We made an appointment and still waited nearly an hour. No apology, no explanation, and absolutely zero respect for our time. But the worst part was the cleanliness. The facility was disgustingly dirty and did not appear hygienic at all. For a place where proper sanitation should be a priority, what we saw was extremely concerning. Between the horrible customer service, ridiculous wait time, and lack of cleanliness, I would never recommend this place to anyone. You've been warned. Look elsewhere.

Nitta is passionate about her work and it really shows. She has and always will be a perfectionist so she absolutely takes the time needed to ensure my lashes are full, even, and adhered symmetrically. I have also been extremely happy with the fact that her lashes are without a doubt very consistent, so it's a huge relief to pay for her services where I can count on her & know exactly what I am getting. My nails never feel bulky or overly thick, and they really take their time to make sure the shape and overall look are perfect. They're also both super easy to talk to and make the whole appointment feel like you're just getting your nails done by your home girl. I'm always happy with how my nails turn out and they last really well too. They are both super busy, so if you can get in with either Liz or Jocelyn, you're lucky lol. The receptionists are always friendly, I'm usually seen quickly, and the prices are affordable compared with other salons I've visited. On a previous visit, a technician even mixed two colors to help me get the shade I wanted. That kind of care kept me coming back. Today I came in for a builder gel fill and a pedicure. I had a Pinterest photo of the light, milky, almost translucent brown I wanted. I couldn't find anything close in the color books, and the shades suggested to me were very different. The pedicure technician brought several more books and opened them on my lap, but one of my hands was being worked on while the other needed to go into the UV light. I couldn't turn the pages easily. They kept asking if I'd chosen a color, and I felt so rushed that I finally picked a random brown for my toes. I'd also asked for my longer nails to be shortened and shaped to match one I'd broken. When I noticed the builder gel was pink, I said I wanted clear so I could wear a nearly translucent color. The technician assured me it would be fine and continued. I had to ask more than once for the longer nails to be filed to match the broken one. With the pink gel underneath, I ended up choosing dark brown for my hands instead of the light color I'd wanted. At checkout, I explained what happened and asked to pay to have my toes changed to match my hands. The owner came over promptly and kindly said he'd cover it since I'd just had the pedicure. I appreciated that. But the same technician did the color change, applying the dark brown over the polish already on my toes. She made comments about how I'd originally wanted a lighter color. By then, I just wanted to leave. I've had mostly good experiences here. I even returned after earlier visits when two technicians cut my toes and another cut my hand, because I understand mistakes happen. Today was different because I felt rushed, unheard, and like I was bothering them by asking for help. I left frustrated when getting my nails done is usually a chance to feel pampered. You may have a different experience, but I wanted to share mine. It's the reason I won't be back.

Let me start by saying how extremely picky I am when it comes to my eyebrows (and Stephanie had no idea just how picky I was ). From the moment I met her, she was so sweet and had such a warm, welcoming aura that immediately made me feel comfortable. Before we even started my eyebrow wax, she asked me questions about my skin and my eyebrows, which I always think is a great indicator that you're in the hands of someone who truly knows what they're doing. But my favorite moment was when she handed me the mirror to look at my eyebrows and said, "Be picky." As someone who is VERY particular about my brows, I absolutely loved that. During one of my visits, I experienced a situation where an employee was speaking about me in another language, and it made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. Based on the interaction, I felt that I was being treated differently, and I believed there may have been racial bias involved. I brought my concerns to the owner, hoping to resolve the issue professionally. Instead, I was told that I was no longer welcome at the business because I had missed an appointment. That missed appointment occurred while my grandmother was hospitalized, and I believe the circumstances were not taken into consideration. The owner also told me that the staff had held a meeting about me, which made the situation even more upsetting. After my experience, I no longer feel comfortable supporting this business, and I wanted to share what happened so others can make their own informed decisions before choosing to go I also want to mention that a similar situation happened to my friend, who is also a person of color. Based on both of our experiences, I believe there is a pattern in how customers of color are treated. Dora was also very rude and unprofessional throughout these interactions. My father is an attorney, and he will be taking legal action regarding my experience with this business. My friends are also looking for new lash techs and will no longer support business . They just lost a lot of customers The owner reached out and is still not taking accountability. I told them that I had an issue and they never acknowledged the discrimination that I faced. Second of all I've sent many customers there and I've always been on time during the grace period . So don't make an excuse as if that's the problem. Third of all, I've only gone to Chelsea and only liked Chelsea so they could've continued to book me with her instead discredit my feelings and told me that I wasn't welcome because I brought an issue to them now they want to respond because they know that they are wrong and again we will be taking legal matters. Also, now I have proof that you just told somebody that they said that they were discriminated and not to make that as an excuse that's worse on you. I also reached out to the business several times trying to resolve it through text and they blocked me and never Responded, They're only acknowledging me because it makes their business look bad me and me and Chelsea never had issues. She would even talk to me about her kids schooling troubles, so you're making up excuses. That was a troubling experience however I have found a salon, more professional, and the quality is way better than Moon Lash. Please take your money somewhere else. They do not acknowledge you and it is not worth it. When I shared my experience, they couldn't believe that happened. They have never had to tell a customer because of a complaint.
