Back in April I got a set of gel nails from a man there who I only known to do pedicures. I gone here before but Brian did my nails but he is no longer there so I haven't gone there since he left. So I needed a set right away so I believe he said his name was James. I could be wrong. Anyway he was filing my nails and on my right hand middle finger he burned my nail and it hurt but didn't think anything of it. So he finished my nails and I was not really happy with them but I didn't want to say anything. So two days past and I noticed my nail on my middle finger started burning and the cuticle around my nail was so red. I started to get a bit worried because I never had this happen. I soaked my nail and little by little taking the nail off and when it did come off I saw that it had what looked like fungus. I was so upset so I soaked all my nails off to see if any of my other nails had it but thank goodness they didn't. I had to go to the urgent care because I was in a lot of pain with my finger and the urgent care dr prescribed me antibiotic and for me to see my primary care doctor who prescribed me lamisil. She also is sending me to a dermatologist. I don't think I will ever go back in that nail place again. Doctor said his nail drill and file may have been dirty. I know the man who did my nails had only did pedicures when I gone in there but this was the first time that I ever seen him do nails. Im worried because I'm a diabetic and it's going to be awhile before my nail grows in. I been doing my nails for over 20 years and I never had this happen. read more

Writing bc I first came a few months ago and stayed because of one guy that was really sweet and friendly. He no longer works here and now there is only one nail tech which is a problem bc everyone has to wait and she's always late!! This is the what 3rd or 4th time I wait for her. My appt was at 11:30 and it is 11:51 as I typing this. The last time I waited almost 15 mins. Once or twice fine! Even though twice is already pushing it. And this is WITH MAKING AN APPT. Don't bother making an appt bc with ONLY ONE nail tech you will wait no matter if you call before. I complain to her all the time and nothing changes bc she runs behind. Also I hear a lot of customers ask about the guy nail tech that I mentioned before, everyone loved him and asks for him, including myself and we're all bummed he no longer works here. Omg!!! Absolutely loved my experience here, got a mani, pedi & a full face wax all under $80 bucks! They had a small staff of 3 on my visit, very friendly I had the opportunity to have all 3 work with me. The shop was very clean, no air conditioner door was open but still comfortable. They have their own parking lot, wheelchair friendly. This is my new spot! Check them out if you haven't already. read more

I used to love coming here because of their reasonable prices but there is an older woman who works here that shouldn't. I've had her my past couple of visits and the first time she layered on my gel mani very thick. Then I got her again to remove my acrylics. Worst decision ever. She thinned my nails almost down to the skin! Nicked me several times with the drill when taking off my nails but please just look at the photos to see the damage she has done. They always do a great job!! They are one of the few nail salons that offer the SNS (dip powder) and they do great work. I've never had any issues with my manicures or pedicures and pricing is comparable to other locations. Now I'm a simple manicure gal so if you're looking for some intricate design or colors I can't speak on that, but if you want a clean mani or pedi this is a legit spot. read more

My gel mani are two days done and already lifting . I walked in a waited about 30 min . Lady who worked on me had very poor hygiene, dirty hair that her dandruff was falling on me . She wanted to dig into my toe nails telling me I have ingrown when I know I didn't . I told her not too and to let my foot dr take it out if I have one . After that Her and other women that works there were talking Shit in their language. I will not be going back ever again . So disappointed, seeing that there were some good pictures on yelp. Tech took a long time to remove the existing gel- 20 minutes to be exact. Why don't techs just soak them in acetone for 5 minutes. Easy!! She filed down some acrylic in the most awkward way that resulted in nails looking like they have grooves. Some nails had bumps because the acrylic was so uneven .dont know what their other services are like but I won't be coming back. Waste of my time and money. Not sure why this place even has 4 stars. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!! For starters, I called to make an appointment at 11 AM. When I walked in, no one greeted me then after minutes of standing there someone finally sat me down in a pedicure chair while I waited another 15 minutes for someone to get started on me. There was a strong language barrier between me and the nail lady. So I barely even understood what she was saying. She CUT me and made me bleed!!!! Then did a horrible job filing my nails!!!! This has to be the worst expensive full set of nails. I'm in such disappointment. I never do any reviews for ANYTHING but this was a must. First of all I understand that we're living in crazy times right now but they made me wait a hour after my appointment. Then the following week I decided to try it out again so I made another appointment. This time it only took me 30 min but it's still took him 2 hours to do my nails. MIND you it's only been 5 days since I got them done and I need a fill already. He didn't clean or prep my nail at all. Let me just say I have no idea why he would let any customer walk out with nails looking like mine. He left a whole "gap" in his words between my cuticle and the acrylic. If he saw that my cuticles were bad enough to suggest a manicure. In the middle of him lying the acrylic on my nails I brought all of this to his attention and he refused to do a manicure to clean my cuticles. In his words "it's too late". My side walls are terrible. Oh yeah! Did I mention he didn't fully take off my gel color that I had coming into the shop so I had to ask for him to clean the edges and he was upset! My gel color was black and my full set was nude and white. So yeah i don't recommend this place at all. Oh yeah I asked to do my eyebrows which takes 5 min, but the wife said no because she was doing a pedicure. Hmm I've never been refused service soo much AND have terrible service in one place. read more

It's small but nice because they bring you a water and have a movie or music videos on the TV it's not like the loud places with technicians that talk to each other in their native language.
