I have been on the fence about posting a review but my toe nail on my right big toe was cut so short and sanded its so uncomfortable today. I paid $55/tip for the middle level pedicure and asked for my toe nails to be cut as usual, but never has it caused discomfort like today when ive had toe nails trimmed. :( I was going to post a review about something else there, but it had been resolved when I went back yesterday, but now this happened. It may have been cracked but when I came in I couldn't feel it but I do now. :( ouch. Do no make a problem worse by cutting it so short. Came in with no pain, left with a sore big toe. read more

I have to say very disappointed. I went in with my 8yr old on Mother's Day mommy daughter date she got paint and polish & I got a gel X full set. It was recommended supposedly will last up to 3 week or so. 1 nail fell off completely 2 days later, I went bk they did the repair for free (expected) 2 days later nail after bail stated to lift an fall off completely. Let's just say from the 10th. To the 15th I was missing 5 nails. Not cracked completely off. Paid $110 +tip by Friday to nail remaining so I just took them off myself. I don't live close. I work two jobs did not have time to be going back-and-forth. Very disappointed to say the least. read more

This place is overpriced and inconsistent. I've been here several times, and every visit comes with a different price for the same services. Today I came in to fix a nail the tech had left too thin. Since I was already there, I asked to change the color as well. When it was time to pay, I was told the color change would be $25 -- something I've never been charged that much for anywhere else. Overall, it's not the worst place to get your nails done, but make sure to ask for prices upfront and double-check that your nails are done correctly before you leave. Alright guys... This is long over due. I liked this place because it is close to work; I would go on my lunch break. Anyway, the time I've been going here, it's been under three different ownerships. The first two I enjoyed. This most recent ownership I do not like. There's only one reason, they don't value the commitment of appointments!!!! What's the point of making appointments if they don't keep to them. It's been too many times that I have made appts and if it's not one thing, it's another. One time I made the appt online. I showed up. I was told that they cannot help me because they were too busy. Why accept the appt then?!?!?? The second time I made the appt over the phone with a certain person. I showed up an hour early to get started on my pedicure. I didn't care who worked on my feet, but I was specific about who I wanted to work on my hands. Well, the person who was supposed to work on my hands told me she wasn't available and pushed another worker to work on my nails. I told her I'd wait for her to be done. She got upset and told me to go with the other worker because she's just as good. I didn't want to deal with her attitude so I agreed. Third time, is today. I called to schedule an appt. I showed up. They told me to take a seat. 35 min after my appt time and I am still here waiting with my feet in cold water. I'm extremely annoyed. I will not be coming back. It's sad because it was convenient for me. But I pay too much for them to not respect the fact that I made an appt for a reason. I don't have time to wait around, that's why I made an appt. Ok. So let me preface this with saying that I've been coming here to this salon and seeing the same technician for about 2 years. Mimi takes absolute amazing care of me. She always knows what I want, she's detail oriented, gentle, meticulous when it comes to painting my toes, and is the nicest lady. I always make appointments to see her and I go to this salon literally only for her. I actually go to a different salon to get my nails done. I really do go out of my way to continue seeing her, but the environment in that salon doesn't make me want to be there sometimes. It started a few months ago when I called to make an appointment, and when I said hello, the man on the other end of the phone said, "What do you want?" Honest to god, I've worked retail for 6 years, and I think the whole "customer service" persona is absolutely annoying, BUT I don't want to be treated like I'm a nuisance. It's nice walking into a friendly environment, not one where it seems like the people there don't want to have anything to do with you or just don't want you there. I feel stressed when I'm in there, especially when I'm sitting there and I'm watching so many people wait for service. They end up getting angry and then it just adds to this rough environment. I feel like Mimi is an absolute shining gem in this dark salon, and I'll still continue to see her for as long as I am able to tolerate this climate. Hopefully this will be acknowledged soon. I like this place, and I want to be able to continue seeing Mimi, but I'm not sure how much longer I want to keep dreading every call I make when I want to make an appointment. read more

Language barrier caused a dispute. I went in for a pedicure with no appointment. There was only one customer and they got me right away. Great, the lady worker showed me a list of different pedicures and prices. I voiced and pointed to the one I wanted. The pedicure was good, but not great. I go to pay and I noticed they were charging me for a higher price pedicure. I said oh I got the other one. The lady said I pointed to the other type of pedicure. Which tells me she didn't hear the title of the pedicure I voiced and pointed to. I said no that's not what I told her and didn't point to the other one. I should have know when I told her what color number I picked she didn't understand what I said. I pointed to the color from the color book and repeated several times to her the number. So, I said no I didn't point to that one. I wasn't in the mood to argue. They are over priced and now I know why they were empty. In addition, the heated towels they put on my legs looked dingy. The man at the register sat in a pedicure chair the whole time I was there with dirty socks on no shoes. All together very bad experience and will not ever go back. I'm not a picky person and very understanding but this was wrong. Go somewhere else! I'd give 0 stars if I could. read more

They are a more upscale spa like nail salon so prices are about right for high end services. The spa pedicure was fantastic! They follow a Covid-19 guidelines and are very clean!!! A nice plus they offer water, sodas and wine for those 21 and over! They do gel x and many other services! The new owner was beyond pleasant and accommodating.
