Yes we do. Our tool sets are autoclave sterilized after each service per customer.

I got there and you have to wait in your car so you text her once you're in the parking. She replied saying I could come in and omg....her place is so nice, cute and classy. She was very welcoming and sweet. I felt comfortable and had a good conversation with her. She offered me a Perrier and also handed me stress balls. I asked if I needed to get my legs and arms done and said I didn't need to yet. The previous person I would go to would always say yes, but Beata didn't try to upsell or make me get extra services I did not need to. Thank you for being honest! Once she was done she handed me an exfoliation glove and also texted me which product to buy. I asked about my next appointment and she said I could just text her and we could book it. I will be going back because customer service is very important to me. She definitely makes you feel welcome and treats you as if she were your friend. Thank you, Beata! It was way too hot (it burned my skin badly), and didn't adhere properly--so when she would pull, most of the wax and hair stayed stuck on me. It was excruciatingly painful, far beyond normal waxing discomfort. The results were terrible: my legs still had tons of hair left, looking like I hadn't been waxed at all. The salon itself felt unclean and neglected--a dead cricket on the floor, cluttered and messy room that was cramped and dirty overall. To top it off, she tried to overcharge me by about $20 at checkout, and only adjusted it after I pointed it out--felt totally dishonest.

I showed this to Haley upon checkout. She said since there was no code, she wouldn't honor it and she couldn't give me the discount. I have included pics of both my confirmation and the sign. The sign doesn't say anything about a code, just to show confirmation. I asked for the managers number, which she refused to give me. She said she would take my name and have Daisy give me a call back. Crappy way to run a business. Don't make people sign up for stuff if you aren't going to honor the promised discount.
