Waited 35 minutes to get eyebrows done with husband. Been here before since I live across the street but wanted to get it done once more to give them a second shot because first time also took forever and was okay quality. But thought it might've been just an off day. I was wrong. Seems like the usual. The service was rushed a lot more than last time and the card machine didn't work again. Last time it happened I zelled and then came in next day because turned out the card machine did go through so I got charged twice so was an inconvenience. In terms of eyebrows, since I haven't gotten nails done in a very long time . I wouldn't go here again.
Tami and Annie slay Color is 097 with silver tips! They are very fast as well took about 30 mins.
I've lived nearby for over 12 years and this was my first time coming here. I arrived when they opened (at 9:30am) so I was the first one there and was attended to right away. I was impressed by how clean, cohesive, and modern everything looked. Nothing tacky or mismatched, spa chairs lined up neatly on the right and manicure stations (all with plexiglass guards) lined up neatly on the left. All polishes, powders, and gels were also neatly organized. It looked very professional for a strip mall nail shop. Staff were all very friendly and made helpful suggestions, but weren't pushy. I spent $34 for a gel manicure and $32 for a pedicure with callous remover and massage (+ tips). I'm old school, so I'm not used to paying those prices, but I walked away pleased with the results and felt like I got my money's worth. I will be back.
They'll force you to do expensive options. And they do too much tricks. Here's the story: I was here for regular pedi and gel mani. While I'm doing the pedi the pedi girl asked me if I want to tread my dry skin. I said yes. and she put oil thing on my feet. After that she asked me if I want to do masks. I asked how much is it. She said it's $45. I asked what's the different from mine. She said yours is deluxe which cost $35. I wasn't asked for deluxe pedi so I said is there any other options. She said they only have these two. I didn't want to give her a hard time so I didn't argue any. But I didn't see any deluxe treatment they prepared for me until I asked her what you have for deluxe. Then she brought out all the things and gave me "deluxe package" treatment. FORCED level up +1 Comes to the color time. she asked me do I want same color as mani. I asked if they have any glitter color. She said so you want gel? I said no, I want to do regular. And she said "WE DONT HAVE REGULAR FOR THAT COLOR!" I asked several times for regular glitter nail polish. She said they don't have it! I was so upset at that time. So I asked the mani girl. She said the same thing but in a softer way. Then I said They usually have that color so you don't? The pedi girl was drying my feet at that time and she threw the towel kinda hard in the water. FORCED level up +2 I was upset and they talked in Vietnamese for a while then finally she grab me what I want. And this is not the end. She only did ONE LAYER of the nail polish on my toes! I'll attach her works below. I'm so tired to say more. It cost me $71 total excluded tips. Honestly it doesn't worth it. I still tipped them ( 25%for mani 10%for pedi). They just do one time business. I won't come back.
I made a appointment for 5pm .. I waited over 1hr .. I got acrylic with gel $45 .. but of course it's never that set price .. I paid $54.. they always up sell ..got my with glitter. It was really pointless making a appointment
While this spot is a little high money wise, definitely worth the money. If you are looking for acrylics always ask for Tammy. She is incredible! Great and thorough. Takes her time. Makes sure you aware pleased every step of the way. The salon itself was pretty clean. I waited a bit Bc I was late but completely my fault. Staff was friendly. Like I said price is more than I'd pay but if you want to look good then worth it.
Thank you Tammy for another amazing set! My daughter and I got our nails done in under an hour! Also such a cute glitter design. All of it for a reasonable price!
This is one of many visits I've had with Nail Spa! I've been going there for about 2 years now and I've always had excellent service by Tammy and Tam! They are the only two that I let do my mani & pedi. It's been so great I let them decide how I'm going to do my nails and of course I'm always delighted about the outcomes! The photos I have never do my nails justice! Tam does an exceptional job on my toes, making sure I don't feel uncomfortable at all, it's always so relaxing and all the staff is very friendly. Thank you Nail Spa for such great service & for continuously surprising me! It's what keeps me wanting to come back :]
It was my first time here and I got a pedicure. Jenny was very efficient and gentle. She even helped alleviate the pain from an ingrown toenail caused by another nail salon. Although I paid more at KBB Nail Spa than I did at the other nail salon, the quality of service and professional knowledge was worth it. I will definitely be coming back for my regular pedicures.
I followed my nail tech Kim to this salon but aside from that fact, I love how clean, spacious, and organized this salon is. All the staff are welcoming when you walk through the door and they have so many color options to choose from! The nail designs always come out amazing and exceed my expectations everytime! read more
I really really loved this place! It's the first place my daughter ever received a mani/pedi and they suggested hello kitty nails. I don't have a photo but they did spiderwebs on my black toes and I love them so much. The prices are really good, and everyone is friendly and does a thorough job. The staff is friendly unconditionally to the customers. The only thing is the last few times I made appointments, I realize that they are stronger with walk-ins so just something to look out for. Make sure you have the extra time in case they can't see you right away. The vibe is great, love how big the space is and everything about this place. Out of all the places I could go in LA, I would go here. And they do a wonderful job with my grandmother too. read more

I went in for a full set and a pedicure, ended up paying $80. Just the full set was $50 which was ridiculous for the length that I even got. She was hurting me so bad my hands usually do not hurt after acrylics but the lady was just being so rough the whole time. Definitely will not be coming back read more

I love this nail salon. My mom and I have been coming here for over 15 years. We've known Tammy the owner for a very long time and she is amazing. Everybody is very welcoming. I love that they are always willing to experiment with different techniques or will show me new things I wouldn't have known about. I just went in and got the Italian pink gel polish and my fill done, then Tammy asks if I wanted to add chrome to my nails. I wasn't sure what it would look like so she did my ring finger nail and it looked so cool. I decided to do all of my nails. She is very detail oriented. I definitely recommend anybody to come here. One caveat is that they are very busy on the weekend so if you're planning on going in on a time constraint call ahead of time to see if they can see you right away. read more

I've only been here twice after remodel but I'm very happy with their service and also it's very pretty inside...the posted pics don't show how nice it is inside. The girls are friendly and they got nice spa-like music going inside, makes it more relaxing. I'm 9mos pregnant, due this week...and stopped by for a last-minute cute gel mani-pedi since I'm ready to pop. The girls took me right in and were very sweet. I had a very pleasant experience. Thanks! read more

Best nail salon in town... it's been a few years since I've left a review. I've been coming here since 2004. Still by far, my favorite place. Tammy does amazing Full sets and waxing. Tam is my pedicure angel. I now live in Chino and have tried numerous places close to home, but nothing ever amounts to the team, here at Nail Spa. Luckily for me, my family lives down the street, so I make it work every couple of weekends. The salon has recently been remolded (March 2017) its super pretty and very clean. Massage chairs are amazing. I hate when I forget to turn mine on! You name it, they've got it here. Great nail designs, lots of polishes to choose from (gel and regular) and worth the wait... or try calling ahead to make an appointment. read more

I've been going here for 2 years already, and I am still content with their quality of work! There hasn't been any problems or bad experiences these past 2 years. Their quality of work is great and so is their customer service. They also renovated the salon to be more visually appealing. The key is to really build relationships with the employees! Extremely extremely happy with my nails every single time I come out of the salon! 5 stars without hesitation. Love you Tammy! read more

I've been coming here for 6 years now. They have been going down hill. Past couple times Ive had a lot of issues with quality of work like a new set falling off within 3 days and I get blamed when they started lifting the minute I left. I just got them done again and it will be my last time. There were still 2 hours before closing with me being the only one there and my nails were done rushed, sloppy and painfully with having acrylic all over my cuticles and skin. I believe they just wanted to get to cleaning and go home. Time to find a new place. read more
