I had gotten some cheap ones at a nail salon that messed up my lashes. so I just got the regular ones that are faux. They're so pretty, weightless & perfect. Annie is very nice, talented & gives you all the info. I've been here four times and each time it's better everyone has different reactions to getting lashes. My eyes are sensitive either to light or glue so she rinses my lashes after she's done to help from any burning or redness. After burning eyes/ skin, itchy, uncomfortable feeling and an extended search I found this place. My tech, Angela who was wonderful was so caring. I explained my previous experiences and very proud and confident said " well that won't happen here". I thought well we will see about that. lol Well here I am so excited to say my eyelashes are beautiful, exactly what I wanted. I forget that I even have them until somebody compliments them. I definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back in two weeks for my fill.

My second experience here is where it all went downhill. I got a dermaplane facial and requested a…read moredermabrasion as well. The technician informed me that the dermabrasion would be too much exfoliation since the derma plane is exfoliating as well. However, she still recommended doing a chemical peel and because I'm not that educated in skin treatments I proceeded with her recommendation. About a week later after my facial, I I noticed 2 burn marks on my face, which I assumed were from the chemical peel. While one healed, one has still not gone away, and this is a facial I received late in December 2025. I went back a month later and asked the technician(different one) what the mark was. She said it was like acne post mark because of too much exfoliation with both the dermaplane and chemical peel . She said it should fade away and recommended me one of their expensive skin resurfacing products. I did not buy it and this was my last visit here. 3 months later, I still have this mark on my face so I have an appointment with the dermatologist soon. I would still recommend this place for maybe the basic $70 facial, it's pretty cheap and worth the money. I do not recommend any other special services because it seems some of the technicians may not be as educated and it's not worth messing up your skin.

They honestly resembled a drugstore strip lash rather than a customized volume set. I called the salon and was told they could fix them. Unfortunately, the same technician ( ivy) worked on me again. She appeared defensive and, at one point, spoke to a colleague in another language during the appointment. While I want to assume she was asking for help, the lack of transparency made me uncomfortable and unsure of what was being said. After the "fix," the lashes looked even worse -- very heavy and spiky, giving a tarantula-like appearance. When I expressed concern, I was told this was the "doll look," and that the reference photo I showed (from the company's own website) was different because it was a cat-eye shape and the model had different eyes. This was confusing, as I've had similar styles done successfully by other lash technicians in the past. Overall, it was disappointing to see lash styles advertised that the technician didn't seem comfortable or experienced executing, and even more disappointing that this wasn't acknowledged. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I wanted cute short acrylic nails with baby yellow French tips and 3d flowers a simple set ( for me lol ) and I've always been a walk in client, but as always I've never waited for a long amount of time I would say I've always been seen almost immediately. I ended up getting my nails done by this guy and he seemed new but I payed no attention, until he finished the application of the acrylic and it just seemed way far out of the ordinary compared to what I've always seen. I've NEVER been the type to speak up about things but this set was just unbearable to hold back I spoke up more then ten times about the shape the color the flower and the left over acrylic under my nails. By the end of it we were both a bit frustrated icl lol. Out of the blue my grandma talked me into getting my toes done (I love how they come out I always get compliments) and the lady doing my toes asked to see my nails which is veryy normal I love when they take their time peaking at my set or while I get them done I find it so cute. she took a peak and said oh there cool huh that's when I knew I couldn't pay full price for my set but again I was too scared until another lady saw me looking at them too much and she came over asking to see my nails oh my days the face she made at them was beyondd. She immediately told my grandma to go to the side so she could fix them. Walking out the store my grandma told me I was definitely in the right when I said that my nails didn't look good compared to how they ended up coming out. We practically spent the whole day there at the salon but it was so worth it. The lady's there are so so sweet you'd definitely have to do something in order for them to act the way they're being described. The staff was friendly, and the space appears clean with a nice, upscale vibe--but unfortunately, the comfort and overall service didn't match. The chair was extremely uncomfortable--completely worn down with no cushioning. My tailbone, back, and hips felt like I was sitting on a hard wooden bench. The footrest was also unstable and wobbled every time I lifted my foot. The pillows provided for hand support were visibly dirty, which was off-putting. The most frustrating part was the polish selection. I chose two colors--a solid and a glitter that complemented each other--but after applying the solid, they realized they didn't have the glitter in stock. I had to choose another option, and then that second choice wasn't available either. I ended up settling for something I didn't really like. Given how expensive nail services are now, the entire experience was disappointing. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area, so I'll be trying somewhere else next time.

The fact that this thousand square-foot place was basically empty should've been my first sign. My appointment was at 4 pm. She didn't complete the appointment she previously had until 4:45. When I asked the owner and her staff what the hold up was, she kept telling me she was almost finished. 45 minutes later I finally started my pedicure. When I checked in, no one notified me she would be running late. They have pedicure menu options upwards of $75. Laughable. My gel pedicure was $75. I asked my pedicurist to do my pedicure with hot water. They had no hot water. THEY HAD NO HOT WATER!!!!! So my entire pedicure was done in cold water. I let the owner know and she said it was because they have been doing head spas all day. Again, laughable. My pedicurist insured me that she was going to give me a discount. At this point, I didn't care I just wanted to be finished. When I go to pay, the lady at the cash register hands me a gift card for $10. I asked her what that was for and she said that was my discount. I said why the hell would I want a gift card for $10? The service you provided was terrible. Why would I wanna come back here and how is this at all the compensation for waiting 45 minutes and then having to do a pedicure in cold water? She then said she could take five dollars off of my treatment. I just hugged my lady and told her to call me when she's left this place, left after paying, and will never look back. This business won't last long. Not even the people who live in this area should accept this kind of quality.
