Unfortunately the worst nail experience I've ever had. I think the photos speak for themselves, but i should still warn you why you shouldn't come here. I came in with my sister and my mom and all three of our nails were TERRIBLE. I can understand one of us having a bad experience, but all three of us walked out of the shop with streaky, sloppy nails. What's more is that we told the nail ladies "hey this is uneven" "can you remove that speck from the nail" "ow you hurt me" and were ignored the entire time. After the visit, the owner texted me and was very apologetic which I appreciated HOWEVER, apologies cannot makeup for having 3 workers running the shop alone who are really not good at their job. I hate writing a negative review, but I just hope this helps someone else avoid this experience. read more

I got a gel manicure and pedicure. Thought I'd give this place a shot just to try it out. When they removed my old gel they shaved down my nail so much leaving my nails extremely weak and brittle. Since the manicure they have been chipping so much. They also cured a hair into one of my nails which I didn't notice until after I left. The vibe was whatever, there were times the music turned off so it was awkward and quiet in there. There are many more nail salons in the area that I would prefer to go to. The pedicure was fine but needless to say I won't be coming back here again. read more

Beware their new policy. I notice the last review here was posted two months ago. I've been a pretty loyal customer and have coming here for almost 5 years. Looks like they've recently changed their policy - and charge for removal of old gel polish on your toes before reapplying. Gotta say, I've never in my life had to pay for the old gel to be removed before the new one was applied. Gel color not acrylics, on my toes, never once paid to have it removed before new color was applied. You live and you learn. I just wanted to share before you try to get charged for what you thought was included in your service already. --- Edit: Since the owner responded, I want to clarify a few points for accuracy. I did initially choose the higher pedicure package but changed my mind after noticing a blister. I spoke with the tech, agreed to pay for the callus removal that had already been done, and switched to the regular pedicure. That should have been $30 for the pedicure, $10 for gel, and $5 for callus removal -- a total of $45. At checkout, I was charged $55. The only part of the more expensive package I received was the $5 callus removal, so the higher charge didn't make sense. I'm sharing this not to argue but to help other loyal customers understand how charges can add up under the new system and to encourage clearer communication about pricing before services start. What's frustrating is that this "extra fee" for gel removal has never been charged before . it felt random and only explained afterward. The owner even told me on the phone she'd "make an exception this time," as if she were doing me a favor. That's not the issue. The issue is that pricing should be clear and consistent before the service, not adjusted after the fact. Transparency isn't optional. it's part of running a trustworthy business. It was also disappointing to see the owner's public response take a defensive tone rather than simply acknowledge the misunderstanding, especially after assuring me on the phone that she'd make an exception this time. Professionalism matters, even when customers raise concerns. The message below lies and says I was being charged 50, not 55 which I was, and omits any details about their policy re polish removal. I also couldn't get a straight answer on the phone- do they charge for polish removal when I am getting another pedicure? There's no transparency or honesty and honestly the message below was extremely petty. Btw when I went in on a Saturday afternoon it was completely empty. I won't be returning and anyone reading this should consider if they value a business that is trustworthy and transparent read more

Get the SPOIL ME pedi. You won't regret it. I've been coming here for years. This pedi has always been so worth it. Comes with hot stone massage, scrub, hot clay oil, callus removal, lavender soak, rose petals.... I'm probably missing some stuff but I honestly just zone out and relax for an hour on average and take it all in. On occasion I get gel mani that always come out good and it last a lot longer than other places I've gone to. The service is always great.
