This week, I saw Tracy for the second time and I absolutely love my nails! I first came in about 4 weeks ago and got pink dip powder. After they started growing out, I called the salon to book with Tracy again because she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had. She doesn't rush, does an amazing job every time, and is so kind and easy to talk to! This time, I got a gorgeous Tiffany blue gel color to change it up and Tracy did an amazing job again. I went here to give them a chance the male tried to tell me Because my nail beds are shaped funny they broke. I've been getting my nails done since I was 13 and I've never heard that as an excuse. When I went the second time in the same week to get the third nail fixed I realized he actually Charged me to fix my nails as well as color change. But the break was not my fault. After another week and getting 3 nails fixed my nails again lifting. I took them off called right now to make an appointment with the women Nancy who does acrylic nails and she told me she can't take me Because she doesn't want problems, I've spent good money and when asked to fix the issue they literally make it seem like it's your fault instead of admitting they use cheap products. I don't even know why I thought giving another mail tech here made sense. Nancy told me her pricing and everything but Because I was upset about bad service now I'm the problem lol. I went to this shop to get my nails done and the old lady that works there refused to do my nails because I wanted them a bit longer. She told me I need to choose a shorter length because she was not going to do it. She immediately got an attitude and was very rude. The lady seemed like she didn't care how my nails looked. The shaping was uneven, dried up product on my nails, lumpy acrylic on index finger, paint on my hands and when asked to fix my thumb that she messed the paint up on, she wouldn't (thumb) and I asked her to shape it more and she didn't even try to really shape them. I'm so torn with this review. I should've listened to the reviews from previous Yelpers. I decided to take a chance and get a gel manicure here while on my lunch break. I was in and out of there within an hour which was perfect! However, I should've ran when I walked in the door. Previous reviews about not being greeted when you walked in or lack of direction of what they wanted you to do were spot on. I had an appointment at 1, there were 5-6 techs? One tech was literally doing her toenails right in front of the desk that you check in. I stood there, told them I had an appointment 1:00pm, the lady said ok and then there was an awkward silence. I asked if I should have a seat or if I could see their gel colors and literally nobody answered. As I sat down I got told "NO" and they asked me to sit at a station. The hygiene was TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE! The nail tech that did my nails had just finished doing someone else's feet and literally wheeled her cart over with the SAME TOOLS she used on the previous client and proceeded to try to do my damn nails! She paused and asked if I had gel on my nails at that time and I said yes and she said "no it's acrylic". I told her it was a gel manicure that i had done literally 5 days ago and I was getting it redone because my nails were cracking from what the previous salon did. She continued to tell me that it was acrylic, mind you.. my nails had literally no length. She proceeded to file the top layer of gel off my nails and it literally started to burn. She filed down the polish till she hit my nail and my skin around my nails was literally raw. When it came to painting my nails I chose this beautiful baby blue. The gel manicure is terrible. Their gel machines don't turn off. Literally the UV light on their machines stay on the whole time which is so dangerous and so wrong. You're only suppose to have to lights on your machine for 90, 60, 30, 15 seconds and it stayed on the whole time and was CAKED with polish on the inside. I had Gel all around my nails that I had to literally file off the side. It's so streaky. She asked if I wanted more than 2 coats and at first I said yes bc another coat would've fixed the streakiness. As soon as i said yes, she mumbled under her breath and the nail tech next to her started laughing. I was done and wanted out of there so I said the 2 coats was fine. She tried to give me a massage and whatnot at the end but I told her bc I wanted to leave ASAP. You get what you pay for. I'm unhappy with my nails and have to deal with them so my damn nails can recover from what they experienced today. read more

If there was an option to give ZERO STARS i would give it. I have gone here so many times, why? Because I give them chances after chances. Waste of my money. NONE OF THEM know what they are doing. NONE OF THEM are "professional". They all suck and will DESTROY your nails. Do NOT go here. Waste of time, money, and gas. They have a nail tech career yet they are not good. Do not go here. I sat in Fancy Nails for 20 min. I called beforehand and made an appointment because the person that answered the phone told me that appointments were better. I came in a tiny bit early and waited in front. After waiting and not being greeted and/or asked what I was getting done or my name, I sat down. I sat in the little corner and waited. Then I thought that maybe no one saw me, so I moved. I thought that at first "oh maybe they are just having a quiet, busy day." But later on, they all glanced at me and nothing else. Also, the selection of polish ranged from pink-red. I'm so sorry I left a bad review but I've been in a nail salon with only TWO nail technicians before and at least was made comfortable. read more

Tried this place for the first time after desperately needing a fill. I got a pink and white fill with rhinestones on the ring fingers. I appreciate this place being able to take me and my sister within the hour since it was very busy and got seen even sooner than the wait time. Tina did my nails and was very patient with dealing with my hyperhydrosis and even accomidated me with a fan. She filed my nails down quite a bit which I could understand since they were lifting, however she was a bit rough with the drill bit and ended up slicing my nail cuticle causing it to bleed. She didn't apologize or even bother to sanitize my cut. Aside that, I asked of she could add more white powder to my acrylics since I saw her adding it to one nail. She said that next time I had to tell her what I wanted sooner and she could not add more white power to all my nail tips. I was kind of annoyed but agreed I would come back to fix. I also nearly had to beg her to add rhinestones on my full ring fingers. I'm guessing because more customers started piling in and she felt pressed for time. I do think they look nice but wasn't satisfied with the lack of white tips and the fact I have a bubble in my acrylic nail and a cut. Also the whole salon is very outdated looking and desperately needs a facelift. I'll be back though to give her another chance! read more

Horrible, horrible place. When you first walk in they don't even bother to say hi. Over the full name They did not know how to pronounce my name so when I walked in I said my name and they just laughed in my face. At that point I knew I should've just walked out but I gave them a chance. So one of the younger girls came with her tool kit to do my Pedicure she didn't even sanitize the utensils. The price is way too high for what they're doing. Their work really isn't even that good, my toll now polish only stay on for two days before chipping. I do not suggest this place AT ALL.. very unprofessional and rude. read more

Not sure of the name of the lady who did my nails (possibly Trudy) but sadly she did not do a good job. I was very disappointed to say the least :( Her hands shook a lot when painting my nails causing the polish to get all over my skin then told me I was good to go when it was still all over, I asked to have it fixed and when she did she told me it was fixed and it still clearly didn't look good. HOWEVER, she did do my pedicure as well and did a great job with everything, pedi's are definitely her strong suit :) read more

I went in for a full set and pedi. When I walked in there was a sign for a $36 spa pedi & regular full set. I had a picture of a set of nails I liked. The man failed to tell me that the design on one finger was going to cost $5. He did a quick paint job on my nails and they're too rounded on the edges. I've never hated my nails after getting them done. I want to take them off and start over. He didn't even compare my nails to make sure they were all even. My pedi was great other than getting tricked into getting sea salt for an additional $5! I'll continue to go to Blue Diamond from now on. Because I travel so much there are times when I have to get my nails done elsewhere out of state or out of town. Nothing compares to the top quality products that they use and I know this for a fact because when I get my nails done at cheap places, it seems as though that lifts easily and or something happens.
