. My cuticles were painted over. Omg! It's horrible. Now, a little over a week later, the mani/pedi is already separating and lifting. I paid $99 for this sloppy job. I'm so disappointed in how this turned out. My Mother's nails are lifting too and she had one of the best nail techs.

This salon is amazing! My nail tech was Dewey and he was so kind, fun, and caring with my nails. I asked for a full set with pink French, and I showed a photo for reference. It came out to $47 but you do have to pay an extra fee for using a card!

Got a pedicure with regular polish by Helen. Amazing service! She was gentle and so sweet making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I struggle with ingrown toe nails and uncomfortable nails. She did a great job taking care of all that for me. Pedicure was $20. Will definitely be coming back!

I've been going to J'adore for about four years and don't have any complaints. If you pay cash they stamp a card so you can discounts on the 5th and 10th visit. I always choose Helen she is really good and detailed! Pretty good on time, sometimes Saturdays are busier and you may have to wait so I mostly go during the week without much issue of time delay. Everyone is really nice especially Helen and Train. read more

I've been going there for years and I love the service. My nails never lift and I work in water a lot. I'm very hard on my nails when it comes to cleaning so I need my nails to last. I will continue to go there I'm very happy with my nail tech. read more

This place does great work but has no respect for anyone's time. I've been here 5 times and 4 of them with same day appointments - twice where I asked if for sure I'd not have to wait even once saying I had to leave at a certain time to get my child from school. Each appointment I was left sitting in the waiting area (not even an open chair to relax and soak my feet) for 30 to 40 minutes before being told it'll be another amount of time before Im started and that was only after I asked. Today I walked out and won't be back. There are many shops in the area with great ratings who don't just tell you to come in knowing they are too busy to accommodate you, or even acknowledge they are running behind. Not even offered a sincere apology or any type of a discount or a few minutes extra massage, nothing any of the times I waited. They clearly don't appreciate you here. read more

Ok I'm here for regular pedi. So far, so good. Clean, smells good, temperature is fine door open nice breeze. Nail tech courteous asked if I wanted nails cut down. I am pleased with my 'happy feet'. They are VERY REASONABLY priced and do an EXCELLENT job with the mani and the pedi. read more

If I could rate zero, I honestly would. Kelly does amazing nails, but she is extremely rude and let's not forget the lack of customer service. I had an appointment at 2, walked in, they all looked at me and didn't greet me. I sat down and waited until 2:10, I walked towards her while she was nowhere near half way done w the other customer and I asked, what time will you be done? She said idk I don't have you in my book. She proceeded to talk to the gentleman that made the appointment, and he said, well sometimes it gets busy and you have to wait a little while. Well waiting is not a problem, but it would have been nice if she or ANYONE for that matter has communicated with me. I suppose it's ok to have your customers wait but we can't be a few minutes later. THEY WILL NOT HAVE MY MONEY ANYMORE!! It's 2:25 and I'm still WAITING!!! read more

If you're looking to relax, this is not the place. Came in for a pedicure, wait was very long. Tech was kind but she looked very rushed, I asked for a specific style and she said she suggested a single color instead. I realized she probably wasn't experienced in French tips or she def was in a rush so I went with a single color. The nail polish coating is extremely thick. I will not be returning. read more

Don't bother making an appointment and don't have plans after because your appointment doesn't matter to them. They'll make you wait while other people who walk in without an appointment get seen before you. I made an appointment at 5 pm and didn't have anyone help me until almost an hour later. If it were up to me, I would've left. I will not be returning or referring anyone else anymore. Very upsetting. read more

I was referred here by a friend and made an appointment. I got there at my appointment time waited 30 minutes and they still were not going to see me for another several minutes she told me I would be next, but it took too long so I left. If you're running behind, it would be appreciated. If you call your customer and let them know your appointment has been delayed. This is been a complete waste of 45 minutes of my day. read more

I tried this establishment as a change from my typical nail salon. I received a pedicure from Kim. She was wonderful. Very relaxing massage, not like the typical ones that you get when you ask for one. She was very thorough and relaxing and removed all of my gel polish very efficiently. I would recommend this establishment for a pedicure. I am going back to have my nails done and will update this posting once I have received my services on my hands. read more

First salon I've had in while actually listen to me when I tell them my nails are thin & fragile. They soaked off dip powder. Used the electric tools very minimally.. I'm very grateful for the care they took with my nails. read more

Do not come here they suck and take forever my Dip manicure came out horrible! They are terrible I was there for 3hrs 2 people had to work my dip to try to fix it and they still managed to do a terrible job. They also don't cure the dip powder correctly they use regular top coat to cure it and tried to put it under the UV light. They made my dip powder super bumpy and thick, they let me walk out with all the old dip powder residue all over my hands. When it came time to pay I told them I was not going to pay for this crappy job and they said okay we will have to cut your names ummm nooo you're not going to cut my nails! She then said why didn't you say something earlier we could've taken it off and start over! I got so upset because I did say something that why 2 different people had to try to fix them and she still tried to blame me for it! I'm never going back to this place and hope you guys don't Either! Also they don't give you a manicure they just dip your nails in acetone to soak off what you have file and reapply no hot towel hand massage or anything! read more

Although this salon has amazing colors. I have yet to have a perfect dip application. This is my second tome coming here, and i really want to like it but i just can't. Every time i come here my nails have spots or the previous dip color on the outside of my nails. It is extremely frustrated because i just want to like this salon but there has yet to be a good application. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed. Spend the extra time and go to another salon. read more

I love this nail salon! I've been a client here for a year and have no regrets changing nail salons. This salon is clean, staff are friendly, and work is thorough. My nail techs are Tracey (manicure) and Tran (pedicure - she's also the manager). I dont go to anyone else! They take their time and produce nothing but the best work. My services of choice are gel mani and regular pedi. Prices are cheap comparable with other local nail salons. Overall, great salon! read more

I always come here to get my nails done! Located right next to Souplantation on Foothill and Vineyard, there's decent parking especially if you come in the morning. I like this place because they are very clean and do a good job. I will admit the wait time is long sometimes, but that's why I try to come in right when they open. They also have WiFi which helps with the wait! read more

Amazing!! This was my first time coming here and I had such a great overall experience. My nails came out so beautiful thanks to Dewey. He was very kind as well. My set was $48 not including tip. If you pay with card there is a $1-2 fee. Great price and beautiful nails! Definitely recommend coming here. read more

I was looking for a new place and ran across this little gem! I got a gel mani with Lynn and regular pedi with Trang. They both did an excellent job. They were very thorough and took their time. And the prices are very reasonable! The nail techs are all very friendly and the entire shop is very clean. I saw them pull freshly sanitized tools for eaxh new customer and they use the bowl liners. Overall I had an excellent experience and will definitely be back! read more

Not mindful of others time. I really wanted to like this place as it was convenient, great prices and friendly. The dip nails are not able to hold the full two week process. Appointments do not mean anything to them. They will schedule you appts and then take walk ins and call you for your appt time 45 minutes later. read more

I had an appointment for a pedicure and the lady hadn't even started and turned off my massage. Why is she so bothered by me using the massage chair when I'm paying $80! I understand turning it off when they are going to paint my nails (which I myself turn off because I don't want messy nails) but to turn it off before starting is so rude! I turned it back on because my back hurt from being pregnant and then she turned it off again! At this point I decided I wouldn't come back. I'm 6 months pregnant and can't do my own pedicures. I came to relax and use the massage chair but whoever did my nails was so rude and wouldn't let me use the feature. Absolutely ridiculous to have massage chairs and not allow your customer to use them. I also had $30 in rewards which they didn't let me use. They only let me use $15 and said if I wanted to use the entire $30 that I need to spend a minimum of $120. NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THAT IN THEIR REWARD PROGRAM!! They gave me a quote and I approved it, but it ended up being a little bit less. Our friend and I just got the deluxe gel manicures with the sugar scrub, lotion massage and paraffin wax with hot towel treatment. I was in heaven! Mia did my manicure and she was excellent! The place is super cute with pink and floral decor and playing great country music. They accept cards, cash and Zelle. $2 transaction fee for cards. Super easy to tip with Zelle as well. If you pay cash, they have a stamp program to get $20 off after you spend a certain amount and fill the stamp card. We will definitely be back! I specifically requested that my pedicure and nails be done at the same time due to time constraints. When I arrived, they did not have a nail technician available for me or another client who also had an appointment. I had to ask for someone to at least start my pedicure. I was assigned to a new technician who struggled to understand my requests. My feet were not properly scrubbed, both big toes had to be repainted because the polish was uneven, and I had to remind her that my service included a massage. The pedicure alone took about an hour and a half. Once another technician became available, she began my Gel-X set. I showed her a photo of the exact design I wanted and specifically asked for silver gems only. She confirmed she could do the design. After completing the ombré base, which was only average at best, she informed me that the gem pricing would be: * Pointer fingers: $20 ($10 per nail) * Ring fingers: $30 ($15 per nail) * Pinkies: $10 ($5 per nail) Although I was shocked by the pricing, I had already been there for over two hours and felt committed to finishing the set, so I agreed. Only then did she tell me she didn't actually have the gems needed for the design she had already agreed to do. I was told to choose a different gem shape, a different color, or a completely different design. When I explained that I had shown the design beforehand and received confirmation that it could be done, the manager came over and told me the photo wasn't from their salon and that they had supposedly run out of the required gems that morning. At that point, I had been there for over three hours and was left with a mediocre pedicure and incomplete nails. I finally decided to leave. As I was leaving, another customer who had been waiting over 30 minutes for her appointment was told they could only do part of her service and that she would need to come back later. She left as well. My biggest issue isn't that they ran out of supplies. Things happen. The problem is the lack of organization, poor communication, questionable skill level, and refusal to take accountability. Clients should not have to spend hours in a salon only to find out halfway through a service that the technician cannot complete the design they agreed to perform. I won't be returning.

I've never had a pedicure use a foot drill before, and after some research, it's not even a recommend practice because of the potential result of making the skin even more damaged! The salon is clean, workers are friendly, but my heels have never cracked before and it was an expensive $68 for a gel pedicure + my "callous removal". Hopefully the business changes their practices to avoiding damaging any other customers skin.

I'm a cosmetology school graduate, so I completely understand that everyone needs practice. However, Kim is well beyond a "training" stage and should not be providing services without proper skill. She needs to be retrained on basic pedicure fundamentals such as cuticle care, filing, and polish application. It's disappointing that Princess Nails would allow someone to perform pedicures knowing they are not qualified. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I'm really not happy with this place. I don't know if I even want to give 1 Star. I have been trying for a long time to grow out my natural nails. So I found out about powder nails. SNS powder. They say it's better so I found out about this place. This would be my 3rd time doing this. Tracy did my bails the same time I was getting a pedicure. I loved the way she did my nails so I thought wow I like this place. I got my nails done Saturday and by Tuesday I noticed that my some of my nails the top part of it was lifting? By Wednesday it lifted to the middle part..: I called and complained but I couldn't go back in to get it fixed bc I was leaving out of town that's the whole point of getting it done on Saturday bc I wasn't going to have time during the week!!!! So my index finger the whole powder nail came off. The middle and wedding finger was lifting and ALL OF A SUDDEN MY LONG NAILS BROKE!! It took my a long time and now this place made have to cut my nails short! Ugh!! read more

Went in today, my sister recommended them, the wait is a little long, but it's easy to see why, a lot of regulars go there to get everything done by them. I had my nails done by the funniest nail tech I have ever met. He was awesome and I totally recommend them.
