ATTENTION!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! HOT NAILS IS NO GOOD!!!!!! ALL EYEBROW LOVERS!!!!!! KELLY MARKS HER CLIENTS SO ANY OTHER SALONS WILL KNOW YOU ARE A "BAD CUSTOMER" SHE WILL "GHOST" your eyebrows if you make her feel upset. Giving you an eyebrow slit without consent trying to make fun of her client. I use to love this place until a new tech came in recently. Kelly is the owner and very good at her job. She does nice eyebrows and nails. The night I went in to get my eyebrows done she was out. The new tech also does eyebrows. I was hesitant but I gave her a try. She didn't trim my eyebrows and she didn't give me a shape. I felt like there wasn't a difference. I decided to go in the next day to politely ask if I can have my eyebrows a bit thinner I paid for another eyebrow job. Kelly took offense and so did her tech. I could see Kelly was trying to comfort her new tech by telling her I liked my eyebrows thin. The same day the new tech gave me a pedicure. She used the body scrub on my legs said it was free and rubbed my legs for so long it felt while she was basically trying to rub my skin off ..... it hurt so bad I never felt that. My legs were in pain and red for days. She also managed to give me a toe infection that didn't go away for two weeks. I've never had this happen until this incident and I don't know if she used dirt instruments on me. The next month I didn't mention this BUT I did go in for an eyebrow job from Kelly. She nearly left me with no eyebrows and she added her own touch she left me with a eyebrow slit which is a common practice within this industry for this culture to make fun possibly call me a lesbian and to mark a "bad" client notifying their workers amongst other nail spots you are a difficult or bad customer. She gave me an unauthorized slit which is called ghosting. The new tech was sent up and actually laughed. I understand this was an inside joke. During the session Kelly was very cold with me when she is usually very upbeat and nice. I really hate that Kelly took this personal and made a joke of me. The technician was very lazy with her eyebrows in my experience and evil if I would say. Problematic personality. Kelly you are wrong for how you handle your issues. I few days before I had stopped by and ask for prices. A set of Coffin shaped, short nails. She said $40 and $6 for a few stones on the ring finger. While there, the woman offered a pedicure. I told her that my nail bed a extremely small, but said she could do the french tip anyway. To make the story short, she put my feet on plain hot water, She never cleaned up cuticle or scrubbed the feet or anything, she just pull the feet out and put the polish that needs the light. While preparing the nails she cut me. She was half way done and I wasn't going to leave. I thought she had a different way of doing it so I thought to be patient and let her do her work. As soon as she heard the word wedding she double the price. I was upset because for the wedding I had open toe shoes and now I had a cut. Since I just moved to the city recently I'm In search of new locations to take care of my necessities and decided to give this nail shop a try after a friend of mine went. I wasn't disappointed. I made an appointment and showed up on time and was helped almost immediately. Donna worked on my nails and she did a pretty good job. The lady that worked on my pedi did too but I didn't get her name. I was impressed that they had me purchase my nail filer and buffers - for safety reasons they said which I agree. I will return. I would give them 5 stars but they don't have a price sheet to provide to clients so we know what the cost is for everything they provide. read more

Love this place. Been coming here for years. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Hadn't been in a while for fills ( two months +)and my nails were still in good condition. Kelly is the best. So are all the other ladies. I love that I can go a long time in between fill appts. and that my nails just grow out and not lift. Would definitely recommend this place. I came here on a desperate time desperate measures... I have my own nail salon I go to... but I came here bc I heard they are good.... First off... they stress you and pressure you to buy services u don't need or want... but they are breathing down your neck and they won't stop until u say yes which was annoying bc I know what I like and want... I usually get gel manicure and it lasted me 3 days. My nails started chipping I was so upset bc after a shower my nails where chipping by the end of the week almost All my nails where chipped didn't even make it to Xmas ... and I was as upset bc gel suppose to last more than 2 weeks it Lasted 2 days ... and they tried to hustle Me for all the other services which made Me super uncomfortable.... Terrible. The woman who worked on me was rushing and hurt me three times. She almost cut my flesh with the nail clippers because she was hurrying and not being careful. She left my nails unevenly cut and they weren't trimmed or filed very well. There was still small amounts of dirt under my nails and she didn't clean the cuticle or overgrown skin well at all. I let the manager know of my complaints and she said "I think she did a good job and there's nothing we can do for your nails." What a joke. Also, when we walked in she said the cost of a basic mani/pedi is $25. I did not get callous removal or anything on top of the price. When it was time to pay they charged $35. This place is a joke and scam. Take your business somewhere else. read more

They're older lady did them I asked for square, they're all and uneven their bumpy I asked for some rhinestones on my ring finger the rhinestones were on top of each other and all different colors I just had her remove them. She didn't even know how many times I had put my fingers in the gel dryer she was asking me?? I've never been to this place, I only went because I live and I will never go back. I never make an appointment - I always just walk in. Prices are decent. They do try to push extra stuff (eyebrow waxing kinda stuff)...and the gel top coat. Do NOT get the gel top coat unless you're putting it on real nails. It doesn't work well on acrylics. Forget the late appointments, they were rude asf! And they didn't even care to do their job right. They just care about the money and bye. I would not support this business right now. And I do not know how they are even open with all the people they have at once. For the full story, we ate tacos next door, did our laundry, and while we were waiting my daughter said, mom can we get manicures. I said ok, go ask how much it will be for us and if they have time for us. She came back with the pricing and said they can take us in 15 minutes. While my daughter was asking, the lady's were telling her how cute she was and my daughter liked one of the lady's nails which were sunflowers. So my daughter told me, "mom, can I get sunflowers like her." I said, "sure." So my daughter was so happy. We were having a good day-- we washed the car earlier, ate tacos right next door, doing our laundry, and now getting our nails. Well, my daughter went first and I was waiting. Then, We got asked to surrender our chair in the middle of a manicure because someone had an appointment. That is not right. The was the first thing. Then they did my daughter's manicure wrong. They charged me $32 for my daughter's gel manicure and they did her flowers wrong. My daughter showed me and said she was upset because they didn't do it like the girls (the one sitting there before and hyping her up to get them like her). The funny thing is, that manicurist was the same one. Her name is Kelly. Kelly was the one that was doing that other girls sunflower nails. My daughter said, "Mom, AND she took the money and didn't ask if that's how I wanted them." Broke my heart. How can she be so mean. So, of course I went to go advocate. Kellys excuse was that my daughters nails were smaller than the lady's..... ok, Um, how can Kelly say that, when she is literally the one that told my daughter she can do it for her then play her stupid. Her justification was that She offered to give me back $5 or remove the flowers. My daughter was so sad. Almost willing to keep those wrong flowers. My daughter said, "but that's why I wanted to get a manicure." So then I told Kelly if she can't do it like she said she was, then return us the money. Kelly then said I could stand there and argue all I want, but she wasn't going to give us the money back. I turned to look at my daughter and told her, " I'm happy if your happy." Cuz I swear this lady was getting me mad. She said, "Mom, I'm not happy." So I told her ok, tell her how you feel baby and see if she will do it before I get more mad at this lady and tell her some things! She went to kelly and told her if she could please fix it and Kelly said (after several brainwashes trying to convince her not to) that she will try. Finally, When they were done, I asked my daughter if she was happy. She said, "sure." I said ok, give her this tip and tell her thank you for fixing it and I'm going to go wait in the car. My daughter came back and said, "She said she didn't need it." So, long story short. She was rude. It was not just a miscommunication.... on any part. She also appointed too many people at the same time and did not meet the standards of the lady's that were there at that time. I was happy to find a nail salon open, assuming as everyone else there, but in this case, they should not even be open if they cannot do their job right and are appointing everyone at once. read more

Had an appointment at 12pm and they didn't see me till 1pm. They were so rude they didn't even bother to tell me that I'd be waiting a while they just said that I'm next rn. So I tried to be patient but after an hour it's very disrespectful especially when you have an appointment. I got up and told them I was leaving and that's when the owner laughed and said don't go you'll be seen right now and didn't see me till nearly 30 mins later. Then they said I needed to pay for my own kit bag with a file and everything, something they didn't tell me on the phone when I had called and I asked what I needed to bring. They are profiting off this pandemic and making customers pay for kits that literally no other salon is doing. I walked into this place the day before new years eve 2012 & had to wait for a while to be helped. This place is small but I've heard good things so I was willing to wait. The only man there greeted me very kindly and assisted me in picking out a original design. He even let me look through all his bags of glitter until I found a suitable glitter for thee occasion. My nails did take a long time but I noticed the store was open well after what their sign said they closed. I ended leaving around 11 but I was very satisfied with the job they did on my nails. First off all let me say I have been going to Ana for two years and only once did I have a bad experience. Main reason why I had a bad experience was because of another costumer that seriously needs to manage her time! I would really suggest calling before hand and making an appointment or to at least check if there are busy!! The ladies here are really nice and they take their time. Gave this place a try after reading some positive Yelp reviews and I'm pretty happy with the outcome. The nail place isn't fancy, but they make up for that by having many options for nail polish and gel colors. I got a gel manicure ($20) and I was there for less than and hour. There was no wait time, bur it was a Tuesday at 2pm. I forgot to ask the name of the woman that did my nails, but she was a very sweet older woman. She took her time and was patient when I was trying to find a photo for an example of what I wanted. Defiantly worth trying out!
