The lady (I didn't get her name) who did my pedicure cut my toes with the nail drill when she was trying to remove my old gel. Then, while she was cleaning up my nails she removed an ingrown but my foot had already been dry for some time so it really hurt. She cleaned up one foot and was starting to work on the other when she asked me which service I wanted. I felt uncomfortable in the space, the chair was dirty; there were nails on the floor; nail dust everywhere on each spa chair. it just looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. So, I said I wanted the basic one and her whole demeanor changed. she stopped talking to me and didn't throughly finish my second foot. The basic one comes with a scrub and she rubbed that on my DRY skin. Didn't wet her gloves, just rubbed the scrub onto dry skin. Then she took her pumice stone which was also DRY and scrubbed my feet with it, while the scrub was still on my skin. The scrub left my skin hurting. She slapdashed my "massage". Overall, I feel this was not a great experience. I came home and used hydrogen peroxide to avoid any infections since she cut me in a few different places. I also feel like this paint job was rushed and is crooked and uneven at the bottom from lack of using the brush to clean the edges. I also want to mention that 2 ladies came in after calling to inform them they'd be there in 20 mins for a service, they had the ladies wait to get served. The ladies waited for a solid 20 minutes before deciding to leave because they didn't get served. Another thing that bothered me was that the lady next to me was telling the woman doing her pedicure that one of her toe nails is broken while the lady was sanding down her toe nails. The lady repeated herself 3 times and the woman didn't acknowledge her. The lady literally squealed in pain. No response from the woman doing the pedicure.
Rarely get my nails done and came here on a whim and they know what they're doing. They slayed my nails and completed everything I wanted! No weird bulky nails. Definitely recommend this place!

The technician had me soak my hands and then left to do a wax treatment on another client. I ended up sitting there with my hands in the bowl for over 15 minutes. I had to take them out myself because my fingers were starting to prune. When she finally came back, she started working on my cuticles, but the job felt rushed and careless. I showed her a picture of the color I wanted, and she simply said "okay," so I assumed they had it. She didn't give me any indication that it wouldn't be possible. Once she started painting, I immediately knew something was wrong. The color didn't match what I had asked for, and the application was streaky and uneven. After three coats, the polish still looked sheer and patchy. I politely asked for one more coat, hoping it would help, but she gave me attitude. After finishing both hands, she looked at me and firmly said, "No more coats." At that point, I was over the entire experience and just wanted to leave. She was cold and rude for the rest of the appointment. Then, to top it off, she asked me if I was okay. It was clear I wasn't, but I didn't want to make a scene, so I just said yes. I honestly didn't want to leave a tip, but I felt guilty and left one anyway. I realize now that I shouldn't have, because this is a service I was paying for and the experience did not meet basic expectations. If she had just told me they didn't have the color, I would've picked something else. That would've been no problem. Instead, I paid $35 plus a $5 tip for nails that look like they were rushed and poorly done. I wouldn't recommend coming here. I wish I had gotten the technician's name, but the overall service was disappointing. For the price I paid, I would have been better off doing my nails at home.

Once i noticed it was the wrong color it was too late, i was getting a pedicure as well and just trying to relax so i wasn't paying attention to the painting. I told the nail tech it was wrong but i didn't want to sit through filing and painting all over again. yesterday i broke a nail so i came in to get it fixed and they couldn't find the color!!! The nail tech very rudely said I needed to remember the color code and because i didn't id have to settle for a similar color (which i agreed to). she was very rude and bothered by the fact that she had to fix it at all. As you can see my pointer finger is a different color and poorly painted. It's lumpy and the paint is uneven. When I stood up to leave she rolled her eyes and waved at me to leave. Needless to say I won't be returning. Alejandra's a block away costs more but is better service & quality.
I called asking if I needed to make an appointment but they said they take walk-ins and didn't arrange a time. We came around 4:30-5pm & they close at 6. My friend & I were able to receive spa pedicures with the massage chairs but unfortunately there weren't enough employees to complete her french tip manicure, so she was bummed about that. The lady doing my manicure (sorry I didn't get your name!) Offered to soak her nails & have her come in the following day but my friend declined both. During the pedicure I was offered a color wheel of a myriad of colors (I chose Adobe) but during my manicure (which took place at a table in the other room) I was shown a completely different color set. I think the pedicure color set was for gel colors & the other set (#26 is on my nails) is for dip powder. I showed the lady a Pinterest photo of pink ballerina-style nails & that's exactly what I got. Ive never seen a nail lady paint nails the way she did & she did a lotttt of filing which I'm slowly getting used to the more I request acrylic nails in peculiar shapes. I am extremely satisfied with the color, length, & shape, but it was frustrating that my friend couldnt get a manicure bc the nail technicians all left for some "party." My friend was upset because on the phone we were told we'd be taken care of as walk-ins.
Took my daughter and niece to get their nails done. They were very happy with the outcome. We called Sunday around 4:30pm and they took them in last minute. Plenty of parking. Location looks clean and spacious. We'll be back.
I really wanted to like this place.... Every time I've came here before I've had a good experience my nails looked nice and lasted I went on Tuesday and every single time I've gone they suggested gel x and this time I was like you know what, let me try it... first thing I noticed was the my hands were both different lengths I asked the guy to make them all same same size which is already pretty ridiculous but he was young so I assumed he was also new I go home and realize the edges of were my cuticles are all have left over product as well at the bottom of my nails. And on top of that they were still uneven length I paid almost $80 for this service mind you and I have an even this coming weekend This made me realize that I'm over salons and will be looking into finding a nail tech that works from home.

Lily did such an amazing job on my nails! I'm absolutely in love with how they turned out. She paid so much attention to every little detail, and the design came out even better than I imagined. The shape, gold details, pearls, and gems are all perfect. She's incredibly talented and really takes her time to make sure everything looks beautiful. I've gotten so many compliments already! Definitely recommend Lily if you want gorgeous, unique nails. read more

First time here - Sun 4/30/23 Manicure was $33? Acrylic removal $7 *Special note to Annie, please make sure you're staff have clean hands and thoroughly clean all equipment. My technician had dirt under her nails. I asked her "dont you need to wash your hands?" To which she replied. "No." She did an okay job. A little too steep price wise for a manicure. Aesthetically, the interior of the salon is remodeled but they need to be meticulous with their equipment & supplies. Took too long. Sadly I will not return. read more

usually this place is a 10/10 but this last visit was terrible. i asked for french tip nails and had a reference photo. I was left with temu looking french tips that are not flat and i can fill the bumps like mountains. i was also cut multiple times and my fingers hurt so bad. i also got a pedicure and it is the worst one ive ever seen. also i dont know what the lady did to my pinky toe but it is so sore and hurts when i walk. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! read more

I use to love this place but the quality of nails has gone down tremendously. Let's just say less than 24 hours. Within 10 hours even, I already had my gems falling off. I had a nail crack completely in half. There was no reason for any of these things to happen, I wasn't even grabbing anything for these gems to pop off. Usually they do the gems then too coat, but he did it the other way around. I tried to contact them numerous times and this was very upsetting considering I'm in Hawaii for the next week. Nobody has responded whatsoever. read more

I chose this salon because my regular salon was fully booked. I won't be coming back. It appears they specialize in those ridiculously long nails. So my "shorter" nails ended up super short. I hate them. Good thing is they'll grow back and I'll go to my girl near whittwood. The girl that did my hands was not very friendly and worked fast so the heat of the file burned me. Then I told her to cut down my nails and she took them way down Then my pedi sucked. The lady cut out an in grown but today I have an infection. That has never happened to me before. Be cautious if you choose this salon. read more
I have been to this place a few times now and was really happy to see them reopen, after being closed due to Covid. Ya girl was wayyy overdue for a mani and pedi! Emily gave me tie die summer vibes!!! They came out great, and I have gotten so many compliments about them! The only thing I'd complain about, and this is just me being very picky and particular when it comes to my nails, is that every time I've gone they don't remove the cuticle on the manicures. They don't even push the skin back, which is disappointing since they do it for the pedicures. I would think it'd be the same for the manicures, next time I'll ask about it and then update the review. In addition, due to the whole pandemic, I've sort of developed an OCD. Therefore, it bothered me when I didn't see them using freshly cleaned tools, and they were reusing the same buffer and cuticle remover used on other clients They do a great job on nails most definitely! However, they could definitely step it up when it comes to hygiene because that's just as important. If I could, the actual review would be a 3.75/5, but again that's me being very specific and particular. read more

Nails cute as hell done by Emily she killed the style, she's a very good nail tech. Also first time meeting Kim today which is now my go too pedicure girl. She so freaking clean! if you don't Believe me look at her cart. Very organized with fresh new supplies stocked and just watching her she has a whole system on keeping clean. She used gloves, cleaned my ingrown, and did a great job on making my messed up broken toe nail look more normal. DON'T FORGET TO TIP YOUR NAIL TECH'S!!! Because they are killing it with keeping a good, clean, running business here. This is my go too place now read more

That includes regular polish. Gel , designs, longer nails or anything extra will add up to more than $18. Which means the matte nail polish will be a little extra for sure .
