I've been going to Angie at Eyebrow Image for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. She always takes her time and makes sure they come out perfect every single visit. Came in on Friday for a quick clean up and I specifically told the lady I wanted to keep my brows thick. Well she put the aloe vera gel on my eyebrows and I couldn't tell that my brows were all messed up. Super thin and barely no brow. I waited over 3 months to get my brows done and she butchered them. A lot of chairs for only 2 people working, but there was no line anyway, so I was in and out under 15min! My eyebrows were uneven from the last place I did them at, but the lady here fixed them and evened them out! Pretty and painless, so it was definitely worth the $10 (which is the average price for threading anyway). However, I can't give 5 stars because of how rude the lady was. She kept insisting to do additional lip services and the only other words she said to me were "You Chinese?" ("No, Vietnamese.") "Oh..." AND THAT WAS IT. Normally, people try to make small talk to be nice or just don't talk at all because they're trying to focus, but this? really? I would've liked not talking at all much more honestly. I mean, I liked my eyebrows, which is why I rated them high, but I guess I just didn't appreciate our "small talk" as much. read more

I've been getting my eyebrows done in general since I was a teenager but have been coming here for years upon years. I don't trust anyone else to do my brows anymore except Angie. She's amazing, truly. I went to someone else who totally messed up my brows. Over the past years Angie has patiently waited for them to grow in the spots they should and kept the shape I wanted intact. Now they finally look exactly how I want them to. She takes her time and doesn't rush the process - extremely detail oriented and methodical. At first I remember thinking it was different getting threaded by her (she seemed to pause quite a bit between pulls) however I've come to realize she's actually THINKING and EXAMINING what needs to be done next to make the next pull exactly how it should be. I've never had a bad job done by Angie and can attest this is THE place to get your brows done if needed. She also does the rest of your face pretty fast and as painlessly as possible if you're needing like upper lip/chin/cheeks/etc. I'm so lucky to be near the studio and am very thankful that Angie has been around for what seems like ages. Her expertise is bar none - she absolutely kills the threading game. read more

Worst place ever. Do not come here. They do not know how to thread eyebrows and their price is misleading. It indicates $9 but it is actually $10. The lady then went ahead and gave me a card and crossed out the $9 and put $10. Also, they have you sign in but they definitely do not follow the roster. They sit down who they like. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your eyebrows, go somewhere else. read more

I've been going to this eyebrow place for a few years and i would always and ONLY go to priscilla but now she stop working here so i've been kinda risking it all & seeing if someone else can do my brows just as good! So far Sita is GREAT! She literally takes her time with your brows! They weren't busy so i'm sure that why she took her time but beside that she did a good job! i was seated immediately! usually if this place does gets busy, it doesn't take too long & beside they have a large seating area with tv and water so time will fly by fast! overall, this place is great, always clean & is my go to eyebrow place! The price for brows is 10 but it's worth spending when you have a good brow girl! I recommend Sita! I left completely happy! read more

My brows are extremely thin, I hardly ever do anything to them for that reason. I only trusted 1 person to thread my brows but decided to try someone different this time. I searched on yelp to find this place. I went in, waited about 5 minutes to be serviced. I asked for Sita since she was the person most mentioned in the reviews. Upon meeting, she was nice and attentive to the shape I asked for. She made adjustments as her work went on, handing me the mirror to make sure I was satisfied throughout the threading. In the end, I can say the service was quick, communication went well, I love my brows and will definitely go back. I noticed when I signed it the the ladies who went in before I did had also had the same person work on them. Even though There were a few other ladies working . So I knew I chose the right one from the moment I saw the sign in sheet. I'll be coming back read more

Update: After posting my original review, the owner provided screenshots showing that messages had been sent through the Square app. While I appreciate receiving that information, it does not change my overall experience. One point that I feel is important to clarify is that my concerns about communication began before the eyebrow incident and before the missed appointment. I reported to the front desk that I was no longer receiving appointment reminders and notifications and was told that the owner would contact me regarding the issue. To my knowledge, that never happened. The communication issue was the first problem I raised. Later, I experienced burns to both eyebrows following a waxing appointment that lasted nearly two weeks before healing. Despite these concerns, I never felt there was any meaningful effort to address the issues I had raised. The owner later explained that messages had been sent through the Square app, including a message informing me that future appointments would not be accepted. However, after I had already reported communication problems, I do not understand why there was no direct phone call or email regarding my concerns or the decision to discontinue services. In fact, on the same day that I called the salon attempting to discuss my concerns, a message was sent informing me that the salon would no longer be providing services. I fully respect a business's right to choose who they do business with. My disappointment is not that the owner made that decision. My disappointment is that the decision appears to have been made after I raised concerns about communication and my service experience, without any meaningful attempt to resolve those concerns first. Looking back, I believe the communication breakdown was the root of many of the issues that followed. Rather than addressing those concerns, the business relationship was ultimately ended. As a customer, I was left feeling dismissed rather than heard. Potential customers should be aware that if you have concerns regarding communication or your service experience, your concerns may not be addressed in the way you expect. My experience was that the relationship ended before those issues were ever meaningfully discussed or resolved.

I booked my appointment while abroad and it was definitely worth the trouble to connect to them! Scheduling: Scheduling was super easy! Schedule online through their website or call ahead. Service: I scheduled a Brazilian sugaring and full-leg sugaring. The process was NOT painful, especially compared to my previous hair removal processes at other businesses. This time I was seen by Kristyn, but I've also been sugared by Danielle, Mimi, and Jillian. I asked Kristyn about any suggestions for my ingrown hairs and she helped me get rid of as many as her time allowed. She gave me suggestions on exfoliating tactics! Decor: The center is extremely clean. The rooms were lit and decorated very nicely. I am so sad I do not live around Claremont but this my go-to spot for whenever I'm back in town. I wish I could give more than 5 stars and will recommend their services to anyone interested in hair removal.

Found this place on groupon for a fraction of the price and it seemed to have decent yelp reviews…read more I've never had a lash lift and wasn't sure what to expect. I called and she made an appointment for me a couple hours out. The spa is locked so you have to ring the bell and then they have private rooms with beds. My techs name was Coco and I dont know if it was her limited English but she wasn't very helpful when I asked her quarters about how the treatment would go and voiced concerns about whether it is damaging (she replied yes and laughed) multiple times. I tried asking in multiple ways using simpler words and she still said yes everytime ... and then told me everyone does it every 4 to 6 weeks no problem.... She taped my eyes up and then used multiple layers of serums on my lashes and then set the timer and a massager that was under the sheet on the bed (nice surprise). After 30 minutes and a quick nap she untaped me and texted me some tips. It was a little uncomfortable and itchy but now the next day I'm fine.

I'm so lucky to have found Lisa and stayed with her all these years. She takes care with her clients and is invested in their foot health. I can't imagine how my feet would be now without her! She really took her time and checked in with me multiple times to make sure it was what I wanted. She was very sweet and her work is amazing. The nails were immaculate 3 weeks later when I came in for a fill. I didn't catch the name of my tech on my second visit, but wow she was fast. Multiple times through the service she paused to check in that I liked the length, shape, color, design etc. I appreciate that so much because we all know it can be hard to speak up when something isn't quite what we want. And omg she was fast. She removed my previous design, filled/shaped, and painted in just 40 mins. Such a excellent experience 10/10 The salon itself is clean and very cute. The pedicure chairs look new still. I recommend calling and making an appointment if you intend to try them out, they can get pretty booked.

They couldn't shape my nails round either time, so I had to cut them down super short after growing them for months... I was asked what shape I want? I said round, she did square. I showed a picture of round in case she didn't understand and, she said it was too short to make round, how is that even possible? Also, they grind your nails so far down they thin out... I'm sure it's to save time, but it's truly not worth messing up the structure of the nail. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves... I have a conference next week and I'm very embarrassed about these nails... (yes, they had me pay full price; mani and 2 pedis $108)

i called this place for Blanca multiple times and they stated she was there, i drove all the way from Rancho to Montclair when i got there they told me she left early. after several times calling i was finally told by Blanca that she no longer worked there. so the people at Eyebrow Image LIED to me time and time again just to get me to use some other threader which is totally wrong. i will NEVER go there again, nor recommend anyone to go here. they are dishonest and rude. hanging up on people when they call. absolutely no professionalism at all. again i will NEVER EVER go to this place again. read more

I just moved to the area, and I was looking for a threading salon and I saw enought 5 star rating for this salon so decided to give this place a try. And I have to say I was impressed. They offer FREE BEVERAGE The girl who did threaded my brows did a great job and best part is she didn't hurt me at all. I had such a great experience at this eyebrow threading spot! The service was amazing -- super welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. Angie did my brows and I can't recommend her enough. I having been going here for over a year. I just love how everyone is so nice. Though I especially love how Irving does the threading. He is the only person I let do my eyebrow and lip, if he is busy trust me he is worth the wait. He does and excellent job and always remembers me and my mother. I rated this place a five due to the following reason: 1. The store is very clean, and the staff are very friendly. 2. Tabu helped me with my eyebrows and she was very friendly and also very fast.
