Honestly I really wanted to love this place but I was unfortunately disappointed. I asked for cat eye nails and showed an inspo picture. My nail tech showed me the book of options and I loved one of the blue cat eye nails. When the paint went on my fingers it appeared to be just sparkly blue. The nail tech saw my disappointment and asked if I liked it and I expressed that it was not cat eye but more of a sparkly paint. I don't really like sparkly paint so I hated it. She asked if I wanted to change it and when I asked if it would be too difficult, she said yes because she already added a second layer. When I discussed it more she said that they don't have the right paint that matched the book of cat eye nails she showed me and I was thinking, then why didn't you tell me beforehand that you couldn't do the cat eye. So I felt stuck with it and left unhappy. I am also bothered with how thick the nail is. It's like a shell on top. read more

I really liked it here, but I had asked for a hot gel, which they all call it something different, anyways I went in last week before my vacation and asked for the hot gel. I've gone for weeks with the thick gel, not the gel nail polish. So I call to get corrected, I mean I did pay for it. Spoke with Tammy, she's says she'll fix it. Only giving this a two star because the lady who did my nails took her time and it looked good. The lady who did my toes was hostile the entire time. Never felt uncomfortable doing my nails before. She didn't take her time and my toes weren't even fully covered with polish. Of course I'm going to tip but I didn't appreciate her pushing me to tip both of them when I'm paying I don't think it's professional to be pressuring for tips like that. The gal doing my nails talked me into doing dip which was $10 extra, told me it lasted longer than acrylic. It seemed like she over applied ad my polish looks bulky. 1 week and 1 day later, 2 nails are already chipped. Mind you I don't wash dishes so there's no way it was brought upon,ya know ? . I've been coming to this place on and off for quite a while, like close to a decade. I got my nails done here recently during a break, and it's my break from nursing school so this is a special treat for me to get my nails done as I haven't had them done in several years. I had a 3 week break and the nails didn't even last 2 weeks. I was literally laying in bed today when one broke, and all I did was grab my phone. I think it's likely due to the fact that the nails are flat like a board and have no apex. It's really sad that I came here to treat myself and couldn't even have my nails look nice for 14 days. The guy that did my nails did an excellent job, though I didn't catch his name. This is 10 days post manicure!! Unfortunately the first glittery color I picked was see through after he did them, but when he asked if I was happy with them I said I didn't know it would be opaque so he changed the color free of charge! I have been here 4 times for manicures. I have gotten a full set for my gender reveal they turned out fabulous. Since then I have returned to get dip nail color, and all those times I had positive experiences and was pleased with my nails. But my last experience was terrible. I've been nail tech was removing my previous color, she used the drill and then I was expecting her to soak my nails in acetone as they usually do. But I had gone past the usual two weeks and the color was starting to lift so the nail tech started to lift up the color using her nail cutting tool as well as a tip to lift off the color instead of soaking. I should've stopped her from doing it but I figured she knew best. I'm not a nail going pro...I don't go regularly so what do I know. Obviously not enough but now I do. As she was trying to tear off the color she tore my nail too. It hurt so bad. I told her that she cut me and broke my nail and she just "oh sorry" like it wasn't a big deal. I didn't get color or anything. I just had her finish my cuticles and I left. I should have made the owner come over. I was just so upset that my one chance to relax and get my nails done for my birthday week had been ruined; I only wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I almost wasn't going to even leave a review and just never go back but I feel others should be cautious. If they try to take short cuts don't let them. I made that mistake and lesson learned (a painful one at that). I see other reviews that are wonderful so I imagine if you request the right girl you'll have a good experience. I however did not. I do not recall the nail techs name. I was in such shock over the whole experience I just remember the shirt she was wearing was an 80's looking teal with neon dinosaur print and she had hot pink glitter nails. read more

I've been so torn between a 3 star and a 4 star.. I really wanted to like this nail salon, but they had a lot of good moments and moments that made me want to scream. The decor was really chic and everything was super clean. My friend and I both came in for a mani and pedi. My manicurist came over and kind of assumed the color I picked out for my toes were also going to be for my hands, which didn't make sense to me since my mani was going to be gel, not regular. I kept telling her no, I need to choose my gel color and I felt rushed and pressured to pick something right away. She came back a few minutes later and shoved a pillow on my lap which then knocked my purse flying out of the chair. My phone fell out and my screen protector was cracked. Not a big deal that it's the screen protector, but an apology would have been nice even though I mentioned what happened. I thought my pedicure was pretty good and everything was cleaned thoroughly. I wish I caught her name because she took her time and didn't cut me! Polish was also applied very evenly! Too bad I couldn't say the same about my friend's pedicure because her toes were filed unevenly throughout. My manicure looks good, but I got a few cuts. When I asked for my nails to be cut/filed down shorter, I was able to tell that the manicurist was not happy that she had to do more work. Prices were not too crazy either; $20 for a pedicure and $25 for gel manicure. Extra $1 if you're paying with card. read more

I was lookin for a nice nude color and they tried their best to use a color that matched what I was looking for, which I really appreciated. I got the regular pedicure. I thought I wouldn't get much done since there were options with a higher price range and more services but I was happy with the way she cleaned and massaged my feet. The finish result was nice. Not great, not bad (?)... i have mixed feelings. I've only been here once but I wasn't impressed by the service, and attention to detail seems hit or miss. The pricing seems steep for what we got. My partner ended up coming with me for a mani and a pedi, buff only no coat/color. That ended up as $68 + tip (buff was as extra $5) My gel x was $50 and my pedi was $38. Pedicure seemed fine. Out of 3 options... 1. Express $25; 2. Regular $38; 3. Deluxe $45... tbh I don't think it was really worth the extra... I went with option 2 but wish I just did option 1. I noticed my person, who was nice and did decent work, missed a step and didn't do the scrub part of the service. I only noticed after watching my partner's and another customer's service, who ordered the same pedicure as I did. But it was too late for me. The massage was so-so but I wasn't expecting too much. The toe nails are cut a little too square for my liking but that's a minor thing. Similarly they have 3 options for mani... $25/$38/$45 I wanted my nails done, asked for powder dip but was advised to do gel X instead. I was not familiar with that type, but she noted it would be thinner/more natural looking that way since my natural nails are currently very short. I agreed. I know I didn't want acrylic, and also know some places can't do powder dip well and it comes out thick so I opted to take her advice. Idk how powered dip would have turned out but I'm not a fan of gel X and it ended up being $50! It's basically sturdier press-on. Ugh... they are as she noted thin and I guess as natural as fake nails can be... but they look cheap, almost like I did a good press on job (which they basically are) myself. Even worst was they didn't even clean up my cuticles. $50 for press on, they could have cleaned it up a little even if I didn't specifically ask for an express mani (that would have cost another $25). There's a big glue clump under 2 of my nails. The edges aren't close, and the cuticles are a little off, but that might be partly due to the nature of gel x... not sure. To note, I called in to ask how much for powder dip and I was quoted $35. I asked how much for mani and pedi and she said $38 "both"...well guess I misunderstood "both" as "total"... but they meant each. And on the phone they didn't note the 3 different options for a mani or the 3 options for a pedi. Tbh I only came here bc it's closer and seemed cheaper then my usual place. I kinda regret it. For that much I would have been much happier at my usual place. They were pretty busy, so they must be doing something right for others. read more

I came here because a friend recommended it and I have to share how good my experience was. I have not been able to find a good manicurist in awhile and while the salon isn't on the luxury modern side, the ladies do an excellent job with attention to cut, color, and customer service. I called this morning and got an appointment same day. I came in and showed them the color I wanted from the internet and they had it, and so many other options like chrome, and dips. After starting my manicure and picking the color Nancy asked me if I preferred this other similar color and she showed me what the difference looks like on a nail.
