I've been coming to Miu Lash for months now. I truly love everything, it feels so calm and private and the whole team is just so nice every time. My to-go set is the hybrid and I always book with Mia, she does an amazing work and makes sure i like the result every time. Also the prices might be just a little bit more than your regular at home lash tech but it's so worth it, the retention is unmatched just as the quality of their products. I highly recommend coming here, for someone that has been getting lash extensions for more than 4 years this is hands down the best lash experience i've had.

I needed an urgent last fill so I came here after seeing the 5 star reviews here (booked under Amie). Overall, I'm not pleased with how the lashes look - I'm so disappointed and cannot wait for my next lash fill with my typical technician who I appreciate so much more now!! Basically the lashes look how my natural lashes would look with mascara - for $100. I began by requesting for a specific curl and they only had limited curl options. The glue they use makes your eye sting. I've never ever had my eyes sting with the other technicians I've gone to before. Then she's asking me to open my eyes to check out the final product, but has the fan on so i cannot - it just felt offputting, nothing special about the service. Didn't feel like an individualized set at all. The technician didn't even introduce herself to me. I recommend folks to go elsewhere, such as my favorite spot called Mouk in Lakewood. A million times better and I have never been disappointed. My two week fill with Mouk cannot come soon enough! @tony Q - please contact me as I am interested in a refund. After going to the same artist for 4 years- it's safe to say I found a new long term artist! I've only had one visit so far- but everything about it was amazing that I need to write a review (trust me, I'll update this if anything changes lol). First of all- the retention. I got mine done about 3-4 weeks ago now and the retention is still AMAZING. I do not need a fill what so ever. They still look so so good and natural. I am very picky about my lashes and *need* the color brown because of my green eyes & love for a natural look. Texting them was super easy and they even sent me photos of their brown which helped a lot! They have GREAT prices and I hope they stay the same for a while lol. I had a removal, cleanse and full natural set all for 95$ but their new client full set is I think 75$ which is SUPER good. Booking with them is easy and again, I love how communicative they are through text messaging. I booked with Amie and I will be coming back to her 100%%%! Oh my god- she was so beyond gentle... like .... Extremely gentle I didn't feel a thing & kept falling asleep even though I was trying so hard not to. She listened to exactly how I wanted them and recommended a length and they turned out so good. Overall, everything went smooth and my lashes turned out perfect so I'd recommend giving them a shot. read more

I just want to thank Miu Lashes for making things right. I reached out to them after my experience, and they did offer me a complimentary service and a redo. At that point, I honestly felt like it was too late and I really just wanted a refund. They were understanding, helped me with that, and sent it back right away. I think when you're in a situation where you don't feel like there's a solution offered, it can make you feel like your concerns aren't being heard. This is the first time. I've been here. I originally came in for an eyelash removal from a different eyelash studio and Mia took a look at my eyelash extensions and insisted of removing them ( I just got them done from a place called mesmerizing lashes in Brea) She fixed them an made them look 1000x better. I booked an appointment and ended up getting off work early. I called to see if they could take me early and they were able to accommodate me ! The first time is 25% off so it was a really good deal, I ended up getting my eyebrows waxed too. Amy did my lashes, she was so quick and gentle I could barely feel her touching my lashes. This is my first time coming here they just opened honestly it was a 10 out of 10 I saw Amy I love my eyelashes. I did a natural set and I also did eyebrow wax. Super cute, cozy and clean shop in Whittier. I called in as a first time and got in same day, amazing! I was actually impressed with how small and quiet it was and it felt really clean and fresh. The girls were super nice and my technician was super professional and consulted about what I like and what I don't. The lashes are STUNNING. At first I thought they might be a bit to thick and voluminous for me, but after they settled and I washed them- they were PERFECT. Not like an Angry Bird and not like solid black bands on my face. I don't want it to look "obvious". She explained my options and mapped my face. She explained exactly what her plan was. Three hours later and my perfect nano brows were completed! I couldn't believe it ... I had my brows exactly as specified. I had a distinct nose bridge! I looked younger! I was happy! Julie is easy to talk to and easy to work with. She "got" what I wanted in just a few words. I'm on day 12 and they have hardly peeled in the healing stage. Tiny dry skin flakes but nothing major. She said nano brows offered good retention and so far that's been the case. I know you want to know "did it hurt?" Pain is different for everyone. She does the first pass as-is to get the outline done. Then she applies numbing cream. It feels like a sharp repetitive sting but you get used to it quickly. I was entirely comfortable throughout the whole process. Check out my pics for more reassurance if you need it. JUST BOOK IT. Get your face in order for 2025. Be happy when you look in the mirror. Save time not having to draw in your brows yourself every damn morning. Look badass instantly upon waking up Treat yo self. You deserve it. "Was it expensive?" Don't cheap out ... it's your FACE for goodness sakes. Her pricing is right in line with competitive artistry and permanent makeup. (I'll update this review if all of a sudden I wake up and there's a Case of the Disappearing Brows but I don't think that will happen.)

She has a yelp deal: $100 for $150... Not bad, considering the prices for some lashes start out at $150... I left a message for Ms. Yessica on a Wednesday afternoon really hoping that she'd be available for a Thursday morning appointment. She called me back later that evening (yay!!! for awesome customer service!!!)... We discussed lash options and then I booked my appointment!!! Woo hoo!!! Ms. Yessica is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood in Downey, easy to find, right off the 5 Frwy. Her home is beautiful and her little treatment room is clean, quaint, and comfortable. The Pandora station playing from her phone was really relaxing. There's a couple pages of paperwork to fill out, but once that is done, the magic of lash extensions begin!!! I discussed with Ms. Yessica that I wanted a natural look, not a plastic baby doll/mascara nightmare/spiders on your eyes look. The style that I checked off for the lashes were labeled "subtle". The whole procedure, from paperwork to finished lashes was about 2 1/2 hours. I was offered a blanket to cover me during the procedure, but I declined. I figured the coolness would keep me from drifting off to sleep, lol... I mean, your eyes are closed the whole time and you're lying down!!! I did catch myself snoring maybe 2-3 times... Never once was I uncomfortable and I can't even feel the lashes, they're so natural!!! I love my lashes!!! The length is perfect, they're nicely curled, and they look like they're my own lashes!!! As a very busy, work full-time at work and at home mom these lashes are such a god-send!!! I don't have to worry about lash curlers and mascara in the morning, and I can still look cute, no matter what time of day or night it is!!! A lot of my friends at work get lashes done, so I went in already knowing what I wanted/how I wanted to look. Ms. Yessica helped me achieve that look!!! Like I said...
