I always go here because I love how other tech does my toes! I always give a chance to see Stephanie to do my nails! This lady is ALWAYS ALWAYS IN A HURRY! Today, I had to finally say something! She's in a RUSH and she CUT my finger ( I felt I got SURGERY done on my finger) Worse yet to come! I asked for a natural color and asked to put a glitter on it, came to find out that she was charging me extra $5 for a simple glitter! Came home saw my 3 of my nails were YELLOW! I called and spoke to this VERY NICE Lady Megan and asked if I can get changed color she said Yes to come now and I also asked if this will be extra charged, she said NO. I went and this Stephanie literally MAD AT ME and telling me it will be EXTRA money to pay her if I get color changed!! I dont know if this place is by appointment only but ive gone here three different occasions, different times of the day to get a new set of nails. My mom goes here and loves it. Her nails are very nice. So i decided to go w. Her and Not kidding, theres always one-two people getting their mani and or pedi. Cool! Everytime we walk in my mom wants a fill. Instant "come, come come, sit!" When its my turn, theres like 3-4 people poking their heads out and when i ask for a full set they pause for a few mins and always say "no time" i knowww a fill and new set are completely different time wise but C'mon. so i think i give up. Im sure the ladies are nice and do a great job, so no bad talk to them. Its just when the shop is pretty empty... you think, they would help. Came here towards the end of the day. I just came in with my mom and sister because i really needed a manicure & pedicure but I didn't even care if they painted them...I just needed them all cleaned off. The technician agreed to do both and painted my toes and once she got to my nails I sensed how RUSHED she was. I usually do gel on my hands only but since she was rushing so much (I'm not kidding I was so nervous about her moving so fast with those sharp tools) I didn't even ask for gel and I settled for regular polish. She was painting my nails super quick, not allowing enough time to dry and as soon as I left, anything I did budged the polish on the nails to the point I had to just take off the lacquer myself. It never dried. After taking a closer look i noticed the edges of the polish weren't straight, again, she was painting my nails desperately fast so of course this would happen. I started getting a little pain on my pinky a few hours later so I looked closer and there it was, a purple slice on my finger! Someone else i went with also said they got cut too. It was upsetting because I would've totally have been ok with her telling me there was no time left for a manicure, I could have popped in another day Bad first experience but I'll probably be back just to give them another last try. Tina is my first choice for pedicures and has been for over 3 years and I drive from the San Gabriel area for her services. The owner does really good nails (I am not sure what her name is but she speaks the most English and wears glasses). I call ahead of time for appointments and they never leave me waiting long like most nail places. Prices reasonable and ever since the ownership changed recently and they've made a few upgrades with massage chairs and desks. New owner also got rid of previous rude employees and makes sure her employees are all friendly to her customers which is what you expect at an establishment anyway right however that is not the case at most other nail salons. read more

I went in for overlay on my natural nail and gel and The result was horrible She didn't know how to do overlay at all I had a lot of uneven spots also some spots that didn't even have acrylic She did some type of oval square shape on them which made them look super uneven The worst part was that the file she was using was dull as hell so she gets up to get the same file the guy was using on another client!!! I was in shock on how unsanitary she was being!! Been here twice and the ladies are pretty nice. They even offer massage for an additional cost of course. This place is bigger than the one across the street. And they look like they're busy all the time, too. Honestly, I don't see any difference on the service given to me. It's always a hit or miss with the person you're going to get. This place sucks!! When I went, it was really crowded, which made me think "If a lot of people are here, it must be good, right?" WRONG!!! I walked in and they said the wait would be 5 mins and to pick my color. LIARS!! I waiting way more than 5 mins....more like 15. I should have left but I decided to stay and give it a shot. The finally got me on the spa chair to do my toes. They had the spa bath filled so I stuck my feet in there. And the water was cold!! I had to tell them to take it out and put at least warm water in there. Com'n! So obvious! I sat there for like another 10 mins before anyone was able to start on my feet. And I had specially told them I want mani & pedi. They started and finish my toes and then took forever to get someone to finally start my hands. That was annoying. So it took much long than I was hoping to stay there for. And because they were so busy, they finish one person and on to the next without really washing out the spa bath for your feet. GROSS!!! My toes were ok. But my hands/nails....the polish chipped right away and the top coat began to peel. The "peel" looked like a person's skin peeling from a sun burn. Just not cute at all. Decade later and she still doing my nails lol She just awesome! She is so creative and pays attention to detail. Always satisfied with her work. I saw a roach yep roach bugs yike !!!!!!! and it was a nice size one crawling on the chair next to me in the pedicure section. I was like WTF! I told the lady and she just laugh. Really. Then I saw more real baby small ones so they have bugs problem and roaches in the day time means you have an infestation of them not clean need to be reported to the health and safety department. I have been to some seeded places before but I have never seen bugs just crawling all over. I had to shake off all my clothes and shoes to make sure I didn't take anything home. I was telling a customer also I was very upset. I keep feeling funny they got mad at me and started yanking my feet and speaking in their language like talking about me. Then she didn't do a good job on my feet at all needed to clean them up around the edges. I did not tip.
