Buyer beware! My 70 year old mother went in to have some facial hair removed and she was severely burned. When she went back the same day to complain and tell the staff to be careful, she was told to "put ice" "you will be ok" and there was no "sorry" or remorse for what had happened. Staff did not care nor showed any interest or concern and were rude. I will be complaining to the city to have their license removed or monitored. This should never happen to anyone.

Do these look like freshly threaded eyebrows???!!

Walked in at there was no person in sight. I just stood there and signed in. (1st time here) a min later lady comes from the back. Then, the Lady botched my eyebrows and left them uneven, irritated, didn't thread in between my eyebrows. Kept telling me to move up in the chair, I was already all the way up! She would move my hands when she asked me to hold numerous times. I've threaded my eyebrows for 10+ years I know how to hold. Even my mom noticed and mentioned it to me. My eyebrows look horrible! I grew them out to be left with this! She also overcharged me. I saw eyebrow threading for $8.99 and she charged me $11. I guess she wanted to include her tip or something. I STILL decided to pay her $12. Not one thank you, -have a good day; nothing. Won't be coming back!

I made an Appointment for Eye Lash Extension but when i got there , Amy Gave me A Wonderful Customer Service and she suggested she can do my own eyelashes curled, she also suggested to add color. 10/20 Very rude and rushed. I always check what time a place closes because I do not like coming in 10 minutes before closing time. So, on Yelp it says closing time is at 7:00p.m. I came in at 6:20 and she told us that they close at 6:30. I was very mindful and I would have came in some other time. She still did my eyebrows but very quick! She also kept talking on the phone about still having customers. I guess complaining. I do not like writing negative reviews but I did not like the way she did my eyebrows. Will not be returning to this place. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! don't bother going here. I came 5 mins before they closed at 8pm (which I know isn't Ideal but I worked a 12 hour shift at the hospital and got off at 7:30) I rushed over to make it on time. When I pulled into the parking lot the worker was sitting in the chair alone watching a show on her phone when saw me. As soon as I parked she rushed to get up and turn the lights off!!! And waved at me to say they're closed?!?! She rushed out and locked the door at 7:58pm which was as fast as she could... COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I've been coming here for years. Pretty quick way to lose a loyal costumer. Do better. read more

She stated that it was because I was on my cycle and because my hair was extremely long, now I understand it was long but like I said im not a newby to the pain of a Brazilian. She could've responded in a more understanding way. It just was not a pleasant experience for me from the moment she came out to get me from the lobby because of the customer service. I don't know if I got her on a bad day, but I wouldn't want any girl to experience the treatment that I did today. I totally agree with Veronica !!!!! It is as if she took the words right out of my mouth " The staff is friendly but I just hate that the receptionist is always trying to push an offer on me - once is expected because you are trying to sell but after I told you no three times she should just stop.... I understand she is doing her job but I actually look forward for another customer to walk in so she can stop trying to sell to me and attend someone else and try to sell to them." I remember coming here twice and the receptionist attacking me with constant offers, i kind of felt the need to take a deep breath.. .. another thing is that their way of promoting their products is really kind of rude and unnecessary, i cant remember how many times I've been told .. almost begged to get a facial from them so that my acne can go away, this is one thing that stops me from going is that they constantly sit their and point out every flaw in your face. i really wish they would stop because from what I've read in the reviews I'm not the only one ! Good work, but the comments really are a LET DOWN read more

I was looking for a new place to do my eyebrows and a friend of mine recommended this place.It was busy when I got there, but they gave me ample time to shape up my eyebrows. Gosh, I was so happy with the results that I even suggested my sister to visit this salon. What I like about Milas Beauty is quality service, painless experience and courteous staff. What's more, you don't need any appointments. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for the best threading service. read more

Milas Beauty Studio is a great place to come to for facials, threading, waxing, and etc.. Priya is a great at everything she does and the prices are great here. This beauty studio has a variety of treatments for great prices and many kind people to help you with anything. I always come here and I highly recommend everyone trying it because they are really good at what they do. I always have Priya do my eyebrows and upper lips and she does them very nicely and a very good price. read more

I got my eyelashes done here about two weeks ago and I liked how they looked and everything but I tired to get an appointment to get a new set and they can only do lashes on Monday and Tuesday! So I went somewhere else to get a new set and as the lady was taking off my lashes she ask why they had put so much glue and why was it so thick on my lashes. It look about 45 minutes to get the old set of because of the glue. Make sure u pay attention to how glue they are using. read more

So I was a little nervous to get my eyebrows done here because it was my first time and everywhere else I've gone they've messed up my eyebrows. But I took my chances and I will definitely be coming back here! I went with Priya and she was super sweet and did my eyebrows exactly how I asked her to. I also recommended my mom to go to Priya as well and she loved them! Definitely a solid 5 stars!! read more

I did under arm and brazilian waxing yesterday. It was my first time about it. They are very kind and give me relaxtion about first waxing. And It was very clean. so It made me comfortable. Especiailly, It was super fast. So I could my evening time. I will take one more time for brazilian waxing. read more

this is my first time going here omg i love my eyebrows she is super nice and sweet. her hands were so gentle it minimized the pain of threading. my eyebrows are a beast and difficult to handle but she made them look beautiful. i will be coming back for sure . thanks angie. read more

Absolutely loved this place. I have tried other place before that have left my eyebrows too thin and had to stop for a while to grow them out. Milas really take into consideration what you want and do it so well. Excellent customer service and job well done. read more

I don't mind the 15 min drive when I know I will be a happy costumer. I have gotten my eye brows done by Angie for the past couple of months and she is awesome. She listens to exactly what you want and They always come out good, I highly recommend her. read more
