I called to make an appointment and was able to make one without any issues. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated. We had a bit of a wait because, it was prom. We met our friend from church here as well. My daughter went first since her nails were going to be way more involved. Chloe did her nails and did a fabulous job! They turned out absolutely amazing! They gave me a quote and I approved it, but it ended up being a little bit less. Our friend and I just got the deluxe gel manicures with the sugar scrub, lotion massage and paraffin wax with hot towel treatment. I was in heaven! Mia did my manicure and she was excellent! The place is super cute with pink and floral decor and playing great country music. They accept cards, cash and Zelle. $2 transaction fee for cards. Super easy to tip with Zelle as well. If you pay cash, they have a stamp program to get $20 off after you spend a certain amount and fill the stamp card. We will definitely be back! I think one of those pedicure chairs is calling my name!

I called and asked if I should reschedule and they said it was ok they can take me. I told them a mani is ok and cancel the pedi cause it was my fault for being late. When I arrived they sat me down and told me they can still do both my mani and pedi. That was so nice of them. I know they didn't have to do that. Luckily I'm very easy and simple so it didn't take long to do what I needed but it was very happy they were able to do both services. Keep in mind I'm sure they can't always do this for everyone but it ended up working out for me. I was very happy with the end result. I will definitely go again. It hurt and she continued now one of my fingers is infected. aside from that, my niece could have done a better job painting my nails. so many errors she did not care to fix. I got a coke while I waited so that I guess gets them some points. To the employees, I can tell you treat some clients better than others. I am never rude to you. I write this in Vietnamese and English so that you may read and try to do better. Your job is customer service try to communicate. I can deal with the tapping because I have gotten used to it but do not be careless about my toes or fingers. My finger hurts and is infected. I am not sure Id like to return. read more

I'm really not happy with this place. I don't know if I even want to give 1 Star. I have been trying for a long time to grow out my natural nails. So I found out about powder nails. SNS powder. They say it's better so I found out about this place. This would be my 3rd time doing this. Tracy did my bails the same time I was getting a pedicure. I loved the way she did my nails so I thought wow I like this place. I got my nails done Saturday and by Tuesday I noticed that my some of my nails the top part of it was lifting? By Wednesday it lifted to the middle part..: I called and complained but I couldn't go back in to get it fixed bc I was leaving out of town that's the whole point of getting it done on Saturday bc I wasn't going to have time during the week!!!! So my index finger the whole powder nail came off. The middle and wedding finger was lifting and ALL OF A SUDDEN MY LONG NAILS BROKE!! It took my a long time and now this place made have to cut my nails short! Ugh!! read more

Went in today, my sister recommended them, the wait is a little long, but it's easy to see why, a lot of regulars go there to get everything done by them. I had my nails done by the funniest nail tech I have ever met. He was awesome and I totally recommend them. My basic french tip full set was about $30, be back in two weeks for a fill and maybe a little color :) read more
