I got a mani-pedi and I decided to do gel on my pedi because it always lasts longer but my mani I did normal since the gel always got weird for me after. I had Cherry do my regular mani and Kim do my gel pedi. Kim's work was spectacular! honestly I would give HER a 5/5. She really focused on my nails despite us chatting away. She got rid of all my dead skin and my feet look super cute. I would come back just FOR HER only. She only started chatting AFTER she finished my pedi to make sure she focused on the service which now I truly appreciate. My manicure on the other hand was a complete disaster by Cherry. We related a lot because we spoke the same language and honestly she reminded me of an aunt. I didn't even realize HOW bad it was until I got into my car and I already had to leave. I did notice that she didn't spend a lot of time on my hands and she didn't do an extra layer of polish like most other techs to make my nails even looking. It also hurt when she was working on me as well. You can still see streaks of regular nail on them and the paint job was just bad. I understand its regular mani but I've never had it look like this before. I got my mani on Friday 8/8 and today is tuesday 8/12 the paint already chipped and my fingers look damaged. I paid roughly $80 since I had to tip both of them, and it was definitely not worth that price. I wanted to be a long time customer but after looking at my hands, I don't want to come back. For her its definitely a 1/5. Yeah, we talked but I think she slacked off bc she assumed I wouldn't say anything or complain. It finally came to a head when "Ben", the "owner" completely flipped out on multiple customers, including myself. He was insulting, combative and extremely rude!!! It was very busy and he couldn't deal with the pressure. It took everything in me not to go ballistic on him, but towards the end he realized he was out of line and seemed to feel some kind of remorse for his behavior and babbled on about what a hard day he had, the tough customers and how busy it was. Ben, if you can't handle the high level of business pressure, this may not be the field to be in. You should be grateful to have ANY customers after your embarrassing conduct. I will NEVER return or ever give you any of my business again!! I'm extremely disappointed with your horrendous behavior and lack of professionalism.

I trusted her creativity, always took her design recommendations, tipped over 20% every visit, and was never a high-maintenance client. I also have a lot of respect for nail technicians because my mom was one. I understand how demanding the job can be, which is why I've always been patient, understanding, and appreciative of the work that goes into every set. I was respectful of Ivy's time. I always made appointments, arrived on time, and despite that, I regularly waited 15-30 minutes before she was ready for me. I never complained because I understood that things happen and wanted to be an easy customer. The same went for the quality of my nails. When my top coat peeled or gems popped off shortly after appointments, I never came back asking for repairs or refunds. I simply accepted it and continued supporting her because I valued the relationship. That's why I was completely blindsided when I walked in today and was told by the owner that Ivy no longer wanted to do my nails because my "energy was weird." No explanation. No conversation. No prior issue. Just turned away. As a paying customer, that was incredibly hurtful and embarrassing. If you've ever supported a business, referred new clients, tipped generously, respected their time, and given them grace when things weren't perfect, imagine being told you're no longer welcome over something as vague as your "energy." It made me question whether customer loyalty actually matters here. From the negative reviews I'm reading there's been a pattern of this careless behavior. Between the premium prices, my experience with top coats peeling and gems falling off shortly after appointments, the constant 15-30 minute waits despite having appointments, and ultimately being refused service without any meaningful explanation, I can confidently say I'll be taking my business elsewhere. They have a lot of colors, styles and designs to choose from. I got a rather simple, but elegant 3D flower added to my ring finger with a neutral tone that will match most any color in my wardrobe. They have a rewards loyalty card for repeat customers. The prices were competitive and reasonable. I will definitely return since I saw several designs I liked. I was hoping for a pleasant experience in the hopes to make this one my go to place. I called on Saturday morning to see if they had availability and a gentleman answered the phone and said "yes if I can get there asap, they can do manicure and pedicure". I get there in like 15 mins, not 5 because I still had to get ready, that's on me. When I get there he tells me he now has availability for a manicure only, which I'm totally okay with. I took longer than I had said. I was just glad they took me in. Probably 20 mins in with my manicure he came and said they now have availability for a pedicure, which I was happy for, saving me the trip to go somewhere else after... Kathy did a great job with my manicure. As soon as another lady started with my pedicure I told her I had an ingrown nail in my right toe and I would appreciate it if she could get it out. I could see her trying to get it out and I see she pulls a piece of skin and I am thinking she will stop and cut it as soon as she takes it out, instead she keeps pulling my skin to the point where she peels off the front of my skin. A think layer by the way (as you can see in the picture). The gentleman that answers the phone walks around and he did noticed the lady had hurt my toe and didn't said anything. Looks like he is the supervisor or something, I thought he would say something when I was paying, but he didn't. I didn't want to argue because I already knew I wasn't going to come back. I should have taken the advice from one of the bad reviews they have here. Too late to regret it now. It's unfortunate that I paid $98 and walked out with my skin peeled off. I wanted to share my experience in the hopes that this won't happen to someone else. Save yourself time, money, and a bad experience. Go somewhere else. Not worth it. They don't even deserve the one star I have to give to post this.
