I was very happy with my manicure and pedicure today. I've been trying to find a salon that I like and I think I found it! Tyler did my manicure and Ivy did my pedicure.
After one week my nails are peeling They offer a "spin of the wheel" and you win a discount on your next visit if you give them a 5 star review Nope I didn't let myself be fooled I'm honest and like to give my honest opinion 5% won't change me
Took my daughter for her first acrylic set and they nailed it (yeah, I said it). Staff was patient, friendly, and great with her. She loved the mix of cat eye, French tips, and unique designs. Clean, open salon, and even as a walk-in during a busy afternoon, we didn't wait. Solid spot.
I went to see my nail tech Natalie and as usual she always do an amazing job! Of all the salons I've been to, I've never had a nail tech that is so gentle with my nails, she takes her time because she's a perfectionist and my nails always, I mean always comes out beautiful! Thank you Natalie for your beautiful work
I had gelx and the nail tech was very gentle and informative. His name was Lin. He was respectful and professional. I will definitely go back. Lin did a fantastic job on my nails. 5 stars
I just had the best experience here! I came in unsure of what I should do with my nails and how to keep them healthy and Linh was AMAZING! He educated me on what would be best and had the best technique and professionalism! Will definitely be returning! Mind you, these are my REAL nails!

The whole experience felt rushed They don't properly clean your nails and do not apply the polish evenly. Do not waste your time and money You can find better service and quality of work elsewhere. $95 for a gel manicure and pedicure not worth it for these type of results

My first time coming here to get a gel x full set and a pedicure and I will absolutely be coming back. Natalie did amazing with my nails! They look so natural and exactly how I wanted. I definitely would recommend Natalie and will be coming back to have her do my nails again. Michelle did my pedicure and she was great! Natalie is MY GIRL!! Been coming here for about 5 months now and I love how efficient they are. If you make an appointment, you're able to choose your nail tech and from my experience, I haven't had to wait any longer than 15 mins. My girl Natalie does my gel x nails and she always kills it. This time I asked for mermaid nails and this is what we came up with! I'm obsessed. Natalie also does brows and other services! 10/10 would recommend. This I went to Spotlight lashes & nails in Rancho Cucamonga because my regular lash tech had no same-day openings. The front desk employee ( turned out to be the manager) was very sweet, which I appreciated. I showed the lash tech Jessica a reference photo and clearly asked for a volume/wispy set. She assured me she could do it, but the final result was sparse and looked nothing like the inspo photo I provided. I asked for more fullness during the appointment and was told it was done, but there was no visible difference. Her technique was poor and there was a mirror check but due to all the tape I had on my bottom lashes. I was barely able to even open my eyes. When I left, the lashes were completely stuck together and unbrushable. I did said they looked "OK" at the end of the appointment because I felt uncomfortable, but they were objectively not what I asked for. I waited 45 minutes in my car to see if the reasoning behind the clumping was because the bonding solution was in fully dry yet, but that wasn't the case. I decided to go back and try to find a solution to this issue, the same tech Jessica offered to "fix" them. Due to her lack of knowledge during removal, she caused an abrasion on my eye as the solution was burning my eyes. They were persistent on having a different lash tech service me as the manager even agreed with me that it was a terrible job. I decided to take my refund and spend it elsewhere because NEVER will I EVER step foot in that salon again. For the cherry on top I ended up going to urgent care the next day and due to the carelessness of the employee I had to go to urgent care for treatment, turns out I had an abrasion on my left eye. I ended up going to a different lash studio my friend recommended, where I had a significantly better experience and got the exact volume/wispy set I originally wanted with no damage. Bottom line: Kind staff does not excuse unsafe technique. Causing an eye injury is unacceptable. I do not recommend this salon for lash extensions. Save your money, and more importantly, your eyes. I have urgent care documentation and photos if the owner would like to discuss. read more

Wish I'd taken a picture sooner, but here's my nails at about 3 weeks, & they're still holding up! I've had nothing but a positive experience at Spotlight. Natalie always does such an incredible job on my nails. The salon is well-maintained and everyone is friendly, kind, and accommodating. read more

One star is too generous. I had a truly awful experience here and will never return. From the moment I walked in and signed in with the red-haired girl at the front desk (who was nice), I was made to feel uncomfortable. She let my nail tech, Michelle, know I had arrived. When Michelle looked at me, I smiled and waved -- and she gave me the dirtiest look. I mentioned this to the front desk, and she brushed it off, saying, "That's just how she is." I should have trusted my gut and left then. I went in for a full set Gel-X French manicure and specifically asked for a nude color that would not be see-through and told her I do not like pink tones. She completely ignored that, pulled out the exact colors I said I didn't like, and when I politely said no, she walked away and left me standing there. Still trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, I stayed. But as she did my nails, I showed her a photo of how I like my French tips thicker. She kept doing them thin anyway. When I reminded her of the picture and asked her to please make them thicker, she got an attitude, told me I should have told her earlier (I did), and then said she would never do my nails again -- right in front of another client. Completely unprofessional. At that point, I told her to remove them because I was uncomfortable and didn't appreciate being treated that way. She removed the gel from only one hand, leaving me with unfinished nails and still had the nerve to try to charge me nearly $80. I refused. After going back and forth, they finally lowered it to $57 -- which is still way too much considering I left with one bare hand and a horrible experience. Now I have to go pay another $30-$40 to have them done right somewhere else. Do yourself a favor: skip this place and go somewhere you'll be respected and treated like a paying customer. read more

The owner, Michelle, reached out to me& worker with my next availability to get my nails fixed. Ivy did the new set of nails and she did a great job. Probably the best set of nails I've had done in a long time. Once again their customer service was top-tier and everyone was so nice even though I felt bad asking them to fix my nails. Horrible place with horrible service. My wife got her nails done here and it resulted in an infection. The lady who did her nails kept messing up the design, shape and color. She then inspected and saw there was missing spots of color on her nails and one nail wasn't even finished completely. They asked her to call back the next day to make a new appointment but then the next day she got an infection. She went in to try to get her money back and the manager said she didn't care about her nails or infection, and that the store had insurance to handle that stuff and turned her away. Businesses should not treat customers in this way. Very disappointing and a little angry about how they treated her. read more

Absolutely love this salon and all the ladies here are sweet and gentle! Booking is easy with them through their website to calling or even walk ins are always welcome the work here is like no other any design you think of they can do here the offer a variety of services from lashes, eyebrows, spa, and nails mani -pedi with many nail types I always typically go with their gel x service and I'm always fascinated with the work the atmosphere is clean as well as cozy they also have beverages they offer I recently tried the ombré nail design by Natalie amazing she is truly a pro in what she does she did a soak off before my new set got the shaping down to t and it all felt so gentle like a feather she is such a sweetheart truly recommend booking here if you want your hands and toes done they also have a point system and goodies at times they will gift read more

Natalie is amazing! Absolutely love her work. I do the Gel X nails(these are the LONG length) The quality is always so spot on. She really voices her opinion on what shape she thinks would work and what wouldn't work. I love that they offer drinks. The vibe is so great and everyone is so nice. Do not go here! First nail began chipping 2 days after getting my nails done. The pics I added are my nails 5 days after getting them done, 6 nails are now chipped. Will never return back here, horrible quality. read more
