You want to talk about poor customer service? This place takes the cake…read more The condescending and rude attitude of the employees is unmatched. We made an appointment and still waited nearly an hour. No apology, no explanation, and absolutely zero respect for our time. But the worst part was the cleanliness. The facility was disgustingly dirty and did not appear hygienic at all. For a place where proper sanitation should be a priority, what we saw was extremely concerning. Between the horrible customer service, ridiculous wait time, and lack of cleanliness, I would never recommend this place to anyone. You've been warned. Look elsewhere.

I've been going to Nitta for exactly one year now and have had nothing short of amazing experiences…read moreevery time. I originally only planned on doing my extensions once for my birthday, but I'm now I'm officially addicted. It's so nice to wake up and walk out of the house without having to put on any makeup. Nitta is passionate about her work and it really shows. She has and always will be a perfectionist so she absolutely takes the time needed to ensure my lashes are full, even, and adhered symmetrically. I have also been extremely happy with the fact that her lashes are without a doubt very consistent, so it's a huge relief to pay for her services where I can count on her & know exactly what I am getting. I appreciate the friendship and relationship I've come to have with Nitta during the time I've been seeing her because I can always count on her to do her best work EVERY time. The girls who work there are all friendly and seem happy to work there. On one occasion, I had to do my lashes with Gigi and she did an amazing job too! I was super satisfied with her work and would definitely trust her to do a great job too. Did I mention that the salon is super clean? It is! It's super cute and always clean. Its worth the 25 min drive. Thank you for giving me the best experience I could ask for and always taking care of me and making me feel pretty!

I'm always happy with how my nails turn out and they last really well too. They are both super busy, so if you can get in with either Liz or Jocelyn, you're lucky lol. Let me start by saying how extremely picky I am when it comes to my eyebrows (and Stephanie had no idea just how picky I was ). From the moment I met her, she was so sweet and had such a warm, welcoming aura that immediately made me feel comfortable. Before we even started my eyebrow wax, she asked me questions about my skin and my eyebrows, which I always think is a great indicator that you're in the hands of someone who truly knows what they're doing. But my favorite moment was when she handed me the mirror to look at my eyebrows and said, "Be picky." As someone who is VERY particular about my brows, I absolutely loved that. It made me feel completely comfortable speaking up and letting her know if there was anything I wanted adjusted. My eyebrows came out AMAZING! I'm so happy with them and will definitely be going back to Stephanie. If you're picky about your brows like I am, I highly recommend giving her a try!

For more than five years, I had been a loyal customer of this business and referred over 10 people…read moreto them because I trusted their services. During one of my visits, I experienced a situation where an employee was speaking about me in another language, and it made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. Based on the interaction, I felt that I was being treated differently, and I believed there may have been racial bias involved. I brought my concerns to the owner, hoping to resolve the issue professionally. Instead, I was told that I was no longer welcome at the business because I had missed an appointment. That missed appointment occurred while my grandmother was hospitalized, and I believe the circumstances were not taken into consideration. The owner also told me that the staff had held a meeting about me, which made the situation even more upsetting. After my experience, I no longer feel comfortable supporting this business, and I wanted to share what happened so others can make their own informed decisions before choosing to go I also want to mention that a similar situation happened to my friend, who is also a person of color. Based on both of our experiences, I believe there is a pattern in how customers of color are treated. Dora was also very rude and unprofessional throughout these interactions. My father is an attorney, and he will be taking legal action regarding my experience with this business. My friends are also looking for new lash techs and will no longer support business . They just lost a lot of customers The owner reached out and is still not taking accountability. I told them that I had an issue and they never acknowledged the discrimination that I faced. Second of all I've sent many customers there and I've always been on time during the grace period . So don't make an excuse as if that's the problem. Third of all, I've only gone to Chelsea and only liked Chelsea so they could've continued to book me with her instead discredit my feelings and told me that I wasn't welcome because I brought an issue to them now they want to respond because they know that they are wrong and again we will be taking legal matters. Also, now I have proof that you just told somebody that they said that they were discriminated and not to make that as an excuse that's worse on you. I also reached out to the business several times trying to resolve it through text and they blocked me and never Responded, They're only acknowledging me because it makes their business look bad me and me and Chelsea never had issues. She would even talk to me about her kids schooling troubles, so you're making up excuses. That was a troubling experience however I have found a salon, more professional, and the quality is way better than Moon Lash. Please take your money somewhere else. They do not acknowledge you and it is not worth it. When I shared my experience, they couldn't believe that happened. They have never had to tell a customer because of a complaint. They are no longer welcome.
