My visit to Bella Nail's was very displeasing! I went in for a full set and pedi! They sat me rather quickly for a pedi.. Only to take an hour and 45 minutes to accomplish the task. I've never been to a nail salon where the people are so rude and where it took 1hr & 45 min for a simple pedicure! I was so upset I left without getting my full set! Probably won't be coming back. Their prices were good, except I came in on a Thursday evening (prime time right?!) it was dead. Only two nail techs working and only two customers. So I ended up waiting longer than I had hoped for. Since the place wasn't sitting well I ended up getting a manicure only. The manicure itself was decent. Nothing to rave about however the nail tech did take her time with my cuticle (ergo the 3 stars). To sum it up, the prices were good, final outcome was ok. read more

If I could give it no stars I wouldn't !!! We came to this place 2 days before to make an appointment and we asked how much a certain design was going to cost they gave us a price and then when we go to our scheduled appointment they raise the price. They begin to talk in their language obviously discussing the price again and then they raise up again. The owner ends up saying she the owner and she can raise the prices if she wants. They are extremely slow. There was another customer who said she got there at 1pm and didn't leave until 630pm. We got there at 4 didn't leave until 9. Ridiculous. They make up prices to everyone that gets there, it's sad. If I would of known all this I would of not gone. Horrible place of business with a stuck up owner who doesn't know how treat her customers! I've been here once for a gel mani/pedi, it's within the normal price range under $45. When I came in they didn't have any customers so they had me sign in and seated me right away... The end result was a decent gel mani/pedi, I didn't give 5 stars because the guy who did my nails was on his phone, which I really don't care because I'm not one for chit chat anyways, but then he gets on FaceTime and propped his phone on the empty chair next to me. read more

She had to tell the lady Julie how to do her nails and when we got our pedicure it looked liked they reuse the pumice bar which we thought was so gross. NEVER AGAIN! I went as a walk in and they sat me at a station immediately but had me waiting there for a good ten minute until someone finally came and took care of me. I was switched about four times and the lady stopped doing my nails multiple times to do other things. Maybe having more employees in would have been a good idea. As she finished putting my acrylic on, a costume walked in complaining about her eye lashes down poorly and that it irritated her eye. I guess that frustrated her because she didn't even out the acrylic on my last nail. The lady was very nice to me though and the place is clean but they need to organize how the do things a whole lot better. I'll stick to my old nail place though. read more

Got my eyelash extensions here they burned for at least 2 whole hours after that. They were stiff and felt uncomfortable the whole time I started getting swollen eyelids within a week so I removed most of them but a lot of my own eyelashes came off with them currently still have a few of the eyelash extensions on because they are way too stuck on and I cannot remove them no matter what I use. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. Also the place is not clean needs improvement big time!! read more

Really great place to go to get yourself cute. Gel colors are great, they have a large selection. All of their massage chairs are in working order which is rare for a nail shop. The prices are reasonable. Eyebrow waxing is so amazing here. Also, you will never find quality eyelash extensions as affordable as they are here! read more

Where do I start? I called and stopped by 5 days in a row asking for fill and they kept telling me they didn't have time for a fill they only had time for pedicure and full sets. Finally they took me in for a fill and my daughters pedi, the fill was ugly.. Every nail has a different shape and the gel is super thick. My daughters pedi was good only $13 and it is nice and neat but my fills were $30!! I asked why it was $30 for a fill and she said cause my nails are long.. You only filed them! You didn't use your cheap powder for my whole nail you only filled a little space! OMG to top it off the lumpy acrylic smelled so bad it was making me cough! This place is dirty, smelly, and the staff is so rude and unfriendly! read more

They only have one UV light for gel so they rushed through everyone that needed gel. they didn't file my nails enough & had 2 ladies working on my hands. This Place is a Rip Off!!! Be Careful when paying with a Credit / Debit Card. I went in for a Mani / Pedicure and the owner ran my CC three times. When I called her she got all defensive and said it was an error I would have believed her if it was ran twice but three times i don't think so. I paid $93. when I should have paid $31. getting my $62.00 back was a hassle she gave me cash back when I told her I was going to go to my bank and do a charge back for the full amount of $93.00. I found this particular nail salon thru yelp while I was getting my car serviced at a near by autobody. It was a Sunday afternoon and they seemed to be busy, but not so busy that clients had to wait for too long. Rather than drag this review on, I will cut to the chase; TIME- Average for the services I received. However, I mentioned that I needed to leave no later than 6PM, yet was not finished until 6:15. PRICE- Extremely affordable. I don't live in Baldwin Park, so I am not sure if these prices are average for the area, but I paid 15$ for a full set and $13 for a pedicure. At my regular salon I would have paid twice that. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The ladies who tended to me were extremely kind, unfortunately this doesn't completely make up for the quality of service. QUALITY OF WORK- I was highly disappointed in the quality of work that I received. My pedicure was average and fitting for the price but my acrylics were very bad. The only reason I didn't complain is because, what can I expect when paying only $15 for a full set. I will say, I feel the lady who did my nails had no idea what she was doing. I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and while I know that each tech has their own unique way of doing things, this particular gal seemed quite clueless. Three of my nails came out visibly crooked, one of them broke the next day and after one week three nails had broke due to the fact that they were extremely thin. I know it may seem as though I am complaining, but I am not. As the old saying goes- "you get what you pay for." BOTTOM LINE- While the quality of work was slacking, the prices and customer service brought my overall rating to 3 stars. Due to the fact that they are so cheap and only 15 minutes from where I work, I will most likely give them another shot. So me and my girlfriend came here for her birthday and wanted to get mani and pedi both gel. We walked in at six still open for them to do our nails, they didn't greet us we kind of just sat there until someone finally asked us what we wanted to get it. So they started to work on my homegirl first and then eventually me, after the first 30 minutes the main lady there would not stop talking shit in Chinese. She kept going up to the ladies that were doing our nails and telling them stuff and then look at me and my homegirl like there was a problem. An hour later and it was close to closing time and they started to rush and get it confused that I wanted this color red in gel on both of my nails, she could not understand or communicate back in English so it's like what do I do????? Finally it's 9pm pass their closing time and she's finishing up my nail the main lady walks around making noise says something about us not going to pay so she gets on the phone and calls a man to come in and watch us. I shouldn't have even paid for those nails but we were tired and just ready to leave those bitches. I just got a full set 4 days ago and 2 nails fell off I hit my hand against the door (not hard at all) and the whole acrylic came off I paid 25$ for this set and it didn't last a week.. I came in last week on a Friday around 530ish to get a regular manicure & pedicure. Well never again! The nail tech (if that's what you want to call her) insisted that I get a gel mani. SO I gave in and said ok. My pedicure was all but relaxing. she cut me twice and she just smiled, squeezed my toe and kept on ... WHAT THE FUDGE! My manicure was looking lumpy and she had already put 4 coats. I asked why so many and she didnt respond so i told her to stop because i didnt like the way they were turning out. the manager must of heard and walked over and said something to her in their language and had to re-do my manicure again.
