They were able to take me in same day and I was very happy with the results! Location is great and the studio was very nice.

If I can give a zero I would... since the minute I walked in the greeters were rude. Having full blown personal conversations customers should not hear. Once seated no one explained the process or told me how awful the procedure was. The ladies that I dealt with were giving faces and rude. No empathy and to top it I left with scars. Took this picture two days after the procedure but the day of my eyebrow area was swollen. Gentleness a zero. I went here because of the reviews so I feel obligated to post my own personal experience, I will never go back. I feel I should have been paid to practice in me. Hoping my scars will disappear. read more

If I could I would give this place a zero! The customer service in this place is horrible and for that reason alone, I would not go back and recommend nobody to even bother. I made an appointment and had to pay $15 deposit then I call to let them know I was not gonna make it to my appointment because I was in the hospital and they told me I was gonna get charge a $25 no-show charge. I explained to them that I was in the hospital and it was out of my hands and if I could reschedule and they told me no, and they didn't even bother to try to help me whatsoever they made $40 off of me for absolutely no service this is the worst Place I have ever made business with and will never go and recommend nobody to even bother. They were so rude to me on the phone that I was even crying and they didn't even care. read more

Esteffany did such an amazing job mapping & threading my brows. She took her time & was very meticulous- making sure she got every little stray hair.
