My first experience was amazing! I had Hanna. I literally walked in and they accommodated me. I waited about 30-40ish minutes which I didn't mind. She took her time with my gel mani/pedi and I loved my first experience. She also made small talk. My second experience was two weeks after to get a gel mani and I had the male owner; i didn't really enjoy that experience at all. I actually called to make an appt the day prior. I still had to wait about 15-20 minutes which wasn't the problem. The problem was when I saw down several walk ins came and he RUSHED my gel mani to the point that my gel came off the next day and only a portion of my nails actually had color on them. I should have took a photo but I didn't. I don't like to talk bad about a small business but that type of service is unacceptable to me. I wanted to call to complain or go back but I honestly didn't have time bc I have two young ones at home and going to get these services are a luxury. I haven't gone back since. If I do go back, I'll ask for Hanna. I probably wont though. read more

I've been here before for a gel manicure and it was done very well, but I just came this morning to get acrylics because I'm having a baby soon and wanted my nails to last until then... everything was fine until the messy paint job. I was the first and only person in the salon this morning so I'm not sure why it was done so poorly. Now I need to last a few weeks with these nails until I get them redone somewhere else. read more

Hanna does great work! I usually get a gel mani and pedi for $65.00 and she does an excellent job. She's very accommodating with my schedule and I never feel rushed. Very professional and a genuine sweet person who takes her craft seriously. I definitely recommend her services. The salon is clean, music playing and free lollipops on the way out. read more

My cousin and I went Saturday for a pedicure. We are very picky and wanted to try this recommended location. Our main thing is cleanliness. This location is fairly new. The tools were sterilized and packaged which was a plus. There were plastic covers over the foot tubs. New files were used. There were also many beautiful colors to choose from. We were greeted by friendly, sweet faces. Their service was excellent and their prices were amazing! My pedicure came out so good! Please support this business! Service was very good. The ambiance was very relaxing and the customer service was on point. I got the pedicure and my daughter and wife got a manicure. One of the more modestly priced nail salon in the Covina/West Covina area. It's a smaller joint as well, with six spa pedicure seats and five manicure tables. We come so often that the owners already know us, and sometimes suggest new colors or designs to try that suit our vibe/skin tone. Despite the comparatively lower prices, they still do a really good job and are attentive to your needs and preferences. Since it's a small place, I would suggest calling in advance to check the wait times and let them know what you want/how many people will be serviced, so they could manage their time and you'll be in and out without much of a fuss. I just moved to the city and was in need of some pampering! Last week I went to get my eyebrows done and the service was soooo damn good I had to come back today and get my nails done!! Lemme tell you my nails were done so neatly and gentle!! I love how welcoming and supportive the whole vibe was! It felt like home! I can't wait to go back for my toes!! Had an awesome experience with Justin. I got the chrome nails and I love the look. Great quality and good vibes all around and they made an app for right before they closed and he took his time doing my nails right and no nail salon I have been to does a service guarantee for up to 10 days after service. Came in for a gel x manicure and deluxe gel pedicure. More affordable than the last place I got my nails done! Definitely got my money worth! I showed a photo of what I wanted and it came out so much cuter than expected! I don't live anywhere near this salon but worth the drive from LA! My eyelash extensions place was just minutes away, didn't have an appointment but they take walk-ins! It wasn't busy there was one person who was doing their nails but it started to flow after I got done with my nails. The place is clean. The people are nice. Would come here again. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This was literally the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life. I called to see if they could take my friend and I and the lady said to come in at 5pm. We show up and she looks at us like what are you doing here. We sit in the chairs and it felt like they were racing to finish us. The man I had cut my toe and I was bleeding. Then when I'm he polished my nails he flooded the cuticles with polish and didn't clean my skin at all. Mean while after we sat in the chairs another customer came in with a friend and had to wait because they weren't fully staffed. One of the ladies told the worker "if I have to wait until 530 just cancel me" hence why they were rushing us. Such a horrible experience. Please save yourselves and NEVER get your nails done here. read more

I am so glad my gf drove by and found this gem. She called and made an appt right when they opened and was able to get 2 gel pedicures within the same day. The store is new and have been opened for just about 2 months. But the owners have had their salon in Hollywood for over 15yrs. They closed that store down and opened a new one here in Covina. The male and female were the only ones working.. Not sure if there are other techs.. But they were so nice and friendly. They speak English and was polite. I had to bring my daughter and he offered her juice and didn't budge about her in the seat next to me. The shop looks newly remodeled, so everything looks nice, new and clean. There are plenty of gel and dip powder to choose from. I got in and out with my gf within 45mins. They did a great job and I am forever coming back. As long as the store is around. Blossom Nails is my new go to nail shop in Covina. Call and make your appointments now. They have a special. Gel mani $20, Gel pedi $25. Go go go now! read more

I am so glad I found this new place as I was driving by. I literally drove into the parking lot just to check this place out. Called and made a same day appointment for 2 gel pedis. The owners relocated their business from Hollywood to here and have over 15 years of experience. Hahna and Justin did our pedis and were really nice and professional. They spoke english and did a great job! We are definitely coming back! They're new to the area so come check them out. Everything is new and clean inside, and are Covid-19 compliant. They also have a amazing specials going on so go and take advantage of their specials and try them out! You won't regret it! They rushed my pedicure. My service was under 15 mins. Once they were done they put my sandals on and were just staring at me as if they wanted me to leave. In the process of putting my sandals on they mess up the polish and did not fix it. read more

Didn't have a good experience getting a gel manicure with the guy that works here, first I was suppose to have Hannah do them but someone came in for a pedi so she did it and the guy took over my manicure he didn't even cut my cuticles correctly and he was rushing because he had an appointment coming in, he painted my nails horribly didn't even get the sides of my nails it's so sloppy nail polish stuck to my skin. I told him I wasn't happy and then he goes I can cut more of your cuticle like he knew he didn't do them correctly! I will never go here again and I thought this was going to be my new spot! I called in to make an appointment for 4:30PM and I was 45 minutes too early. I was asked to wait a few minutes as they had other customers prior to my appointment. (My fault) 10 minutes later, I was seated with Justin. He was very nice and courteous. I was reluctant in choosing the type of nails I wanted to get and I scrolled through Pinterest so many times to find the right length and style I wanted. I've always done Gel X nails as they are the easiest to remove compared to acrylics. Finally, I decided to say fvxx it! And opted for medium length almond nails with the middle and ring finger to be deep french tipped. Justin was very patient with me as I had changed my mind from wanting butterflies in my nails, to adding luxury nail stickers, to a more classy solid/french tip style look. I didn't want to change it over and over again with my indecisive arse so I ended up with nails that would practically go with anything. It was a pleasure getting my nails done with Justin. Every time he finishes a nail, he would ask me to check on it and to have him make any corrections if I wasn't satisfied. Indeed he was very patient with my OCDness. I nitpicked at the tiniest mistakes as I needed my nails to be picture perfect and look what I got! The perfect nails (IMO!) Gel X (depending on length) ranges from $40+ Add designs and additional art work +$5 extra. I believe Blossom Nails has the most detailed nail techs with the most reasonable pricing in the area! They also offer services like face/body waxing and facials. I highly recommend this spot for your beauty needs! Thank you Justin for my amazing nails! Will definitely return! read more

Definitely recommend. Been coming here for a little over a year for pedicures and manicures. Everyone is friendly. The shop is clean. Lots of color options. I like to call in ahead of time to see if they are available for a walk in. Making an appointment is also effective. I believe his name is Justin that did my nails today. Came here with my friend, she booked the appointment for both of us at 5. Got a full set and gel pedicure. We arrived on time and got started right away. I'm not sure if they take walk ins due to covid but appointments are highly recommended. Gel pedicure was $30 I believe. And my full set w/ design was $65. I showed them a picture of what I wanted except in almond shape instead of coffin and he absolutely killed it! I'm so in love with my nails, they look so good! I love the LV design especially since LV are my initials I got white / pink ombré with glitter polish and the design was just tiny stickers. Justin and Hannah are amazing !!!! This place is relaxing and so clean. Justin did my fill, and he did a great job on shape! Acrylic is Not too thick not too thin either! He was so nice and so easy to talk to There are 3 options for pedicures: 1: regular pedi $20 2. Gel pedi $30 3: deluxe (forgot what it's called) $40 I got the Deluxe and Hannah did an AMAZING JOB! She was gentle but firm and got down trimming and scrubbing ! I found my go to nail salon ! read more

I've been going to Blossom Nails in Covina for a while and am very happy with them. The salon is very nice and clean and Covid safe. Justin is very friendly and does an amazing job and is a master with his nail drill. Hannah does great pedicures and really focuses on details. When I go there I feel like a queen. It's the first time in 25 years when I do a Mani pedi at the same time, I don't feel all twisted up. I'm extremely dissatisfied. I've went to this location and immediately got turned around because they DO NOT accept walk ins. Ive gone to this location before without an appointment and had no issue. I also did my research prior to arriving and online it says "Walk ins Welcome" and there's NO signs on the door that by "appointment only" . I wanted to give this place another chance but I wasted my time and gas driving down to this location. All I ask is that you update your system to say "By appointments only so that no one else waste their time driving over without scheduling an appointment read more

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place!! Ever since I moved here a few years ago this is the only nail salon I'll go to. Justin is amazing at acrylics and always gets the nail shape you want down. I usually just call ahead of time and they can fit me in ASAP. Super convenient and clean. They are all so kind and hard working as they run the business SEVEN days a week. Needed to get my nails done last minute and they were able to take me in. Make sure to call ahead of time to know if there's a long wait or not. When I arrived I waited about 20 minutes. I was first assisted by a male nail technician and he did my manicure. It was a quick process; he was efficient and was able to do my requested design (marble nails). I also got a regular pedicure and was helped by one of the female nail techs. Super satisfied with the service here. It's clean, simple and appropriately priced. My gel manicure with design plus regular pedicure cost me about $55+tip. I recommend this place if you are looking for a simple & clean nail salon! read more

I got a mani-pedi and I decided to do gel on my pedi because it always lasts longer but my mani I did normal since the gel always got weird for me after. I had Cherry do my regular mani and Kim do my gel pedi. Kim's work was spectacular! honestly I would give HER a 5/5. She really focused on my nails despite us chatting away. She got rid of all my dead skin and my feet look super cute. I would come back just FOR HER only. She only started chatting AFTER she finished my pedi to make sure she focused on the service which now I truly appreciate. My manicure on the other hand was a complete disaster by Cherry. We related a lot because we spoke the same language and honestly she reminded me of an aunt. I didn't even realize HOW bad it was until I got into my car and I already had to leave. I did notice that she didn't spend a lot of time on my hands and she didn't do an extra layer of polish like most other techs to make my nails even looking. It also hurt when she was working on me as well. You can still see streaks of regular nail on them and the paint job was just bad. I understand its regular mani but I've never had it look like this before. I got my mani on Friday 8/8 and today is tuesday 8/12 the paint already chipped and my fingers look damaged. I paid roughly $80 since I had to tip both of them, and it was definitely not worth that price. I wanted to be a long time customer but after looking at my hands, I don't want to come back. For her its definitely a 1/5. Yeah, we talked but I think she slacked off bc she assumed I wouldn't say anything or complain. Unfortunately I am on the hunt again for a nail salon I can go to regularly. Photos to follow.

During our pedicures, both of us were cut to the point of bleeding -- there was even blood on our toes and on our shoes when we left. This is not normal and is completely unacceptable. It raises serious concerns about both technique and sanitation, especially when working on elderly clients who require extra care. I contacted the salon spoke with Bobby to resolve this and requested a full refund,Bobby was no help he is quick to get off phone , advised he has to contact his lawyer advised he was all about customer s but clearly is not the situation has not been handled appropriately. Please be cautious, especially if you are bringing an older family member. No one should leave a nail salon injured. I have filed a complaint with the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
