The fact that this thousand square-foot place was basically empty should've been my first sign. My appointment was at 4 pm. She didn't complete the appointment she previously had until 4:45. When I asked the owner and her staff what the hold up was, she kept telling me she was almost finished. 45 minutes later I finally started my pedicure. When I checked in, no one notified me she would be running late. They have pedicure menu options upwards of $75. Laughable. My gel pedicure was $75. I asked my pedicurist to do my pedicure with hot water. They had no hot water. THEY HAD NO HOT WATER!!!!! So my entire pedicure was done in cold water. I let the owner know and she said it was because they have been doing head spas all day. Again, laughable. My pedicurist insured me that she was going to give me a discount. At this point, I didn't care I just wanted to be finished. When I go to pay, the lady at the cash register hands me a gift card for $10. I asked her what that was for and she said that was my discount. I said why the hell would I want a gift card for $10? The service you provided was terrible. Why would I wanna come back here and how is this at all the compensation for waiting 45 minutes and then having to do a pedicure in cold water? She then said she could take five dollars off of my treatment. I just hugged my lady and told her to call me when she's left this place, left after paying, and will never look back. This business won't last long. Not even the people who live in this area should accept this kind of quality.

Never coming to this place again I do not like when the nail tech told me one thing and then charged differently. It is a very predatory tactic. Highly disappointed with my experience. Also for me they put something on my feet and it burned. One of my toes was left with a burn mark. The nail tech also didn't really understand English so it took her awhile to take off the product so I had to dip my foot inside so I wouldn't burn the rest of my toes.

I decided to go in the next day to politely ask if I can have my eyebrows a bit thinner I paid for another eyebrow job. Kelly took offense and so did her tech. I could see Kelly was trying to comfort her new tech by telling her I liked my eyebrows thin. The same day the new tech gave me a pedicure. She used the body scrub on my legs said it was free and rubbed my legs for so long it felt while she was basically trying to rub my skin off ..... it hurt so bad I never felt that. My legs were in pain and red for days. She also managed to give me a toe infection that didn't go away for two weeks. I've never had this happen until this incident and I don't know if she used dirt instruments on me. The next month I didn't mention this BUT I did go in for an eyebrow job from Kelly. She nearly left me with no eyebrows and she added her own touch she left me with a eyebrow slit which is a common practice within this industry for this culture to make fun possibly call me a lesbian and to mark a "bad" client notifying their workers amongst other nail spots you are a difficult or bad customer. She gave me an unauthorized slit which is called ghosting. The new tech was sent up and actually laughed. I understand this was an inside joke. During the session Kelly was very cold with me when she is usually very upbeat and nice. I really hate that Kelly took this personal and made a joke of me. The technician was very lazy with her eyebrows in my experience and evil if I would say. Problematic personality. Kelly you are wrong for how you handle your issues.
