Adding onto my previous review because the exact same issue is still happening. I called 14 times today during business hours and not a single call was answered. Their website also does not work at all for booking appointments. It is literally a damn mission just to get an appointment here, and it's absolutely ridiculous that reaching a business during its own operating hours is this difficult. I shouldn't have to spend my entire day repeatedly calling just to book a service. At this point, I'm done trying. I will not be coming back. read more

She did the best with what she had to work with, however I will not be returning, as it was really not worth the money spent. On July 30, 2026, I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment at Posh Brows for a brow wax sculpt, brow lamination, and hybrid tint. While the staff was courteous, the quality of the service was extremely disappointing and ultimately resulted in a painful injury. The appointment lasted two hours, yet the service was still left incomplete. My eyebrows were never properly concealed, and the hybrid tint was not fully finished before I was told the appointment was over. More concerning, I left with what appears to be severe chemical or wax burns between my eyebrows and underneath both brows. I have been getting my eyebrows professionally waxed for many years and have never experienced anything remotely like this. The affected areas are raw, painful, and extremely sensitive. Even something as simple as washing my face causes significant burning and discomfort. I trusted this business to provide a professional and safe service, but instead I left with visible injuries, ongoing pain, and damage to my skin. This experience has been both physically painful and emotionally distressing, and it is completely unacceptable for a routine cosmetic appointment to end this way. And to make matters even worse, my eyebrows are uneven. read more

If I had the option to give zero stars, trust me, I would. Consider this a public service announcement: beware of this company's cancellation scam........I booked an appointment for 4/28/26 at 3:30 PM with Daniela. I tried to cancel the day before on 4/27/26 starting at 11:12 AM. The system wouldn't let me. I tried again around noon. Again at 1:42 PM. Again at 7 PM. Every attempt failed. Then, like magic, the system suddenly claimed it was "too late" to cancel. I called 562‑296‑0022 at 1:32 PM and was told that despite all my attempts, it was "too late per policy," and I'd be charged an extra $25 on top of the $15 deposit. This is the kind of tactic the FTC warns consumers about: systems designed to fail at the exact moment you try to avoid a fee. If a business hides behind a broken system and a script, RUN....don't walk in the opposite direction. There are far better brow businesses out there that don't have to resort to deceptive practices to gain money for their business. read more

They are super unprofessional here, they burned my face above my eyebrows on both sides; not only do I have to live with a scar for life, I also did not receive my refund after they said they would. They burned my face because they put the eyebrow lamination then waxed then put more eyebrow lamination. It was a chemical burn. They tried blaming my face products, which had nothing to do with it. I've always gotten my eyebrows laminated and no new products. They are not knowledgeable in burns. They ignored me on Instagram and never refunded me. I take so much care of my face and now I have a scar on both eyebrows. read more
