I went with a pedicure (the lavender one; highly recommended). I was led to a nice area designated for pedicures, there was pretty wall art. And nice chandelier light. They offered me a drink and they began to work. Hannah (the woman who was providing the service) was so nice, and I felt so relaxed. Tammy was my pedicure tech and she was great! Took her time and was gentle. Ken did my full set acrylics, the 4 star is because I did feel rushed. I noticed when I left that they weren't cut/ filed evenly. He was done before my pedicure was done. Holy. Crap. My husband booked me the cannabis pedicure for Mother's Day and words cannot describe how luxurious it felt. I love the drink menu, I got 2 Vietnamese coffees while there. People complain about the "steep pricing", personally I don't think it's steep considering this is a luxury spa. 1st time here today and loved the experience from beginning to end! I went in about 15 minutes before my appointment time and they weren't busy so they took me in. The receptionist was very friendly and came often to check on me, other guests and making sure the nail technicians work was going well. They have a complimentary drink menu which is so nice. Very nice and clean equipment and chairs, also very mindful of sanitary and cleanliness protocols of a luxury spa. Interior design inside feels luxurious with calming music in the background and relaxed vibes as soon as you walk in. Severely ruined my nails! Left my nails paper thin and fragile. They were literally bending even with the gel polish on top. Also their workers are constantly circling around and asking to look at your toes after they are painted which I found really odd. When I went up to pay they tried to charge me an additional $25 "design fee" for a French tip. They never mentioned this extra charge when I was getting my nails done. Wow. Milano Nail Spa is the nicest nail spa I've been to. When I saw the announcement for their soft opening, I had to stop by because I needed my nails done. This salon is AMAZING! It's beautifully decorated, and I love that they offer refreshments to clients. Prices are standard, but the experience and the staffing set this establishment apart from other salons. I have actually had several services, including: Gel X Manicure, Gel Pedicure, and Gel Manicure. My Gel X nails stayed on for almost a month, and the Gel Manicure has been on for two weeks. So far, I like the quality, and both stylists I've had have done an amazing job replicating the designs I wanted. I also love that you can make appointments online and that there is ample parking. In fact, you can make a day of it: go shopping, grab some lunch, and get pampered. Sounds like a great day to me! read more

I've been here several times for manicures/pedicures and they've always given me someone who went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. It's the first place I've gotten my nails done without feeling anxious-- other nail techs usually rush through my appointment to try to get to the next customer and I end up with small cuts or crooked nails. They didn't try to upsell any additional services and they do pay attention to the timeframe. They have many beautiful nail colors to choose from but I brought my own usual color and there's a new package of tools, etc, for each customer. The quality of products seems very very good, even the lotion they used was hydrating and stays on your skin. Overall, the experience was positive. Bathroom is nice and you can add tip to the card transaction. I did almond shape french tip full set. 60+15$ french tip + 5$ for the shape (this is new to me) i asked if my cuticles can be cut and Danny said after. He started to cut them when he was almost done. He didnt soak my hands and it hurted a little as we tried to remove cuticles. I work in the medical field so i was my hands alot and is nice to have them remove nicely and painless. The shape looked nice. Vivian did my feet and i was disappointed. One she got The wrong shade of color and since Danny was doing my nails; the pillow was blocking my view. When i felt she was done i looked down and said "oh no thats the wrong shade" she got upset bc she would have to redo everything. However i was in a little of a time crunch since i had to wait 30+ mins i told her is fine. However one of my big toes looked sloppy and manager saw me asking if she can atleast redo that one and she said something to him and looked at me and did it but i sense she was upset. Then one of my pinkys she added like 7 coats because it had the same issue. So it looks super thick. You're basically paying for the whole bottle, lol. I have spent a decent amount of money over the past few months here and when my daughter was refused her bday discount for missing the day I was disappointed. I'm not the type to expect anything from anyone but honoring the discount would've been nice considering she had just given birth and finally had a day to take a break and pamper herself. I came here because of convenience and it's nice atmosphere but I think I'll be heading back to my old salon which is just as aesthetically pleasing and accommodating. I returned because my previous experience was excellent, as I mentioned in my last review. However, shortly after my service, the polish began lifting and peeling, as shown in the photos above. I even requested a color change, thinking it might be the polish, but the problem persisted. When I came back to have it fixed, I had an 11:00 appointment but waited 27 minutes. No one checked on me to see if the service was going well. To make matters worse, I was told I'd be charged $35 for a nail color change--despite the issue occurring almost immediately and through no fault of my own. Hiding behind a policy instead of taking accountability was extremely frustrating, and the so-called "complimentary refreshment" did not make up for it. It wasn't so busy but around 1 o'clock it did get pretty busy but they look like they had enough to help everyone. It is a huge place that they also host bridal shower events, which is so beautiful or for a girls day. They do have private rooms for manicures and pedicures. It is absolutely stunning as you can see in the photos very top notch and luxurious. Not to mention the service oh my gosh once you check in, which is done with a tablet in the front and you select the service that you want. You are seated and offered complementary drinks. They have so much from soda to actual alcoholic beverages. But to also add on they bring complementary snacks which I thought was so amazing. I've never seen that before. And it's some good snacks. If you're getting a pedicure, they do put a beautiful neck. Rest filled with lavender that smells so good and it's heated up. Everything that they do is so extra you do get brand new tools that they use and open in front of you. Which I absolutely love that sanitation is key. All of their waters whether it's for your feet or for your hand has cucumbers and rose petals, which is so freaking cute. I got a manicure gel and a pedicure gel and I paid $97 with tip of six dollars. My total was 103. Which I don't think it's that bad because I did get a drink also even though it's complementary, I think it evens out. The manager was super great. He does come and ask you how your experience was and what you like about it, he talks to you get to know you a bit and he does check your nails before you leave just to make sure they're up to standards. I took my daughters in to get full sets and designs. When we walked in we were politely greeted and taken to a table. I explained they wanted full sets with designs. The manager said bc they had very short nails he would prefer to do gel x nails but the next time they come in they would have to take the set off and do a completely new set. I've never had that happen to me at other nail places. When I came back to get them I went to pay and the manager was very rude. He said "where's the paper from the nail tech? I can't check you out without it!". I told him when we came in it was our first time there. How would I know I NEEDED a paper from the tech to check out. The nail designs for one of my daughters were definitely not what she had asked for. I paid $240 for 2 full gel x sets with designs. After I paid the manager gave me the receipt and walked away. Not even a thank you. When we left my daughters were very quiet. I asked what was wrong. They said the entire time they sat there the nail tech kept going on and on about how their real nails were so short and it was gross. Then they questioned them as to why they couldn't take care of their real nails. Then they proceeded to talk in their language back and forth. My daughters were very uncomfortable. They have autoimmune issues and they tend to react to stress by biting their nails. I wasn't looking for a nail place to openly criticize my daughters in front of a bunch of strangers. If you are going to charge so much at least have some manners or better attitudes towards paying clients. We will not return. The manager was just a joke! I really wanted to love this place. It's a beautiful salon, and you can tell they've put a lot of effort into it. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. I went in on 10/03 for a Gel-X French tip set for my baby shower. The nails looked amazing at first, and I was really happy with how they turned out. But by that following Monday (3 days later), one nail had already popped off. I knew they had a 7-day guarantee policy, so I went back to get it fixed at no charge, which I appreciated. However, by the next Saturday (about a week later), two more nails popped off, and since then, one nail has come off almost every day. Now I'm down to only five nails left, and it's been less than two weeks. I've been getting Gel-X for years, and this has never happened before, my sets usually last a month or more. I'm not sure if it was the products used or the application, but something definitely went wrong. I can even see the brand name from the nail tip still glued to my nail bed. I feel embarrassed for how my nails look now because of all the ones I'm missing, especially after just getting them done. I paid $37 for a regular pedicure and $30 for a regular manicure with Vivian and Kim. Both ladies were nice, but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service or communication. During the pedicure, I noticed leftover red polish on my toenails that the technician was about to paint over -- I had to point it out for correction. The manicure wasn't much better; my cuticles were left jagged, and I had to ask several times for her to stop pushing too hard because it was painful. The manicure polish was applied too thick and uneven, and instead of fixing it properly, she added an extra thick layer of clear polish, which only made it worse. To make matters worse, the salon floor started flooding during my service. What should have been a 30-40 minute visit turned into an hour and a half (I arrived at 3:36 and left at 5:00). For the prices charged -- $40 for a basic pedicure and $30 for a regular manicure -- I expected at least a clean, well-done service. It feels like you're mostly paying for the "complimentary" cocktails and atmosphere. The blue lighting also makes it hard to see polish colors accurately.
