Hello! I saw there video on TikTok and that's when I wanted to try there nails and spa out. I called in two weeks ago to book an appointment for my pedicure at 10am and they said that's fine. Put my name and phone number down. I called in the day on my appointment if I can do 10:15am and they said that's fine. Came in at 10:05am and they asked what I needed and told them I just need a pedicure done. Than someone else that was there complaining about her feet and she left and came back that they would do her next and to pick a color So when I experienced that , I waited for 15 mins or so after I arrived and they still haven't taken me in. I came here for the $40 TikTok special they advertised on social media. I asked a couple of questions about pricing, and it seemed to irritate the main nail tech. My family and I noticed her whispering back and forth with her client while giving me unfriendly looks, which made the situation uncomfortable. Although it appeared she was close to finishing her current client when we arrived, we still waited about 45 minutes. During that time, it felt like she had no intention of helping us. We eventually decided to leave. As I was walking out, my sister noticed the nail tech speaking negatively about me. When the nail tech realized my sister was watching, she immediately stopped and smiled. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. read more

The worst place ever. Don't go here. I just thought I would try it since it's close to home, but will never come back. It is dirty and workers are so rude, sloppy and dirty too. I had a pedicure and they don't put plastic covers on spa bin. They didn't turn on massager, but they sure do charge for it. I had to turn on myself. When lady started my pedi, I noticed she did not put cuticle removal. She just started clipping off cuticle on dry nail and it was harsh. I asked if she can put some remover on and she said she didn't need too since my nails are soft and have been soaking in water. Then, she said that she knew what she was doing because she had done it a long time already. I think they were just cheap and didn't want to waste any remover. Anyhow, don't come here...I don't know how they have clients or even keep open! I would give 0 if I could. read more

The employees are rude disrespectful and should find another line of work because they can't paint nails or wax eyebrows. My one year old could have done a better job. Just visited last week for a pedi and French set, and I wasn't happy with the pricing. I came here few years ago and they where a lot cheaper than this. I was over charged for the pedi which was an act of dishonesty from them. The lady who did my nails wasn't happy that I didn't want to get gel done. After she applied the top coat on my nails, their towel touched my nails, and I asked her to reapply the coat on once more, but she wasn't pleased. Then before my nails were dry she asked me to leave, claiming that my nails were dry. I made a trip to this place and I'm definitely not coming I wasn't 100% happy. I wanted to try this place because it was close to my house. The owner is friendly, but the service I received was low quality. I wanted to get my previous gel polish removed and receive a regular manicure. The lady that worked on me worked too quickly. Instead of waiting for the gel to soften before removing, she started scratching and using a harsh machine to remove it (it didn't even remove all the precious polish). She just ended up painting over it, leaving it looking horrible. I had to remove the polish at home and do it myself. And to top it off, they asked me to pay before my nails were painted. read more

I feel really bad leaving a bad review for this place, since it's the first nail spot I went to since moving to the SGV. Lisa is a great shop owner, and always did my nails great, but... Every other time someone else would do my nails they would lift, usually within a couple of days. There would be hard ridges in the acrylic between the nail and nail bed. They would routinely cut out chunks of acrylic during fills, leaving a jagged and unattractive look if you chose to do French. One girl would routinely use the electric file so rough that my cuticles would be cut up and bloody. I finally stopped going here after I requested to have my whole set of nails painted (ie not French, ie $5 less in salon services) and the girl who is not Lisa literely painted a stripe down the center of my nail, and failed to paint the sides. She put gel over it too, so I was stuck with hideous looking nails until I went to the beauty supply store and bought a sander, filed off the gel by myself, and repainted my nails. I wish them the best, but some of the nail techs just aren't up to par with others... read more

She is very well informed on aesthetics! Tried this place out for the first time today and I really liked it! Very friendly, family-owned nail salon. I got there around 6:30pm which was half an hour before closing time and regardless- they helped me. They weren't rushing to get me out of there. I would give this place 0 stars if i could. I will never go back here again. The lady (cant cant remember her name) I had do my nails was apparently in a big hurry, because she cut my cuticle really bad. My finger wouldn't stop bleeding. I had pulled my finger back and thats when she finally slowed down. (Alcohol and glue to stop it) being a diabetic this is not good thing. When she polished my nails it was sloppy and the next day two of my nails had bubbled. I'm not even sure the instruments were cleaned properly now that o think of it. I didn't leave a tip and normally I'm very good about leaving a good one. As long as you don't cut me and my nails look good. I was very disappointed in this place. I must say the customer service was just wonderful but i give it a 2 for these reasons: I got my eyebrows waxed and the lady burned my eyelids. There is no need to wax on eyelids to begin with!!
