Fist time here and Lisa did an amazing job. She was very patient and gave suggestions as to I wasn't sure what I wanted. In the end I was in love with the end result. I also got my toes done by her husband I had a ingrown nail and he actually did a great job and didn't cut me or hurt me. I will for sure be coming back. Literally the most painful pedicure I have ever had!!! He butchered my toes and ripped up so much unnecessary skin!!! I was bleeding. I had to tell him it hurts multiple times and he kept trying to justify saying that I have an ingrown. Um sir... no... you're just cutting up my toes! And their colors are outdated! They didn't have what I picked... I had to pick another color 3 times!!! And he still ended up getting the wrong color ‍ sloppy paint job and when he went to clean everything up with acetone.. all my open wounds were BURNING!!! It hurts so bad. Unapologetic. My mistake for trusting these reviews about Lisa. She did a horrible job on my nails and left my fingers in pain. I will post a collage of my experience as well. The top left is the picture I showed her throughout the acrylic application process. When it came to using the mechanic nail file, she said she didn't need to see the picture anymore. She obviously did. I kept on pointing out the uneven sides and that I wanted my nails thin but ended up with bulky looking bullets who's sides CUT too deep into my fingers. I also paid for a half-@$$ manicure (I encourage you to zoom into my cuticles on the bottom left pic). You won't find me wasting my money at this hole-in-the-wall again. read more

Went in to get a mani and pedicure. Its Sunday I arrive at 7:20pm and im the only customer at the salon. It was my first time at this place. I love that the place wasnt crowded with chairs or tables like other salons to the point where you feel squished and like you cant breathe. This is how other salons should be, not all cramped up because lets be honest nobody likes to breathe down the person next to you and feel uncomfortable when youre getting youre nails done. So i get my pedicure first. I love how my pedicure looks, but my manicure was a whole different story. It started off good only to end up bad. I asked for acrylic gel black matte nails and the lady looked like she didnt know what she was doing. She cut my pinky and messed up my index finger nail when it wasnt done drying yet. Now i have a messed up nail and a cut on my finger. I even had glue stuck on my skin i had to peel off. Messy job overall. Even though i paid $60 for both my mani and pedi which is the cheapest ive ever paid at any nail salon. Im not sure i will be going back again. read more

First off, I've been going to Betty's for about 2 years now. Always get a full set or fill and pedi. Lisa always does my acrylics and her husband always does my pedicures. Hands down, this has got to be my favorite nail spot. They keep you entertained throughout your whole visit. They also have 2 TVs that are always on for those of you who are not too social. Betty's is probably like my second home hah. They have a wide variety of nail polishes, from OPI to China Glaze. Full sets are $16, Spa Pedicures are $14 and regular mani & pedi are $20. Pretty good price if you ask me! You'll leave the place happy every visit, i guarantee it :) read more

When you come always look for Lisa! She is the best. Very kind and generous and she does a great job on your acrylics or pedicure. She is especially great at waxing eyebrows. They are open pretty late than most nail salons which is a BONUS. You need a mani/pedi at 8:30 pm after work? Lisa is your girl! I have been coming here for almost two years now and the staff is always welcoming and they treat their customers great. One thing you must know the wait time can vary. Some days she can take you right away other times you have to wait up to an hour. But if you want the best then be patient, because it is well worth the wait. Love this place! I agree they offer good customer service but my service rendered was mediocre. Kenny did a great job with the pedicure; took his time, was friendly, careful and they looked great overall. Lisa on the other hand did my gel manicure and it looks less than average. Excess gel is stuck on my skin, they were poorly done. The best thing I got out of this $42 mani/pedi was that they nicely put my warm water in the fridge. read more

Love this place! Lived literally a minute away.. Even though they can be really busy they never leave us unsatisfied. They will close late and past their closing time to make sure you get your services done. Great Mani n pedi services. Love the foot rubs while I'm getting a pedi. I'm a regular and even though I moved, I still go to them. Lisa and her husband are the owners and they work there. I usually let and want her husband do my pedis but he is usually booked unlesss you make an appointment..besides him I ask or go to Nina for my mani n pedi . She does a good job as well. I came in here for 2 reasons My original nail place is too far and I just needed to fix 2 broken nails And because this place has a decent amount of good reviews Well where do I start... I walked in and told the lady I just needed to fix 2 nails and change my gel polish. (Decided that when I saw that my white nails were a little messed up) and she said ok pick a color and I told her I wanted gel and she tells me ok go to the back all rude like I knew where the damn gel colors were Then she tells me to sit on a chair and I'm sitting there for about 20 minutes I didn't ask anything I just sat there and waited then when she was finally done with the young girls nails she was doing the tells me to switch with her so I did just that Now, she started fixing the nails I had broken which weren't right thumb and left middle finger. When she put the fake nail on my right thumb I swear she drenched it with nail glue. I kinda looked at her like what the heck! My nail was literally stuck to my finger. I've never had anyone just sneeze the nail glue thru the back like she did it was so gross and uncomfortable... I think she realized I was bothered by it and she did my left middle finger much better... Then she starts to take the gel off my nails and cuts me a few times which is fine with me because it happens here n there and that I understand.. She starts to try to shape my broken nails to the shape I already have which is like a coffin ballerina point and I have to constantly tell her to make them pointier or more thin and show here the nails I already have We finally have my nail shape down after numerous amounts of times on telling her how to do it Then the gel polish Comes and wel lets just say this has to be the worst gel job I have ever had I seriously wanted to flip out when she told me she was done... I have black and white nails and I could see thru all my nails I was like wait you're done?? And I showed her how my nails were not blank or white and they were see thru! She tries to pretend like she didn't know that but cmon as she was putting on the top coat she was taking off the black how do you not know the color was coming off?? I was so sad and disappointed with my nails... I would've gone straight to where I usually go to get them fixed but I didn't have time.. I leave 2 stars only because she was really nice when I told her I didn't like the polish and when I had to constantly tell her to make my 2 broken nails thinner... Maybe I just caught them on a bad day or something but I couldn't believe the way my nails were being done and the way my polish came out after all these good reviews k read.. This was the worst manicure that I ever had. My gel polish was removed with a electric sander that tore up my nails and cuticles. I was also cut so bad it took a while to stop the bleeding. They don't seem to care about their clients. I went in there because I did not want to wait and they did not have any customers there... now I know why no one was there!!! read more

I went to get a set of nails (nothing fancy; no designs--just one color) last week and it was a terrible experience and the WORST job I've ever had. A man did my nails, and not only did it take well him over an hour for him to do my set, it took Betty another hour to try and fix & finish them. After 2 1/2 hours,my nails finally looked presentable or so I thought. The following day, my hair was getting caught in my nails and on more than 5 fingers, the arylic was jagged under the nail, so it was snagging my clothes, which was infuriated because a couple of pieces were very expensive. I thought about returning so they could try and fix my nails, but why add insult to injury. If combined, the guy and girl couldn't deliver a good set of nails, that itself spoke volumes to the quality of work right there. I will NEVER Return or would ever recommend to anyone. read more
