I scheduled an appointment with Paulina for a full set and pedicure. She ran over 40 minutes with her previous client and there wasn't anywhere to sit for that entire time because her clients kids were laying across the seating area. said "I'm almost done" when I walked in so I waited.. I wish she would've let me know in advance she was running late. I was bothered by the fact that my tech has no sense of urgency, didn't acknowledge me the entire time she was finishing her client. She even walked past me outside with her client to take photos of her nails while already running late af. I really wanted to walk out and get my nails done somewhere else but my card was on file and I was afraid I'd be marked as a no show even though I was on time. I finally get sat down, I expressed that I was upset but she didn't seem to care or know how to react at all. The owner, Wendy was super nice and still trying to make my experience a good one. I appreciated that. I even apologized because I felt like I came off so rude, but can you blame me? The rest of the appointment went fine, we talked a bit and she did pretty much what I asked for but now that I'm home I really feel like I was ripped off. If my birthday wasn't the next day, I would've tried to find somewhere else to go.. I spent like $165 on a pedicure and gel x set with designs. Please see the designs in my photo. I did compliment my nails, I did tell her that I'd really liked them because the French she did on my toes was good! but when I got home and actually examined the work on my hands up close, the chrome isn't even that well done. The designs she drew on were sloppy! I posted my nails in a nail fb group for an opinion on my nails and experience and everyone told me it was 100% not worth what I paid. They said the execution was bad and she was unprofessional, which I agree. They were even surprised she didn't give any type of courtesy discount considering how late she was. $3 off my callus removal is not sufficient lol. They have a 15 minute grace period for late clients, they should really have something in place for when their techs are 40+ mins late. I honestly wouldn't come back. Way way overpriced. read more

I've been coming to Wendy for almost a year now and I can confidently say--she's the best! Her studio in Azusa is so cute and clean, and I don't mind driving from Glendora every month just to get my nails done with her. What stands out the most is the quality of her work. I used to constantly deal with broken nails or needing to go back in just two weeks later... but not with Wendy. Her sets last! I usually come in every four weeks, and honestly, the only reason I return is because of growth--not because they've lifted or broken. Her work is so solid I could probably stretch them another two weeks! She's incredibly detail-oriented, uses top-quality products, and is always so sweet and professional. I genuinely haven't had a single bad set since I started seeing her. Highly, highly recommend! read more

I always leave this place happy!! I love how easy it is to book an appointment online. The staff is always super kind! I have gone here for acrylic pedicures and love them every single time! I even got my wedding toes done here and they were sooooo beautiful! , it was white French tip with a nude/pinkish glittery base. Wendy is super talented being able to work on my feet cause I always felt like my nails are so small but she works her magic and makes my feet look good! I also have restless leg syndrome and feel embarrassed for my random leg twitches and Wendy is always paitent with me and makes me feel comfortable and not judge. I wouldn't go anywhere else but here and I highly recommend this place! 10000/10 I would give this place so many stars if I could!! Also the vibe is so zen but also has a good playlist every time !!
