I was very disappointed with the basic manicure and pedicure. The "massage" included in the price was just lotion quickly rubbed on one arm, then the other, followed by a hot towel. When I asked about the massage because I thought it had been skipped, the technician laughed and told me that was the massage included with the basic service and that I'd have to pay for an upgraded package for anything more. I had to ask for my nails to be cleaned better because old polish was still left on the sides, ask for my polish to be redone, and no cuticle oil was applied. The pedicure was just a soak with a few seconds of scrubbing and didn't feel like a spa service at all. The staff was kind, but it was very hot inside. I was sweating! I've had much better basic manicures and pedicures elsewhere. If you're someone like me who doesn't get gel and just wants a clean, quality upkeep service, I would skip this place. Overall, the basic mani and pedi did not meet my expectations, and I would NOT recommend it. read more

Great nail shop in the Glendora area, Corner of Grand and Gladstone. My first visit I had no wait and my second visit was perfect, as I scheduled an appointment. Tammy was there at opening a ready for the appointment. The shop is new, fresh and very clean. Tammy did a gel manicure and a pedicure for me. Very thorough work and I will return. New ownership lady did a horrible job on my feet. Look at the pictures. I think because i only wanted the basic pedicure she decided to do the bare minimum. When I asked if she could fix polish a little she got upset and said it's because my nails are too short. She then started to take to the other lady (Cindy) in Vietnamese, which is very unprofessional since im pretty sure she was saying negative things about me. I felt very uncomfortable after that. I still paid and gave her a $3 tip, although i had to fix the terrible job she did. The previous owner lady and her daughter were MUCH better. Needless to say, never going back! read more

Went to TS Polished for mani-pedi on July 4th before my vacation. Got gel pedicure, well so I thought. By Monday nails were chipped called & lady said come in on Wed I will fix. Went Wed & she supposedly fixed them. Thursday morning a different nail messed up, called went back AGAIN to get it fixed. Asked her to check all my nails, she said everything was good. Go on vacation & one of my nail chips and one just completely comes off I call today to let her know my nail came off & she says "Oh you can come in & I will fix but it will be $20 if you want a new color" WTH I am not giving you anymore of my $$. I paid $40 for a pedi with gel & it should have at least lasted. I got in at 7 because she said she is too busy with paying customers to see me before that. I sit down and she has the nerve to say "Gel only lasts for 2 weeks you had on for 2 weeks" No I only had on for 8 days cause the nail came off on Sunday! Then she said gel comes off easily and people usually bit it off but what PISSED me off is she had the nerve to say "I only do this donation for you one time, next time you pay" Lady I paid for you to do my nails correctly the 1st time, not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time! It infuriates me when you pay someone, & I did tip her the 1st time, for service & they can't take responsibility for their mess up's then act like they are doing you a favor NEVER AGAIN If I could leave a 0 star I would horrible customer service! read more

You will not find a better nail shop than this place! This mother daughter duo take their time making sure that their work is to the very best standards. My nails usually are very brittle after 1-2 rounds of gel manicures; I'm on my 3rd round at ts Polished and my nails have never been stronger or longer. They are also very meticulous about removing the dead skin around the nails and do multiple layers of nail strengthener and polish. I've never had my gel manicures last me more than 1.5 weeks. However, the ts Polished gel manicures last me almost 3 weeks and there is little to no lift at the cuticle even after 2.5 weeks. I'm never going back to my old nail shop. When you find the best, you have to stick with the best. Lastly, I appreciate that they aren't talking the entire time so that I can just relax and watch whatever Neflix movie they have playing. I do highly recommend that you make an appointment since their are only two nail techs. read more

**Review for gel mani** Amazing gel mani done by Kim! Not once did it chipped or lifted after 5+ weeks! Even after all the dish washing and cleaning to going to the beach - it stayed put! That has never lasted that long for me ever. The only reason I had to take it off because it was growing out too much and don't like my nails too long. I like my nails basic lol. But I loved the way Kim did my mani. She shaped it the way I liked. The edges are very clean and straight and the polish covered the entire nail. I dislike some nail techs that wipe off too much at the base where it looks like your nail grew out already when in fact you just got it done. Kim and her sister are super sweet and took care of my visit. Scheduling was easy via text and they take zelle/Venmo. Everything was a breeze from start to finish. The place is new and very clean. They share the same parking lot as 7-11. I will definitely be back for my next mani with Kim! read more
