It's always a fail and I come right back to Emily! Kelly gives great manicures so I usually have doing my feet and doing my hands. But Diane also does an amazing job on hands, Diane and the owner. The quality of the finished gel manicure is mediocre, at best. The finish is lumpy and uneven. $38 for a really basic gel manicure, before tip, is pricey, unless it really looks amazing.
