Got my eyebrows threaded and they were thin, uneven, and overpriced. She verified it was just a clean up before yet took a lot off my brows. When I looked closer I realized I look like a lopsided angry bird character. You can get this quality of work for much cheaper at other places. Not horrible just not good. read more

Came here to get my brows done and absolutely loved them, they looked shapely and clean. My 3 star rating is for the lash extensions. I asked for hybrid wispy lashes as shown on their sign but instead got more like a volume set, when she showed me the final result it looked ok, but when I looked closer the inner corners were too long, they feel clumpy and there's separation under my lashes.Basically not what I'd asked for, I didn't even get a lash comb like some places give afterward to brush them. I reached out to the salon and let them know what I didn't like about the lashes, mainly about the inner corners being too long and the lady told me I can go the next day and have her cut them..CUT THEM! Usually eyelash places will use a dissolver for the glue and re-apply the correct size lashes but not here I guess.She offered to do a free fill for the inner corners next time, but I declined because I rather go to a place that specializes in just lashes, but personally for me never again, atleast not for lashes, eyebrows? Yes, I recommend.Lashes? It might be a hit or Miss for you, but I suggest you take them a picture, not just point at their sign like I did. Very nice ladies though read more

I have been coming here for the past year and it is the best place I have found that makes my eyebrows look amazing and I love that I can trust anyone who's working on any day I walk in to do my eyebrows. The three lovely ladies who work there are amazing with their work. I come here once a week every week to get my weekly service done. The price is reasonable for their quality work and I wouldn't mind paying extra if their prices were to change. I love their customer service they always make me feel super comfortable and not having to worry about if my eyebrows will look good when i leave because they always look perfect when I leave. I love how she does my eyebrows I come one a month because I do my whole face. I have to stop coming here because every time I come she wants to charge a different price. When I first started coming here my face was $30 then the next time $40 then the next time $45 then when I asked her she said she usually charges $60. That is not true, I've only been coming a few months and Every time it is a guessing game of what I will pay. Other places only charge $30 for the whole face. It is eyebrow threading not laser hair removal. I understand prices need to go up with inflation but this is not, it almost doubled in a few months. The way to keep customers is to generate new ones and keep loyal ones because they will recommend people. The reason she has to charge more is probably because she is losing customers that are clearly having the same issue. read more

The service was fast and service was... okay? However, the results were horrible. I regret letting the woman anywhere near my eyebrows. For $10.50 she left both of my eyebrows very thin and unbalanced, with one brow significantly thinner than the other! I could also feel her plucking my left brow, on what felt like my actual brow. I looked after and it's very patchy now. The looks is not clean at all. I think the woman was rushing but for no apparent reason, no other clients were waiting! Granted, my eyebrows are not very full but I've had other threaders work wonders in comparison to this. Would not recommend. read more

I went there with a few friends(there was maybe 4 of us) and the entire time the lady kept complaining to us saying how tired she was and didn't want to be here and when one of us was done she gestured to the where we were sitting and said "hurry up next one." Simi was very curious and helped me right away...im told her what I wanted (no thinner than what they are now, just cleaned up) and she DELIVERED! she did an excellent job and was sooo soft, I could barely feel her doing my eyebrows. This is the best eyebrow place around! Myself and both of my kids get their brows done here and the service is very profressional ALWAYS. My daughter is only 11, so I request an age appropriate "clean up" of brows, and we always get what we request. Besides our brows lasting and looking great, Roxy and Farzana are so sweet! Went to this place today to have my daughters eyebrows done. When I asked how much it would be for the brows she gave me a price. Then when I went to pay she asked if I was using a card and I said yes. She then said the price was six dollars more than what she had originally said. Then when I called her out on it she argued with me and told me I was wrong and pulled out a paper and said condescendingly why would I say that. I was shocked by her rudeness so I agreed to pay. Then when I checked my card charge she charge me yet another $.50 extra. She is trying to come up on money with hidden charges. I will never go back to this place again. read more
