I came in to get a mani-pedi ,I showed the lady a ist proceeded to take off previous chrome nail polish....she asked me if I wanted to get some eyelashes, I said ok, thinking she'll do my lashes after manicure...she put foil on my nails, she then went get eyelashes glue ,tweezers and cotton. She proceeded to take off my mascara as I was waiting for my nail polish to come off. She was wearing the same dirty gloves she used on my nails and the persons before me. I thought lashes were done in a private room, not on the same chair where everyone gets their manicure and pedicures in. I finally told her ,I'll come back another time for the lashes because I don't want to get an eye infection. Your nail technician definitely did not tell me the price before doing my nails. If she would've told me 110 I would've said nope! Plus the woman who did my nails didn't even give me the price it was the woman who charged me who was looking at my nails trying to see what she should charge me. And said "110 because of the diamonds". So you're telling me a full set is $45 and I got charged $65 more for crooked diamonds? Shame. And I'm sorry but the pedis there are definitely not the best considering the people who were there before gave AMAZING pedis compared to what I got now. As far as the tip, my sister didn't tip because she had no cash and your card machine wasn't working to charge for tip so you guys told me to tip for her which was so rude. Hi y'all, the service was great, the lady who worked on me was very nice, went in for a pedicure, I'm always nervous/worried about new places also getting a pedicures I have a regular place but was not able to go there today so I decided to pay a visit to this location that was close to my work. Unfortunately, the lady that was doing my pedicure cut my big toe. She was cutting the cuticle of my toe and cut too much and I even said "ouch" and instead of stopping, she just mocked me. I thought maybe I was overreacting and it wasn't a big deal unfortunately to my surprise when I woke up the next day, my big toe was sore and there's pain when you touch it or when I'm walking. Just be careful and speak up and if don't feel heard just walk away. Not worth it. read more

Walked in recently for a pedicure which I did love but was cut a few times. Even the nail tech was shocked and apologized for hurting me. Can't say the same for the one who started my manicure. I had an old full set that I wanted removed, I specifically asked for it to be soaked off while my pedicure was being done to save everyone the time. The tech started removing my nails by cutting what she can and popping off with a piece of a nail tip. I reminded her that I asked for them to be soaked off and she said "No, it's okay." The way she was removing them kept hurting me and she kept asking, "does that hurt?" I kept saying "Yes, it does." And she'd reply "aww, it's okay!" Both my husband and I have been coming to this location EVERY WEEK for years. Now it's under new management and all COVID safety measures have been abandoned. I tried to cancel all future appointments, but was assured that they would still be REQUIRING masks for all employees and customers. We resumed our appointments only to find that they'd reneged on that promise. Although masks are no longer mandated, businesses are STILL allowed to require masks. We were lied to. Allot of spas have been rushing through the pedi and foot massages. But she took her time. I will be back with my daughters. Update! Brought both my girls back with me. So I actually want to respond to this review because. I was actually there when everything happened. And to start off I was there before them. When I got there there was no one in the salon it was actually right when they opened. So I felt comfortable with not wearing a mask. So they get off there car and there just standing at the entrance, the manager kindly told them to come inside and Patricia's husband insisted for me to wear a mask or else he wasn't going to come in to get his pedicure. I actually don't mind wearing a mask so I just put it on so that the salon wouldn't lose any clients. After that a few teenagers came in with no masks and they didn't have any. Another worker came in and was ready to attend them and placed them to sit next to them. FWI there's 5 chairs and two were taken by Patricia and her husband and there was 3 girls. Her husband was acting very obnoxious and started to scream saying that he wasn't going to die for a pedicure and what not. They got up in the middle of there pedicure and started to point fingers and yelling. While leaving he was giving advice saying that he was a lawyer and knew what rules they could give out to there clients. I was just thinking that not every business is going to regulate rules just for you and your wife to get your weekly pedicure. Like you did get your way with me because I didn't want them to lose business. But karma got you with not only one but three girls who didn't have a mask. Vicky and Ricky are amazing. They pay attention to detail and even pull the sides of my nails to make sure to get the entire surface. It really annoyed me when I got my nails done elsewhere and the sides of my nails didn't get covered. The shop is clean and organized. It doesn't smell like toxins when I walk in like most nails salon do. I especially like that they conversed with me instead of the other workers in the shop. I don't like when the ladies at nail salons speak in their language and make me feel like they're talking shit so having someone to talk to about whatever is definitely a wonderful change. New Owners at this Location. Very Disappointed today. I scheduled a appointment a week ago when I had a Pedicure and wanted to change out the color and also do just nail color on my fingernails. Appointment booked at 11:30 am had to wait over 1/2 hour again cause the Manager takes any walk in without checking who booked at what times. Just for a quick 10 min change it took 2 hours total and was charged $21 dollars plus add the tip. Don't make an appointment cause it's worthless. Prices are overpriced. Went in for a manicure and pedicure and I love how they came out. The salon is under new ownership and management, they offer dip powder nails with so many different colors to choose from. It was my first time getting the dip powder done and the manager Annalle explained in detail the steps of how it's done and how it won't damage my nails.
