I needed a fill Tuesday morning and I decided to give this place a try since someone told me they came here and her nails looked really nice. Anyways i walked in it was empty and they told me to sit down. Kathy started doing my fill and she was every attentive to what I wanted. I'm that girl crazy girl who goes from long to super short and I told her I wanted my nails short she didn't say why short nails long better for you lol she just did it. That made me feel better lol. She did a very good job with everything the massage was the best!!! She painted my nails and they don't look all lumpy for anything. They look so perfect I love them! UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT !!!! Kathy is the new owner of this nail salon and she's the best at acrylics! Her prices are definitely reasonable. I came in to get a full set coffin shaped ombré powder with 3D nail art and left feeling ecstatic. I will definitely be going back. FYI all her regular nail polish as well as gel polish are BRAND NEW and there are a ton to pick from! I also heard she was going to renovate the place and put in new furniture as well as new spa machines for pedicures. She also has a ton of diamonds in different shapes and sizes to put on your nails as well. As for my nails, they look amazing! Kathy definitely is detail oriented and friendly. She is super careful with your nails and doesn't cut you at all! My nails are definitely cleanly shaped, not sloppy, and the acrylic powder is no where on my finger/skin like how they should be. The blend for the fade of the ombré powder looks amazing, there wasn't any separation of powders present. The ombré powder also comes with GEL top coat which leaves a great shine as to regular top coats. The 3D nail art she did is also great. She takes her time making sure that the flowers are correctly shaped. If she doesn't like the outcome of the petal she removes the powder before it sets and starts over. Tons of people have been complimenting my nails as well, all thanks to Kathy!! Everyone should give her a try. Not only does she do amazing full sets, she also does waxing as well. I took in my little 12 year old sister to clean up eye brows. Note that I said CLEAN UP and not shape. Kathy listened and only cleaned up like I had asked, AMAZING! Usually other eyebrow ladies get too eyebrow happy and make the brows SUPER thin when you ask them to clean it up, but not here! My little sister loves the results. As for my 10 year old sister, she got a gel manicure by Christina. Christina definitely treated her well, her gel manicure was shaped nicely and done neatly. She didn't rush her work or rush my little sister into picking a color even though she took a while to pick out one. My 10 year old sister also loves her results. Overall, I've only seen work from Christina and Cathy but their work is incredible so I'll be going back here with all my siblings again soon. I'm very disappointed. I came here November 4, 2018. My husband wanted to treat me to something nice so I decided on pampering myself. It's been 10yrs since Ive gotten my nails done. They attended me right away and everything was fine until the lady that was doing my nails had cut me and mentioned that I had "a lot of skin " whatever that means. She hurt me a couple of times to where I was bleeding. I don't think she did my nails right. When it came to my pedi she hurt me again and now my feet is swollen it feels like i have an ingrown nail but there's nothing. It hurts so much. I just left there in tears. I asked for a gel mani and pedi. I had gel on my toes so the tech used an electric file to grind off the color without any acetone soak. This left my nails with uneven, deep file ridges. She didn't cut or file the tops of my toe nails to shape them and failed to clean the sides of my nails that still had remnants of the old teal color. She barely washed my feet leaving the black dye from my sandals still on my feet. She half assed the cuticle part and began to paint the white gel on my unfinished feet. The gel looked like a 3 year old did it. It looked like someone had painted their nails and dented them all over with a blanket while still wet. There were so many ridges and so uneven from the drill file she used to remove most of the old gel. My feet looked so much worse than before. I started to tear up because I was asking and explaining they needed to be fixed. The manager/owner nicely offered to fix so I waited again for her. She filed the tops and buffed the surface and started to paint them.... I pointed out the teal color on the sides the black on my feet, the cuticles/dry skin that remained she offered to start all over. By that time, I was in tears (out of frustration) and had lost 2 hours. I declined and left $20 and walked out. They also never started my fingernails. I rarely complain but this was extremely poor service on the tech's part. read more

After visiting here a few times, I will not be back. Have noticed that they have no customers when I have gone in. The salon is filthy and when I asked the girl why she got a nail file out of the trash can to use to file my nails, she replied "I keep all my files there!" After my question, she went and got a new one. The sinks were black, the floors look like they haven't been mopped in months, and if I hadn't of asked, she would have used a dirty nail file on me. read more

A friend recommended this place for acrylic nails. I was hesitant to go at first because of all the previous reviews but my experience with the place was great. Everyone was very friendly, the place looked very modern and my nails look gooood. Apparently the new owner, Kathy, made some drastic improvements. The only thing is that I know the buffer makes a mess but they should be sure to clean the side that doesn't get covered with the towel - the customer's side. Well actually lady, in the state of CA a purchased gift certificate doesn't gave an expiration date. It's illegal for gift certificates to expire except for some very specific circumstances. Horrible service!!! First time going there and last time. I walked in for a full set and pedicure, an older viatnamese man did my nails and the owner, Christine did my pedi. What i didnt realize till they were done was that they were in a hurry to leave. The man was very aggresive when doing my nails and they turned out so ugly because he was rushing. My pedi was pretty bad too, when i took a closer look all my toe nails on the left foot where not painted all the way to one side. I went for a gel manicure and a pedicure. The people were friendly, but they did a very bad job. The gel French tip manicure was done very sloppy. The nail polish peeled off later that day after washing dishes. So apparently the lady who did my gel nails didn't know what she was doing. I spent $43. Going back today to get my money back.
