Before the treatment, they showed me a video of my scalp and then another video afterward. They successfully removed the buildup, and I was very happy with Cici's work. My second visit was for a 60 minute body massage and foot massage. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The man who worked on me seemed inexperienced. I requested medium pressure, but it was so light that I eventually asked for hard pressure. The two times he asked if the pressure was okay, I said yes because at that moment it was. However, within about 10 seconds, he would go right back to using very little pressure. If I wanted someone to lightly touch my back with minimal effort, my kids could have easily done that for free. I left extremely disappointed with the service. I came with four other women. Overall, they were okay with their scalp treatments. Their only complaint was that their hair was not completely dry when they left. What frustrated me most was that I wish the person who booked my appointment had been honest if they did not have a qualified massage therapist available. I would have completely understood and rescheduled. Instead, it felt like they booked the appointment anyway, despite knowing the therapist was not capable of providing the level of service I expected. The only thing I was satisfied with during my second visit was the front desk employee. She provided excellent customer service, was very kind, and was genuinely apologetic when I expressed my concerns about the "massage therapist." Because of my positive first experience, I know this spa can provide quality services. However, the inconsistency between my two visits makes it difficult for me to recommend their massage services.
